We The People, the first three words of the U.S. Constitution, enshrine the fundamental concept that the
people are sovereign in the American republic.
The American Declaration of Independence tells us Sovereignty in a Republic belongs to the people,
who create the government and give it legitimacy. The current federal government has forgotten
who has Sovereignty.

The Video Rebels Blog has posted an excellent article that goes directly to the root of the problems facing
the American republic: the loss of popular sovereignty and the increasing tyranny of the federal
government. I have posted here a few extracts from the Video Rebel article. The entire piece can be

Bill Clinton was one of Americas best political campaigners and strategists. His theme for the 1992
presidential campaign was Its the economy, Stupid. We who resist Global Tyranny could multiply our
efforts by bringing every issue back to maintaining our Sovereignty, whether it be illegal wars, the theft of
our money, or compulsory drugging and vaccinations with toxic substances.
The Sovereign should be the one who issues the currency. If the U.S. government issued the U.S. dollar and
not the Federal Reserve bank, which is privately owned, we would not have a 16.4 trillion dollar federal
debt and more than 4 trillion dollars in state and local debt. Nor would we be paying hundreds of billions of
dollars every year in interest payments to bankers who took away our Sovereignty and arrogated unto
themselves the right to print our money

The American Declaration of Independence tells us Sovereignty in a Republic belongs to the people, who

Sovereignty. They do not recognize our inherent right to say No to vaccinations which have been shown in
the past to be deliberately contaminated. The early polio vaccines were exposed to cancer viruses. One of
these was SIV-40 which causes lung cancer in people who never smoked. Childhood cancer and autism
used to be extremely rare before the government started vaccinating everyone with dirty needles. These
still are rare amidst the Amish who never accept vaccinations. A particularly egregious case is the Gardasil
vaccine which cannot be demonstrated to prevent cervical cancer. It has had such horrendous human
results that few girls are in any shape to take the third of the three shots. But politicians accept donations
from vaccine makers and pass regulations requiring our daughters to take shots which can cripple and
even kill them.
Again we need to remind people that they are Sovereign. They do not need to accept vaccinations

To amend the Constitution or to pass an Amendment the Banker Occupied Government must prove to us
that they actually won an open and honest election. America does not have free and honest elections.
There are counties where one candidate got more votes in 2012 than there were voters in the entire
county. In California a referendum requiring GMO labeling had 2 to 1 approval in the polls but lost after the
votes were counted.
The American people retain Sovereignty. Their full rights will be restored. The economy is collapsing and
will not last long enough for the clowns in Washington to even pass a budget. The days of this present
tyranny are numbered. They will lose. We will win.

Having won the Tour de France seven times, Lance Armstrong was thought to be a superman. He was,
however, stripped of his titles and banned for life when it was discovered that he and the American team
had used illegal doping methods to win.
In January, the world was shocked, but not surprised, to hear American cyclist Lance Armstrong admit on
television that he had used performance-enhancing drugs in all seven of his Tour de France wins.
Armstrong was stripped of his titles, which he had won by cheating through doping. Long suspected of
doping, Armstrong had lied for years and threatened others to stay silent.
Now, Europol, the police organization of the European Union, reveals that an organized criminal gang fixed
hundreds of soccer matches around the world in recent years, including World Cup and European
Championship qualifiers and Champions League games.
The agency said an 18-month review found 380 suspicious matches in Europe and another 300
questionable games outside the continent, mainly in Africa, Asia, and South and Central America. It also
found evidence that a Singapore-based crime syndicate was involved in some of the match-fixing.
A criminal syndicate has rigged hundreds of soccer games in Europe.
Europol said 425 match officials, club officials, players, and criminals from at least 15 countries were
involved in fixing European soccer games dating back to 2008. What this means is that the teams who
won European championships, such as Spain, did not always win fairly.
These two shocking revelations, which will have a huge impact on the world of sports, are but a sign of the
times. They are proof that the skeptics were right and that wholesale cheating is rampant in the world of
sports.
Not that it wasn't obvious. When Lance Armstrong won the Tour de France year after year many people
suspected that the American team had simply found a better method of doping that could not be detected.
They were right. Now, Armstrong is the subject of a criminal investigation for having threatened and
intimidated others who knew about the doping.
The fact that high-level European soccer games were fixed was also obvious. The European final between
Germany and Spain on June 29, 2008, should be one of the matches under investigation. It was a very
dirty game in which the Spanish team used all of its tricks to injure the German players, such as Michael
Ballack, the team captain. It was a brutal game which the Spaniards won 1-0, but it was anything but fair.
One could hardly watch a game like that and not think it was rigged. It was quite obvious.
So, what global fraud will be the next to be exposed? Will the fraudulent elections in the United States be
uncovered? Will the criminal gangs behind our political parties and electronic vote fraud be investigated
by the F.B.I.? Electronic voting machines are to elections what doping is to the Tour de France. These are
the methods used by criminals to win races.
Perhaps the criminals behind the false-flag terror attacks of 9-11 will be exposed along with the war
profiteers who have raked in billions of dollars from the wars of aggression in Afghanistan and Iraq?
The truth will out, as Shakespeare wrote, and when it does it will shake Western society to its core. The
crimes of 9-11 and the cover-up are like a festering wound at the center of the American political system.
Israel, Canada, and Britain are all deeply involved.
Unfortunately, for all too many Americans the massive criminal deception behind 9-11 won't be
understood until it is reported on CNN and FOX News, which is not likely to happen anytime soon. As long
as the U.S. government and media are dominated by a cabal of Zionists the 9-11 cover-up will be
maintained by hook or by crook.
The controlled media and government are in fact the only things that continue to support the pack of lies
about 9-11 and the fraudulent "War on Terror." Their power, however, is limited while truth is enduring.
It's only a matter of time before the dike breaks on the criminals and the truth overwhelms their tyranny
of lies.

Voting Machines and the Growth of Tyranny

In the immediate aftermath of the presidential election of 2012 citizens from all fifty states filed petitions
to secede from the United States of America. This is a clear sign that many Americans think the federal
government has become a tyranny. The word tyranny comes from the Greek word tyrant, which the
ancient Greeks bestowed on good and bad rulers alike if their authority was not legitimate. A tyrant is a
person who has seized or assumed power wrongfully, as George W. Bush did in 2000. In this sense the
words tyrant andusurper are exact synonyms.
The state petitions of secession, signed by more than 675,000 people in the days after the election, are
indicative of the growing awareness among Americans that their government is not legitimate. What that
means to all Americans and how we can rectify the problem and restore the integrity to our American
republic is the purpose of this essay.
Once every two years Americans go to the polls to determine who will represent them in the U.S. House of
Representatives, and for president once every four years. If the representation is to be real, the election
must also be real, as Thomas Paine wrote in 1803. The fundamental problem with the U.S. government
today is that it simply does not represent the American people because our elections are not real.
The presidential election of November 6, 2012, was as flawed as all U.S. elections have been since the
citizenry was removed from the vote-counting process. There were more than 70,000 complaints received
on Election Day 2012. These complaints concerned vote fraud and problems with the electronic voting
systems. There were, however, no formal complaints coming from the Romney camp, which is very odd.
Since the election, Romneys son Tagg has come out saying that his father did not even want to be
president, which suggests that Romney was only running because he was being paid to fill the space for
the Republican candidate. This is the same tactic that was used to elect the unknown Obama to the U.S.
Senate in 2004. After the Republican candidate withdrew due to a sex scandal, there was no candidate
opposing Obama until Alan Keyes of Maryland was drafted by the GOP of Illinois, 86 days before the
election. The fact that Keyes did not even live in Illinois did not bother anyone because Keyes was only
running to fill the space and make it looklike a race. It now looks like Romney was doing the same thing to
enable Obama to win re-election.
ROMNEY - THE STRAW CANDIDATE
He wanted to be president less than anyone Ive met in my life, Tagg Romney told the Boston Globe. If
he could have found someone else to take his place . . . he would have been ecstatic to step aside.
There was someone, however, who could have taken Romneys place and who would have beaten Obama
in the polls: Rep. Ron Paul. While Dr. Paul was very popular with the people across the nation, his anti-war
positions and strict obedience to the U.S. Constitution are utterly anathema to the crimocracy that rules
Washington, so they had to find a way to derail the Ron Paul Express to the White House. (Crimocracy is
my word for the criminalochlocracy or mob rule that dominates our government.)
To have the representation real, the election must be real;

and that where the election is a fiction,

The most fundamental problem with elections in the United States is that the tallying of the votes is done
in secret by the private companies who run the electronic voting systems used across the country. These
voting systems were designed to remove the citizen from the vote counting and authentication process
and have made a complete sham of our elections and our democratic franchise.
Elections in the United States have become a grand deception in which the ruling powers and controlled
media deceive the people into thinking that they actually choose the people who represent them. It is,
however, not the American people who choose their leaders but the people who run the voting systems
that count the votes and produce the tallies. In this way the U.S. government has become tyrannical
because it is not legitimate and does not represent the American people.
THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED
In free governments, the rulers are the servants

and the people their superiors and sovereigns.

The most revolutionary aspect of our American system of government is that it is based on the concept of
popular sovereignty, which means that the legitimacy of our government and law is based on the consent
of the governed. The American Revolution replaced the sovereignty of King George III with a collective
sovereign the popular sovereignty of the American people.
Americans give their consent when they exercise their democratic franchise by voting for their
representatives every two years. As long as our votes are being counted in secret, however, by the
privately owned companies that run our elections, our democratic franchise is meaningless.
If we are not counting our votes in our local polling stations we are not enfranchised in our government.
Its that simple - and that serious. We are not actually participating in our government, which means that
our social contract no longer exists.
The American concept of popular sovereignty was articulated by Jean-Jacques Rousseau, a citizen of
Geneva, who wrote in The Social Contract (1762) about the tendency of governments to degenerate into
tyrannies:
The dissolution of the state can occur in one of two ways. First, when the ruling body no longer administers
the state in accordance with the laws, and usurps sovereign authority. The change that then takes place
deserves notice: it is that the state, not the government, contracts in size; I mean that the greater state is
dissolved, and that within it another is created, consisting only of the members of the government, which
in relation to the rest of the people is no more than its master and tyrant. So that, as soon as the
government usurps sovereignty, the social pact is broken; and every ordinary citizen, restored by right to
his natural liberty, is forced, but not obliged, to obey.

This is evidently what has happened in the United States. Like ancient Athens, Americans are now living in
a period in which they are ruled by tyrants. In the final analysis there is only one way to restore legitimate
government in the United States: to return to democratic and transparent elections in which the citizens
openly count the votes in every polling station across the nation.
The Constitution, after all, gives the legislatures of the individual states the power to decide how elections
should be held in each state. Rather than secede from the union, the citizens in each state should turn
their energies to demanding that their state pass legislation that bans voting machines entirely and
restores the integrity to their elections by using paper ballots counted by the citizens in every polling place
in the state.
It wont be easy and there will be strong resistance to these efforts but this is what has to be done. There
are many nations that could serve as models to help Americans restore democratic elections to their
different states. The Swiss, for example, provide an excellent model and vote several times a year because
they have a system of direct democracy in which the citizens are required to vote on legislation. This is
probably due to the influence of Jean-Jacques Rousseau who said that the sovereign citizen could not be
represented by anyone else. The Swiss, in fact, have a constitution that is based on the U.S.
Constitution. The biggest difference between the Swiss and the American systems today is that the Swiss
have not compromised their popular sovereignty and allowed private companies to count their votes. In
Switzerland the votes are still cast using paper ballots that are counted by hand.
We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by
their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of
Happiness. That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just
powers from the consent of the governed, That whenever any Form of Government becomes
destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new
Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to
them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

The Zionist gangsters funding Mitt Romney and his supposed rival Newt Gingrich are part of a bigger
strategy to get Barack Obama re-elected and prevent Ron Paul from winning the Republican
nomination and the presidency. This is basically the same tactic that these same Zionist forces used
to get Obama elected to office in Illinois and the U.S. Senate. In every election that Obama ran for
office in Illinois the opposition candidate was effectively destroyed before the election so that there
was no real opponent running against him. Ron Paul would win the presidency if he were to face
Obama in the general election in November. This is why the Zionists are pouring money and
favorable press on Romney, Gingrich, and Santorum. They need to stop Paul so Obama will win. It's a
conspiracy to stop Paul.

Although I personally could not support either of the two leading candidates, the week before the election I
thought Mitt Romney would be the next president of the United States. The reasoning behind my
prediction was not based on my opinion of Romney or the poll numbers, but because of my understanding
of the criminal network behind 9-11, which is the subject of my Solving 9-11 book. The people who were
supporting and advising Romney are the same people from the Bush administration who were instrumental
in using the false-flag terror attacks of 9-11 to change America and start the fraudulent "War on Terror."
Michael Chertoff, the key person behind the 9-11 cover-up, for example, was Romney's senior adviser on
intelligence and terrorism. Dov Zakheim, the Comptroller of the Department of Defense in 2001, was
another senior adviser on the Romney team. These men are high-level agents of a foreign state, Israel,
and have committed outrageous crimes against the United States of America.
THE ISRAELI AGENT: MICHAEL CHERTOFF - Son of a Mossad agent operating in New Jersey, Chertoff was
one of Mitt Romney's senior advisers - on counter-terrorism and intelligence. As head of the criminal
division of the Department of Justice, Chertoff gave us the USA PATRIOT Act, which decimated our
freedoms and ushered in the police state apparatus. This Israeli agent directed the FBI's non-
investigation of 9-11 and the destruction of the crucial evidence. He went on to become head of the
Department of Homeland Security, where he maintained his control over the 9-11 evidence through SSI
provisions. Chertoff played a key role in introducing full-body scanners into U.S. airports and profited by
representing the manufacturers of the machines that expose people to dangerous radiation. If Romney
had won, Chertoff would have be in position to further advance his radical Zionist agenda - from the White
House.
Chertoff and Zakheim would be tried for treason and hanged if the crimes of 9-11 were to be properly
investigated and prosecuted. There was no proper criminal investigation of 9-11 and the crucial evidence
was destroyed, thanks to Michael Chertoff, who was the Assistant Attorney General at the time - in charge
of the F.B.I. and the Criminal Division of the Department of Justice. So, instead of being charged for the
crimes they committed, Chertoff and Zakheim were poised to run the Romney White House. They were
prepared to usher in the next chapter of the "War on Terror" saga - if Romney had won. I am personally
relieved that these people will not be back in power. I would be very happy to see them investigated and
prosecuted. Barack Obama, however, has shown no inclination to investigate 9-11 and his administration
has allowed the Israelis to continue their criminal actions in Palestine and beyond. I don't think that we
can expect Obama II to be any different that Obama I.
We Americans, however, cannot expect to see the integrity of our republic restored and a return to
normalcy until the criminals behind the 9-11 terror atrocity are investigated, charged, and prosecuted.
People who think that we can live in a normal, peaceful, and prosperous nation while this outrageous crime
remains unsolved and unprosecuted are living in denial, with their heads in the sand.
The people behind the 9-11 cover-up have succeeded in hijacking the United States of America and taking
us into two extremely costly and disastrous wars. They have plundered the U.S. Treasury and created a
police state in our republic in which the citizens are treated like terrorism suspects. Chertoff and Zakheim
are key players in a nasty game of treason and, unfortunately for freedom-loving Americans, they
succeeded with their evil Zionist conspiracy, which is why I thought (and feared) that the 9-11 culprits
behind Romney would take the White House.
Another reason is because the Romney campaign was being funded with tens of millions of dollars from
Sheldon Adelson, the gambling mogul of Macao (China) and Las Vegas. Adelson is not a gambler, but a
brutal Zionist mega-criminal, a type that Ian Fleming knew very well. Adelson was reported to have
underwritten the Romney campaign with as much as $100 million dollars. Adelson had a financial
incentive to invest in the Romney campaign. Had Romney won, Adelson could have saved an estimated
$2 billion on his tax bill.
Adelson is a Zionist extremist from the far right. He is reported to have paid for the new AIPAC building
(the Israeli lobby) in Washington, D.C. He wanted to sustain and extend the so-called War on Terrorism
"unto the blazing horizon," in the words of Philip Weiss. I didn't think the Zionist gangster Adelson was
betting on a losing horse. Adelson is a high-level criminal who plays to win. As I pointed out last
December, before the rigged Iowa caucus, which I predicted Romney would win, the Mormon candidate
was being supported by the Crown family of Chicago, the Jewish Zionist family that owns the huge defense
firm General Dynamics. These people do not play fair and they always find a way for their horse to win.
Romney is also a friend of the current Israeli prime minister, Benjamin Netanyahu, and they both worked at
Boston Consulting in the 1970s. Netanyahu heads a government composed of proven terrorists (e.g. Ehud
Barak, Shimon Peres, and himself) and has recently formed a political alliance and stronger coalition with a
Russian party from the extreme right, which is headed by his own foreign minister, Avigdor Lieberman. On
November 6, Netanyahu called for early elections in Israel.
In October 2012 Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu merged his right-wing Likud party, founded in
the 1970s by Menachem Begin and his gang of Irgun terrorists, with the ultra-nationalist Russian party
headed by his foreign minister Avigdor Lieberman in "a hard-right tack" ahead of Israel's election in
January.
THE REAL FACE OF ISRAEL'S FOREIGN POLICY - Avigdor Lieberman, Israel's Foreign Minister under the
current Likud regime headed by Benjamin Netanyahu, is Netanyahu's "new" coalition partner from the
extreme right. Born in Moldova in the Soviet Union, Lieberman is certainly no friend of the Palestinians.
Rather than support a 2003 prisoner exchange involving 350 Palestinians held in Israeli prisons, Lieberman
said: "It would be better to drown these prisoners in the Dead Sea if possible, since that's the lowest point
in the world." As Minister of Transport, Lieberman offered to supply buses to take the prisoners to the Dead
Sea to be killed. Rather than being ousted for advocating such outrageous and racist positions, Lieberman
was promoted and became Israel's Foreign Minister in 2009.
Lieberman is the founder of Yisrael Beiteinu, a right-wing nationalist party in Israel. The party's base is
secular, Russian-speaking immigrants, like himself. The party describes itself as "a national movement
with the clear vision to follow in the brave path of Zev Jabotinsky." Jabotinsky is the ideological father of
Zionist terrorism and the Likud party. In 1923, Jabotinsky wrote an essay calling for an "Iron Wall" around
the Jewish fortress-ghetto state in Palestine. That wall has now been built and is called Israel's "Wall of
Separation."
The current ruling regime in Israel is so far to the right that if it were a European nation it would be viewed
as a fascist state, which is clearly is. If Romney had won the White House and the terrorist Benjamin
Netanyahu and his Likud party were to remain in power in Israel, we would have another alignment of
extreme Zionist fanatics and criminals like we had when George W. Bush and Ariel Sharon came to power
in the beginning of 2001. We certainly remember the evil that was brought into the world under that
constellation.
Then there was the departure of Rahm Emanuel, Obama's first chief-of-staff, from the White House to
become the mayor of Chicago. Emanuel had served as the senior Mossad agent in the Clinton and Obama
administrations. The son of an Israeli terrorist, Emanuel basically ran the White House and oversaw what
the president did and who he saw. His departure from the Obama White House indicated to me that he
thought Obama was to be a one-term president, a kind of intermission between acts. Why else would he
leave the most powerful position in the United States and go back to the Windy City?
All of these things led me to conclude that Romney would be the next president. Evidently my earlier
prognosis that the Zionists were pouring money into Republican campaigns in order "to stop Paul so
Obama will win" was closer to the mark.

Stealing the Election - Again

The CBS television station in Phoenix, KPHO, announced the results of the November 6 presidential
election on October 19, more than two weeks before the election! These are the weird things that happen
when elections are run by the media and private voting machine companies. Elections in the United States
are not in the hands of the citizenry. The fundamental problem with elections in the United States is that
the votes are not counted by the citizens in each polling station as they should be. We do not have
transparent and open elections. We have lost our democratic franchise.

In a proper democratic election, like this one in France, the citizens count the votes openly in front of the
public in each polling station. Without this most essential aspect, an election is neither transparent nor

The U.S. presidential election on November 6 will be stolen, just like every election since 2000 has been, using
electronic voting machines that are designed to steal elections. Even The Christian Science Monitor has caught
on to the systemic vote fraud in U.S. elections with its recent article titled, Could e-voting machines in
Election 2012 be hacked? Yes.
The evil character in the new James Bond film says he can throw an election to the highest bidder using
computers, but he oddly uses Uganda as his example target - not the United States. Perhaps they don't want to
be too obvious for the naive American voters who still believe their vote really counts. Why is it so easy to
accept that massive vote fraud happens in places like Uganda, but not the United States? When was the last
time you saw the votes being tallied by the citizens in a polling station in America?
YOU CALL THIS AN ELECTION? - The battered and chained eagle on the cover of Atlantic magazine
represents the sad state of our elections - and our republic.
By now, it should be obvious that electronic voting machines are actually designed to steal elections. There is
no valid reason why citizens in a free republic should allow a machine to control the most crucial aspect of their
elections: the counting of the votes. In an authentic democratic election the votes should be openly counted in
front of the press and the public in every polling station across the nation. It is very simple, inexpensive, and
precise.
Most importantly, the open and public counting of the votes is thesine qua non, the absolutely indispensable
aspect of a democratic election because the citizens tally of the votes in every polling station is what
authenticates a proper democratic election. With the possible exception of a few rural counties, the vote
counting and authentication process is no longer done by the citizens. This is to say that the elections in the
United States are neither transparent nor democratic. In our American republic the representation is a fiction, as
Thomas Paine said. The election has been stolen before we even cast our votes.
The counting of the votes in each polling station in front of the public is what makes the tally authentic. This is
the most simple and transparent way to conduct a democratic election. It is time for Americans to return to this
simple and fool-proof method of voting.
I wrote my first article about the subject of electronic vote fraud, The Death of Democracy or May the Best
Hacker Win, the week before the 2000 election. I soon realized that the criminal network behind the electronic
voting systems was stealing our elections in order to control our nation. The installment of the un-elected Bush
administration in the White House in 2001 and its subsequent failure to investigate the false-flag terror attacks
of 9-11 confirmed the criminal nature of the regime that had been put in power through vote fraud.
Now it has been reported that there are connections between Mitt Romneys Bain Capital and Hart InterCivic,
one of the companies that manufactures the electronic voting machines used in Ohio. Ohio is a swing state
and the Hart voting machines are used in Hamilton County, the metropolitan area of Cincinnati. If Hamilton
County swings for Romney there will certainly be questions raised about these connections, but by then the
election will be over and even the most blatant cases of vote fraud are seldom news for more than a day or two.
Ohios Secretary of State Jennifer Brunner commissioned the Project Everest Report in 2007. The study was a
Risk Assessment Study of Ohio Voting Systems to examine and evaluate the electronic voting systems used in
Ohio. About the Hart machines, the report found a list of failures:
Failure to effectively protect election data integrity

Failure to eliminate or document unsafe functionality
Failure to protect election from Malicious Insiders
Failure to provide trustworthy auditing
The final evaluation for the Hart voting machines indicates that these machines were evidently designed to
allow tampering with the results: The researchers concluded that virtually every ballot, vote, election
result, and audit log is forgeable or otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the
voting systems.
The report also evaluated the iVotronic voting machine manufactured by ES&S of Omaha. Again the study
found that the machine was designed to facilitate tampering with the tally: The researchers found that access to
administrative and voter functions are protected with ineffective security mechanisms.
The Ohio report concluded that the central server, software, and the precinct-based components for both DRE
and optical scan voting machines lack the fundamental technical controls necessary to guarantee a trustworthy
election under operational conditions. This is intentional, of course.
The ES&S machines also received a failing grade in security with vulnerabilities that were described as
pervasive, critical failures.
Failure to protect election data and software

Failure to effectively control access to election operations
Failure to correctly implement security mechanisms
Failure to follow standard software and security engineering practices
About the ES&S machines, which are used in many states across America, the researchers concluded that
many of the most serious vulnerabilities in the ES&S system arise from the incorrect use of security
technologies such as cryptography. This effectively neutralizes several basic security features, exposing the
system and its data to misuse or manipulation.
The report found that the ES&S voting machines were wide open to tampering: The researchers discovered
exploitable vulnerabilities that allowed even persons with limited access such as voters or poll workers to
compromise voting machines and election results, or to inject and spread software viruses into the central
election management system."
Why is Ohio still using these seriously flawed voting machines in 2012? Why are the citizens of Ohio, or any
other state, still voting on machines in which every ballot, vote, election result, and audit log is forgeable or
otherwise manipulatable by an attacker with even brief access to the voting systems? It just doesnt make any
sense unless one realizes that the system is designed for cheating on a massive scale.
Which raises the question, who is supposed to be overseeing the use of these machines at the federal level?
As Ohios Project EVEREST (i.e. Evaluation and Validation of Election Related Equipment, Standards and
Testing) study says:
In 2002, the United States Congress adopted the Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA), which aimed
to improve the administration of elections in the United States. With the enactment of HAVA, new
voting system requirements were established, and a national program was implemented to provide states
with the funds necessary to replace punch card and lever voting systems with new, qualifying systems.
HAVA also created the U.S. Election Assistance Commission (EAC) and transferred the responsibility of
developing voting system standards from the Federal Election Commission (FEC) to the EAC. Through
HAVA, the EAC was also tasked with establishing the federal governments first voting system
certification program.
Well then, who is running the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, which is responsible for voting system
standards and certifying the voting machines we vote on?
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR (vacant)
It is a sign of the times that during the year leading up to the 2012 election there has been no Executive Director
of the EAC. Thomas R. Wilkey submitted his resignation as executive director effective November 30, 2011.
As the EAC website says: HAVA states that if the executive director position becomes vacant, the general
counsel of the commission serves as acting executive director until the commission appoints a replacement.
GENERAL COUNSEL (vacant)
EACs general counsel, in accordance with HAVA, is appointed to a four-year term and may serve additional
terms by a vote of the Commission. The general counsel serves under the executive director and is responsible
for reviewing all guidance, guidelines, best practices as well as overseeing compliance.
But there is no general counsel either at the EAC. Mark A. Robbins submitted his resignation as general
counsel effective May 15, 2012.
How odd. The federal commission responsible for voting systems has had no executive director or general
counsel during the six months before a general election! This is an agency that is clearly not working. So, who
are the political appointees on the commission responsible for this utter failure to regulate the voting systems
in the United States?
The EAC Commissioners webpage is blank except for this one paragraph:
The Help America Vote Act of 2002 (HAVA) specifies that four commissioners are nominated by the
President on recommendations from the majority and minority leadership in the U.S. House and U.S.
Senate. No more than two commissioners may belong to the same political party. Once confirmed by the
full Senate, commissioners may serve two consecutive terms. HAVA states that members of the
commission shall continue to serve past their expired term until a successor takes office. There are four
vacancies on the commission.
THE FRAUDSTER IN CHIEF
It seems that Alice P. Miller, the chief operating officer (COO), has assumed the executive responsibilities of the
U.S. Election Assistance Commission, including the most critical task of testing and certifying the voting
systems being used. When Miller was appointed to the COO position at the EAC in May 2008 there was a
chorus of protest concerning her record of involvement in fraud at the D.C. Board of Elections and Ethics
(BOEE), where she was Executive Director.
The evidence indicates that Miller was involved in a criminal scheme to obtain $12,000 pay raises for herself
and a colleague, and to collect $22,000 in back pay, each. In order to do this, she drafted two memorandums
that falsely claimed that the pay raises were authorized and legal - the day after the changes in their job
classification and pay had been improperly entered into a computerized payroll system. In 2003, the same year
she was investigated for criminal fraud, Miller became the first African-American president of the National
Association of State Election Directors.
In May 2008, when Miller was appointed as COO, an EAC press release said:
"Ms. Miller will oversee the day-to-day operations at the EAC in six program areas: Voting Systems
Testing and Certification, HAVA Funding, Election Administration Improvement Programs, Research,
Administration and Human Resources."
Instead of being prosecuted for her crimes, Miller was promoted to a higher federal position. This is, of course,
the way a crimocracy works and this is exactly the kind of regimes we are fostering in Iraq, Afghanistan, and
the former republics of the Soviet Union.
ALICE P. MILLER - Without an executive director, general counsel, orany commissioners, the crucial
responsibilities at the U.S. Election Assistance Commission have all devolved upon the chief operating officer,
Alice Miller, who is currently running the agency that oversees U.S. elections. Miller has a documented history
ofunprosecuted criminal fraud. She seems to have found the perfect federal job for herself certifying the
fraudulent voting systems being used to steal our elections.
So we have a federal election agency, run by a known fraudster, certifying the fraudulent voting systems
Americans vote on. No wonder voting machines that are so easily tampered with are still being used across the
nation. The whole system is clearly designed to steal our elections, which is the real purpose of the voting
machines in the first place. Its time to go back to hand-counted paper ballots counted in every polling station
in America. Its time to take our republic back.

Mitt Romney Exposed

Michael Chertoff, as head of the criminal division of the Department of Justice, oversaw the FBI non-
investigation of 9-11. An Israeli son of the Mossad, Chertoff was the key official responsible for prosecuting
the crimes of 9-11. Rather than carrying out a proper criminal investigation, Chertoff allowed the evidence
to be destroyed. He is a senior advisor to Mitt Romney - on terrorism and intelligence.
Mitt Romney may very well be the next president of the United States, yet very little is really known about
who Romney is or what he stands for. This is exactly how it was with Barack Obama when the little-known
senator from Illinois ran for president. Well known candidates with popular and patriotic positions, like Dr.
Ron Paul, are no longer chosen to represent either of the big political parties. Anti-war candidates like Dr.
Paul are anathema to the political establishment and the controlled media.
Once again, the controlled media is presenting the presidential contest as a close race with the candidates
running neck-and-neck in the polls. This is the typical "horse race" circus of the fraudulent elections we
now have in the United States. The presidential election, we are told, will be determined in a few key
swing states like Ohio and Florida. It could go either way. Tens of millions of votes will be cast on Election
Day, nearly all of which will be secretly tallied by private voting machine companies far from the eyes of
the citizens. Presidential elections in America have become a tightly-rigged media circus in which there is
virtually no citizen oversight of the vote counting. The democratic francise in the United States has
become virtually meaningless.
But we will have a new president in three weeks and it is very likely that it will be Mitt Romney, whether we
like it or not. For that reason I strongly advise watching the following video, entitled "Romney Exposed,"

Ron Paul and the Tampa Convention

Ron Paul, one of the two main candidates for the Republican party nomination, is not being allowed to
speak at his party convention in Tampa because he refused to accept the dictates of the party bosses that
he submit his speech to party censors beforehand, and that he support their chosen candidate - Mitt
Romney. Where have we seen such undemocratic demands made of politicians before? These demands
are more typical of a totalitarian state than of a political party in a free and democratic system. On
Sunday, August 26, at his "We Are The Future" rally, Dr. Paul gave the speech the totalitarian GOP party
bosses did not want America to hear.

The upcoming Republican convention in Tampa, August 27-30, promises to be a key event in American
political history. The GOP convention in Tampa will be the scene of a battle for control of the Republican
party and the White House. The struggle will be between patriotic freedom-loving supporters of Dr. Ron
Paul and the Zionist-funded criminal faction that supports Mitt Romney.
Justin Raimondo of Antiwar.com expects the GOP to employ "The Iron Fist in Tampa" against supporters of
Ron Paul:
The extraordinary hostility of the GOP hierarchy to Ron Paul and his supporters hardly comes as a
shock: Paul is, after all, the single most trenchant critic of our interventionist foreign policy since

massive criminal vote fraud during the Republican primaries in order to try and sideline Ron Paul and
secure the nomination for Mitt Romney. The criminal faction behind Romney will stop at nothing in getting
the nomination for their candidate and preventing Paul supporters from having their say in the convention.
Tampa also happens to be the home of Central Command, the military command center for the wars in
Afghanistan and Iraq. Things are likely to get very nasty in Tampa.
The Zionist criminal faction dominates the Republican National Committee (RNC) and is seeking to
continue the "War on Terror" agenda that President George W. Bush started after 9-11. This is the agenda
that brought us two disastrous wars in the Middle East and a police state mentality in America. This is the
faction that is pushing us to war in Syria and Iran. Most significantly, the Zionists who control the RNC are
involved in the false-flag terrorism of 9-11.
The perpetrators of 9-11, the real terrorist masterminds behind the terror atrocity that changed America,
are being protected by the secret cabal that controls the White House. The gang that is running the illegal
wars and the fraudulent "War on Terror" is the same gang that carried out 9-11. The terrorists behind 9-11
have to maintain tight control of the White House and the political process to prevent a proper
investigation for being carried out. It reminds me of how they killed Robert Kennedy to prevent him from
becoming president and finding the killers of his brother. The 9-11 cover-up has to be maintained. 9-11 is
as important in 2012 as it was in 2002. Solving 9-11 remains the single most important issue facing the
American people.
The Zionists who took over the RNC include Lewis Eisenberg, the former executive director of the Port
Authority of New York and New Jersey. Eisenberg became finance chairman of the RNC shortly after 9-11.
Eisenberg was director of the Port Authority, which owned the World Trade Center, on 9-11, and had served
as the head of Governor Whitman's (NJ) privatization board, just like Ronald Lauder did for Governor Pataki
in New York. Together, these two Zionists convinced the governors of the two states to privatize the World
Trade Center, an essential part of the conspiracy to destroy the Twin Towers and usher in the fraudulent
"War on Terror".
Eisenberg was the person who was responsible for the lease of the WTC going to Larry Silverstein and his
Israeli commando buddy, Frank Lowy, at the end of July 2001. The rest is history. Eisenberg is a co-chair
of Romney's Florida Finance Team.

I have written extensively about how the out-of-state Voxeo telephone tally system connected to Israeli
intelligence was used to steal the Iowa caucus in 2004 and 2008. In 2012, a similar method of "Black Box"
vote fraud was used to manipulate the caucus tally although the identity of the mysterious "Kansas firm"
that played this key role in the presidential election has been kept from the public thus far. The rigging of
the Iowa caucus to steal the victory from Ron Paul and give a false victory to Mitt Romney is the subject of

To the Iowa Republican Caucus Review Committee:
For Iowa to maintain its first in the nation status, more than lip service must be given to transparency.
Every attempt we have made to discover what the Kansas Firm is has been stonewalled either met
with silence or straight out refusal to answer.
In a Jan. 4 post titled Anatomy of Caucus Night in Iowa, Des Moines Register chief political writer Jennifer
Jacobs wrote: About 50 call-takers at a Kansas firm hired by the Iowa GOP are taking the vote counts from
the counties, overseen by a team of about a dozen Iowa Republicans.
Then about two weeks later, Jacobs wrote: County officials reported the precinct votes by phone with live
call-takers or logged in to a security code-protected website.
We believe that it is not possible for the Caucus Review Committee (CRC) to recommend improvements for
the Iowa caucus without knowing what in fact happened on caucus night. Specifically, the word
transparency is written and spoken about regularly, but rarely defined. We contend that the integrity of
the process itself hinges upon the ability of the most impartial disinterested observer(s) to witness every
step of the voting process, the individuals and companies involved whether paid or volunteer.
Anything less is suspect; fraught with, at best, the lack of accountability, and at worst, the likelihood of
outright fraud at the level of vote-counting mechanism.
Knowing what the Kansas Firm and the secure website are is absolutely essential to a real review of the
Iowa GOP caucus. Anything less is an insult to the citizens of Iowa, particularly Iowa Republicans who are
keen to know their elected officials are selected honestly.
As then-executive director of the Republican Party of Iowa, and now co-chair with David Chung of the
Caucus Review Subcommittee on Tabulations and Operations, Chad Olsen had to have either hired the
Kansas Firm or approved whoever did hire it. If there is nothing to hide, then why is this information being
hidden?
The Kansas Firm represents a black box of sorts. Votes could have gone in one way and come out another.
Every attempt we have made to discover this black box to peek inside it has been thwarted. What is
the Kansas Firm? Is it really in Kansas, or were the 50 call takers imported to a room at the Radisson
Hotel, next to Republican Party headquarters for caucus night?
What is the URL of the secure website? Who or what company set it up? Who had access to it?

According to the tally produced by the privately-owned voting machine company ES&S, Ron Paul came in
last place behind three Big Government Zionist-funded candidates who support war against Iran. Surprise,

Ron Paul, a popular Southern conservative who supports states' rights, supposedly came in fourth place in
the South Carolina Republican primary on Saturday, January 21. The winner, according to the tally
produced by the privately-owned voting machine company ES&S, was Newt Gingrich. Gingrich is
supported by Sheldon Adelson, the Zionist casino billionaire who supports the most extreme hard-liners in
the right-wing Likud in Israel.
Adelson also finances the Lubavitcher cult, according to a 2003 report in Executive Intelligence
Review which explains how "the Lubavitchers operate a right-wing political and dirty-money empire from
Russia to New York's diamond district, to Israel."

In recent years Gingrich has received at least $17 million in political contributions from Adelson and his

2012. Adelson made an initial $5 million contribution to Winning Our Future, a pro-Gingrich super PAC,
shortly before the South Carolina primary. In an article entitled"The Man Behind Gingrichs Money",
the New York Times reported that Adelson's support was "pivotal in Mr. Gingrichs victory" in South
Carolina. The same article from 28 January 2012 reported that Adelson has frequently lent his Gulfstream
jet to Gingrich for cross-country trips, according to a former Gingrich adviser.
The Gingrich campaign received a $5 million donation from Sheldon Adelson the week before he "won" the
South Carolina primary. Gingrich calls the indigenous Palestinian population an "invented" people and
supports Israel's right to attack Iran as "self defense". Gingrich told CNN he would help Israel attack Iran
and would move the U.S. embassy to Jerusalem on his first day in office by executive order. These are the
hard-line positions Adelson is paying Gingrich to espouse.

Mitt Romney is supported by the Crown family of Chicago, a Zionist family that is closely connected to

billionaire who works closely with the same people. Are these different factions or is this a Zionist plot that
has the same goal?

WHO STOLE THE IOWA CAUCUS?
After two weeks, the Republican Party of Iowa released its certified tally of the January 3 caucus. The
certified final tally released on January 18 indicates that Mitt Romney did not win the Iowa caucus and that
the results had been manipulated to give Romney the important first victory. The scale of the fraud in the
Iowa caucus is so large that it suggests that there was a hidden hand manipulating the data from across
the state as it was sent to party headquarters to give the victory to Romney. This suggests that the people
behind Romney are likely to be the people behind the vote fraud, i.e. Lester Crown, Israeli intelligence, and
the Zionist Fifth Column in the United States.
I spoke to Ryan Gough, the 24-year-old Organization Director for the Republican Party of Iowa on January
20. I asked him how there could be so many mistakes in so many precincts. The Des Moines Register, for
example, reported that "typographical errors in tabulations" for two Fayette County precincts resulted in an
inflated vote for Romney, who was initially reported to have carried the county by 67 votes. The final count
showed Santorum carrying the county by 36 votes. Romney was reported to have won the caucus by only
8 votes on January 3. This was false.
There were similar problems in 131 precincts with double-digit errors in 51 precincts. In spite of the wrong
candidate having been declared the winner, Gough defended the caucus, which he called a "volunteer-
driven process" in which typographical errors had occurred across the state to benefit Mitt Romney. I don't
buy it.
I reminded Gough that we had spoken a week before the primary and that he had told me that the way in
which that precincts would communicate the results to caucus headquarters in Des Moines was being kept
secret for security purposes. Now that the caucus was over, I asked, could he tell me how this was done.
Gough said that a phone and computer system had been used but he had not gone into detail. When I
asked if the telephonic system had been voice-to-voice, he said it was.
MYSTERY TELECOM
I then asked Gough if any outside agency had been involved in the tally of the results on January 3. He
asked me what I meant and I told him that the Democratic Party of Iowa had used a telephonic tally
system based in Florida called Voxeo in 2004 and 2008. I had been told by Nicole Sizemore of the GOP of
Iowa that no outside agency would be involved in the tally, I told Gough.
Yes, Gough said, there was an outside "telecom" involved in the tally, although he said he could not reveal
the name of the company. This "telecom" is the most likely culprit behind the fraudulent tally in the Iowa
caucus. I am seeking information from people who were involved in the caucus to find the identity of this
mysterious "telecom" that gave Romney the first, but fraudulent victory on January 3. As the rest of the
primaries will use even less verifiable electronic voting machine systems, solving what happened in
the Iowa caucus is important because it could expose the criminals who steal our elections.
THE IOWA CAUCUS WAS STOLEN - ROMNEY DID NOT WIN
GOP officials discovered double-digit errors in 51 of those certified precincts when they compared
what was reported on caucus night with the official Form E documents signed by precinct volunteers.
Eleven precincts had errors of 50 or more votes.

When I began writing this article, just after Christmas, I was simply going to predict that Mitt Romney
would win the Iowa primary by vote fraud, just like Obama and John Kerry had won the Democratic
state polls of 2008 and 2004. My dire and pessimistic prediction was based solely on the fact that Romney
was being supported by the high-level Zionist family of Lester Crown of Chicago. These are people
who steal elections, I thought, and they will find a way for Romney to win the crucial first caucus - one way
or another.
I repeatedly queried three different people at the Republican Party of Iowa about how the results would be
tallied and after hearing that they would not use an outside contractor to count the votes, decided to
qualify my dismal prediction by giving them the benefit of the doubt. I didn't want to be a bearer of bad
news so I wrote this (in the article below):
Mitt Romney would most likely win the caucus if the Republican Party of Iowa were to tally the
caucus results using the dodgy telephonic tally system (Voxeo) used by the Iowa Democrats in 2004
and 2008. But after having intensively queried the Republican Party of Iowa about how the results
will be tallied it seems to me that the Republican Party of Iowa will be tallying the results themselves
in Des Moines... Let's hope Ron Paul wins Iowa in a truly honest and transparent caucus on January 3.
We certainly don't need anymore illegal Zionist wars for profit and the people of Iowa know that as
well as anyone.
Today, two weeks and three days after Romney was declared the winner in Iowa, the certified final
tally from the Republican Party of Iowa shows that he did NOT win the caucus at all. The caucus process
and tally were completely messed up and, according to the final, but still seriously flawed results, Rick
Santorum reportedly won the caucus. There is now very clear evidence of serious vote fraud in the Iowa
caucus. This cannot be simply dismissed as human error. This was criminal vote fraud that cheated the
entire nation. The people involved in this case of egregious vote fraud must be investigated and
prosecuted.
VOTE FRAUD IN AT LEAST 131 PRECINCTS
Here are the key extracts from the Washington Post article of 19 January 2012:
Rick Santorum won the Iowa caucuses Thursday 16 days after the last vote was cast when the
state Republican Party said a final count showed him 34 votes ahead of Mitt Romney.
Santorums strange, belated victory also served to embarrass the Iowa GOP which had to admit
that it had misallocated some votes, and simply lost some others, in a razors-edge election where
every vote mattered.
It also cast an unflattering light on the old-fashioned and convoluted system that the party uses to
collect and count caucus votes.
It should be like a fine Swiss watch, said Iowa State political science professor Steffen Schmidt.
Its really more like a sundial. He said the system used by Iowa Democrats was not significantly
better.
In fact, Iowa Republican leaders seemed to cast doubt on their own results, saying Thursday that it
was hard to declare a winner without knowing what happened in those eight precincts.
Thursdays final count came from these forms, which had to be submitted by Wednesday evening.
The Des Moines Register, citing unidentified officials in the Iowa GOP, reported that in 131 precincts,
the forms showed numbers different than those reported on caucus night.
But some Form Es didnt show up at all.
The state party found that it was missing results from eight precincts, spread across five counties.

AMERICA'S 21-YEAR-OLD WAR
Monday, 16 January 2012, is Martin Luther King Day. The same day will also mark the passage of 21
years since the United States military began fighting in the Middle East. The U.S. has been actively
engaged in war fighting in Iraq and the Middle East for a full 21 years, which is to say that
Americans who will become adults in 2012 have never known what it means to live in a nation at peace.
Ron Paul, the anti-war Republican candidate for president, is a threat to the status quo of open-
ended military intervention in the Middle East. While some 70 percent of the American population wants
an immediate end to the U.S.-led wars, Ron Paul is the only candidate that speaks for the majority

Barack Obama has ratcheted up the war in Afghanistan and has imposed sanctions on Iran that will lead to

other with their bellicose threats against Iran. To understand why the candidates advocate such
belligerent positions in spite of the growing anti-war sentiment among American voters, it is essential to
understand that they are being paid and supported to do so by their Zionist (i.e. pro-Israel) backers. Mitt
Romney, for example, has very close ties to a high-level agent from Israeli military intelligence, the woman
he made CEO of Bain & Company.
ROMNEY'S ISRAELI HANDLER - Orit Gadiesh, former "War Room" assistant to Ezer Weizman and Moshe
Dayan, is the daughter of Israeli Brigadier General Falk Gadiesh (born Falk Gruenfeld, Berlin, 1921) and his
Ukrainian-born wife. Gadiesh is chairman of the management consulting firm Bain & Company, the parent
company of Bain Capital, and was the company's managing director under CEO Mitt Romney in
1992. "She's like a Jewish mother figure to many of the people at Bain," ex-Bainie Dan Quinn
told Fortune magazine in 1996.
Bain Capital owns Clear Channel, the largest radio station group owner in the United States. Clear Channel
owns the networks which air the most popular radio talk shows, including The Rush Limbaugh Show, The
Glenn Beck Program, The Sean Hannity Show, America Now with Andy Dean, Coast to Coast AM, The

Mitt Romney was a co-founder of Bain Capital along with Bill Bain, seen here. Bain was ousted in 1991 and
Romney served as CEO of Bain & Company in 1991-1992. In May 1991, while Romney was CEO, Gadiesh
was named chairman of the company's Policy Committee, which set the company's business strategy and
policy. In 1992, under Romney, she became managing director. Orit Gadiesh, who has worked at Bain &
Co. since 1977, became chairman of Bain & Co. in 1993.
Orit Gadiesh, born in Israel in 1951, has worked closely with Mitt Romney since at least 1991, and probably
much longer since she joined Bain & Company in 1977, when she was 26. Romney appointed Gadiesh to
his transition team when he became governor of Massachusetts in November 2002. Gadiesh is the
daughter of Falk Gadiesh, an Israeli brigadier general and former member of the general staff
who reorganized the Israeli army in the early 1950s after a stint at the Massachusetts Institute of
Technology (MIT).
Falk's daughter Orit was chosen to serve in Israeli military intelligence. Her first position in the Israeli
military was as assistant to Ezer Weizman, the deputy chief of staff who later became president of Israel.
During the early 1970s, she worked in the war room, a bunker where Gen. Moshe Dayan was in charge. As
a war room assistant to Weizman, Orit provided military leaders with documents and correspondence.
Prior to joining Bain & Company, Gadiesh served in the office of the Deputy Chief of Staff of the Israeli
Army. Currently, she is on the board of directors of the Peres Center for Peace, an organization headed by a
former chief of staff of the Israeli military, Lt. General Amnon Lipkin-Shahak. The high-level Mossadnik
Avner Azulay, managing director of the Marc Rich Foundation, is also on the executive board of the Peres
Center.

EVIDENCE OF VOTE FRAUD SURFACES
WHO STOLE THE IOWA CAUCUS? - Edward True, 28, helped count the 53 votes in his precinct and jotted
down the results. When he checked to make sure the Republican Party of Iowa got the count right, he said
he was shocked to find they hadn't. "When Mitt Romney won Iowa by eight votes and I've got a 20-vote
discrepancy here, that right there says Rick Santorum won Iowa,"
WHO REALLY WON IN IOWA?
There are alarming news reports that show that the tally of the Republican caucus in Iowa was
manipulated giving fraudulent additional votes to Mitt Romney. In one precinct alone, where Romney
received only two votes, the tally showed twenty-two, an increase of 1,000 percent! If such egregious vote
fraud happened in one precinct, it most likely happened in others:
Des Moines TV station KCCI reported that a Ron Paul backer attending his first precinct caucuses in
Appanoose County, in southern Iowa, said the vote from his precinct was inaccurately reported and
gave Romney 20 more votes than he actually received.
The Paul supporter, Edward True of Moulton, told The Associated Press that he helped count the
ballots cast at his precinct caucuses and that Romney received two votes. True said he was shocked
to see the official results on the Republican Party website showed Romney with 22 votes in the
precinct.
"I assume somebody made a typographical error," he said in a telephone interview. True said that
when he contacted local Republican officials, "They said they would sort it out in the next couple of
weeks, but how many primaries will have happened by that time?"

IMMEDIATE AUDIT OF IOWA RESULTS REQUIRED
Edward True, 28, said at his 53-person caucus at the Garrett Memorial Library, Romney received only two
votes. According to the Iowa Republican Party's website, True's precinct cast 22 votes for Romney. "This is
huge," True said. "It essentially changes who won." While the mainstream media portrays this
as a single typographical error it may be an indication of a more serious case of vote fraud. Edward
True's discovery is clear evidence of vote fraud and a complete audit of the Iowa tally must be done to
determine if the caucus results were manipulated on a statewide scale.
When I began this article about Ron Paul and the Iowa caucus, a week before it happened, I was
strongly inclined to predict that Mitt Romney was going to win, based solely on my knowledge that he is
supported financially by the Crown family of Chicago, a family of high-level Zionist weapons dealers closely
tied to the state of Israel. The Crown family, which profits directly from war and defense spending, also
supports Barack Obama and is one of those highly-connected Zionist clans that knows how to make
their candidates win elections - one way or another. Lester Crown also sits on the board of the Peres
Center, along with Orit Gadiesh and other high-level Mossadniks.
ROMNEY'S ISRAELI HANDLER
Orit Gadiesh (age 60) is a high-level Israeli military intelligence agent at Bain & Co. who has worked closely
with Mitt Romney for decades.
Orit Gadiesh, born 1951, is the daughter of Falk Gadiesh (formerly Gruenfeld) one of the Israeli army's first
brigadier generals and a member of the General Staff. The Gruenfeld family immigrated to Palestine in
1939 when Falk was 18. He became a Brigadier and was sent by Israeli military intelligence to the United
States in 1952 (see names on KLM's U.S. passenger manifest) on a diplomatic passport to study at MIT. He
then returned to Israel and reorganized the Israeli army.

intelligence agencies, is most likely based on his decades of working with Bain & Company, which is
headed by Orit Gadiesh, an Israeli military intelligence agent. Romney and Gadiesh have worked together
at Bain since the early 1990s. Gadiesh is the Israeli intelligence agent who steers Bain & Co., and who
probably advises Mitt Romney on the Middle East and other matters. She served on Romney's transition

A Romney victory in Iowa, I wrote, would have certainly been the result if the Republicans were to use
the same dodgy telephonic tally system (Voxeo, a firm tied to Israeli military intelligence) which had
been used by the Democrats of Iowa in the two previous elections. I have written extensively about how
the Israeli-linked Voxeo system was used to manipulate the tallies of the Iowa Democrat caucuses of 2004
and 2008. The rigging of the Iowa caucus allows for the presidential election to be stolen at the
beginning - like a baby from its crib. It now appears very likely that the Republican caucus of 2012 was
also manipulated and stolen. The national importance of the Iowa caucus means that we have a right to
demand an independent audit of the results. The evidence indicates that the Republican Party of Iowa is
not able to provide verifiable results in a timely manner. We should not have to wait two weeks to
have the results from such a simple, but important poll.
One week before the caucus I contacted the Republican Party of Iowa and spoke with three different people
in their communications department about how the results would be tallied. Patrick, the first person I
spoke to about the vote counting process, told me that he could not reveal how the tally would be done
"for security purposes." Ryan, the second person, told me that the precincts would communicate the
results to caucus headquarters in Des Moines but the way in which the precinct results were to be sent was
being kept secret for security purposes.
Finally, I spoke to Nicole Sizemore, the assistant director of communications. Sizemore told me that there
was no outside agency involved in the tally process and that it would be "very transparent" with oversight
by observers from the different campaigns. The complete tally with "total breakdown" by precinct, she
said, would be released within 14 days of the January 3 caucus. I was glad to hear this and decided not to
come out with a gloomy prediction that Mitt Romney would win. With the information I had from the
Republican Party of Iowa it seemed that there was a good chance for a honest and transparent caucus. It
now seems that my trust was misplaced and that my instinct that vote fraud would give Romney a
victory in Iowa was correct after all.
If the statement of Edward True is true and correct, the tally numbers for Mitt Romney were manipulated.
If vote fraud happened in True's precinct, it probably happened in others all across the state. The tally
from the Iowa caucus must be examined to see if the statewide results match the precinct results for each
of the 1,774 precincts. Now that the Iowa caucus is over, the method by which the results were
communicated to caucus HQ needs to be exposed and examined because, just like the Voxeo telephonic
vote-counting system, this appears to have been the weak link through which the results were
manipulated giving Mitt Romney his victory in Iowa.

from West Des Moines who has served multiple tours in Iraq and Afghanistan - and who supports Ron Paul
because he is tired of war and would like to have some "peace time" duty:
"Im really excited about a lot of his ideas, especially when it comes to bringing the soldiers home.
Ive been serving for ten years now and all ten years of those have been during wartime. I would like
to see a little peace time army."

Ron Paul came in third place in Iowa behind the two Zionist-supported pro-war candidates, Mitt Romney
and Rick Santorum. Santorum recently stated on "Meet the Press" that he would bomb Iran's nuclear
reactors if elected president. Is that an acceptable policy statement from a candidate for president? Does
50 percent of the Republican Party of Iowa truly want to wage yet another disastrous and costly war in the
Middle East, i.e. against the Islamic Republic of Iran, or is there another explanation for these results?

The ongoing cover-up of 9/11, the fraudulent "War on Terror", and the trillion-dollar U.S. military
intervention in the Middle East are the key elements coloring the political context of the U.S. presidential
election of 2012. The false-flag terror attacks of 9/11 and the U.S. military aggression in the Middle East
are two sides of the same counterfeit coin which has been used for the past decade to deceive
and defraud the American people - and the world. The massive fraud that began with 9/11 and which has
been used to rob the nation of untold billions could not possibly be maintained were it not for the utterly
corrupt political establishment of Washington, D.C. and the controlled media. This ongoing deception is
the real background against which the Iowa caucus, the first poll of the 2012 presidential election, needs to
be viewed.
The Republican caucus in Iowa on January 3 is of great importance because it is the first poll to determine
which candidate will challenge Barack Obama for the presidency. A CNN/Time poll indicates that Ron Paul
and Mitt Romney are currently the front runners polling about 25 percent each. Two days earlier Ron Paul
was the clear front runner, several points ahead of Romney and Newt Gingrich, who has now fallen
further behind. Despite Paul's common sense positions and popularity with voters, the paid pundits of the
controlled media outlets constantly attack his positions as "out of the mainstream".
Paul, who is a very popular candidate, is treated most unfairly by so-called alternative media outlets such
as Salon and theHuffington Post. When one reads, for example, the first sentence of the Bob Cesca piece
on the Huffington Post in which he says progressives that support Ron Paul are "out of their blessed
gourds", it is worth remembering that the Huffington Post was acquired by AOL in February 2011
for $315 million. There is always a political reason for such media acquisitions and the Ron Paul candidacy
is that reason. This is a perfect example of how, and why, the so-called alternative media is controlled by
the same sinister forces that control the "mainstream" press. What better way is there to control the
thoughts of progressive voters than to control the websites they rely on for information?
Ron Paul is opposed to waging war against Iran.

A CNN/ORC poll released in November found that 68 percent of Americans opposed the war in Iraq
and 63 percent are against the one in Afghanistan. Yet, we keep hearing that only hawks have a
chance to be elected president Dr. Ron Paul is firmly anti-war, anti-empire, and anti-torture. He has
been drawing large crowds in Iowa. He has legions of volunteers and a steady source of money
through Internet fundraising. His supporters are willing, as one said, to "crawl over broken glass" for
him. So if there is snow in Iowa or New Hampshire, that should be no problem.

One of the key issues, perhaps the most crucial issue, in the GOP Iowa caucus is the position of the
candidates regarding the Zionist war policy against Iran. Ron Paul is opposed to waging war against Iran
while Romney and most of the others are eager armchair warriors against the Islamic Republic of Iran. With
the new U.S. sanctions seeking to strangle Iran financially having brought counter threats to close the
Strait of Hormuz, the U.S. position vis-a-vis Iran is now of the utmost importance as the chances of war are
greater than ever.
Iran has been the subject of a Zionist war strategy for years in the same way that organized Jewry declared
war on Germany in the early 1930s, long before the invasion of Poland in 1939. The punitive sanctions
against Iran are war by other methods and unless the United States changes its approach to Iran it will find
itself in another major war in the Middle East, one with drastic and unforeseeable consequences.

major shareholder of General Dynamics, the Crown family profits from U.S. defense spending and war. As

Mitt Romney is hawkish on Iran because he is supported by Zionist warmongers like the Crown family of

Mitt Romney would most likely win the caucus if the Republican Party of Iowa were to tally the caucus
results using the dodgy telephonic tally system (Voxeo) used by the Iowa Democrats in 2004 and 2008.
But after having intensively queried the Republican Party of Iowa about how the results will be tallied it
seems to me that the Republican Party of Iowa will be tallying the results themselves in Des Moines.
Nicole Sizemore, assistant communications director for the GOP of Iowa, told Bollyn.com that there is no
outside contractor involved in the tally and that it will be a "very transparent" poll with multiple observers.
Although Sizemore could not reveal the specifics about how the results would be communicated to
headquarters, she confirmed that a complete breakdown of the 1,774 precinct results would be published
within 14 days. These are the key elements of an open and transparent poll.
This is good news because it suggests that the results of the January 3 Republican caucus are likely to be
more representative, honest, and accurate than the Democratic caucus in 2008 that helped bring the dark
horse candidate Barack Obama to power. In 2004 another dark horse candidate, John Kerry, came from
behind to run against George W. Bush. In both cases, pro-war candidates from the back of the pack won
the rigged caucus, effectively removing the question of the illegal war policy from the debate. Let's hope
Ron Paul wins Iowa in a truly honest and transparent caucus on January 3. We certainly don't need
anymore illegal Zionist wars for profit and the people of Iowa know that as well as anyone. Iowa has lost
69 servicemen in the wars in Afghanistan and Iraq with more than 477 wounded, according
to iCasualties.org.

recently stated that he would bomb Iran's nuclear facilities if elected president. Iran is the central foreign
policy question facing the presidential candidates. The U.S. has been at war in the Middle East for 21
years, since January 1991, when President George H.W. Bush went to war against Iraq over Kuwait.

Who is the Mystery Telecom in the Iowa Caucus?

I have made several calls to the Republican Party of Iowa in the past few weeks asking about the name of
the mystery "telecom" that was involved in the January 3 caucus. Today, I spoke with Ryan Gough,
organization director of the party. Once again I asked Gough if he could tell me the name of the telecom
involved in the caucus. He asked me to hold on "a second" and went to meet with his boss, I assume.
After a few minutes Gough returned and told me that they would not be releasing the name of the
company that was involved in the tally. I asked him why not and he simply said that they would not
provide that information - now or in the future. I then asked him if the company was Voxeo and he claimed
to know nothing about Voxeo. Voxeo is the Israeli-linked telecom company that was involved in the
flawed Democratic caucuses of Iowa in 2004 and 2008.
Why is the GOP of Iowa hiding the name of the company that helped transmit the data on January 3? I
suspect that the mystery "telecom" was the weak link by which the data was manipulated. There is no
reason that the GOP of Iowa should be able to keep the identity of the company secret. I hope there
are people in Iowa or in the Ron Paul campaign who might know the identity of this mystery company and
pass it along to me. I have contacted the Des Moines Register and hope they can help. Because the GOP
of Iowa is a political party this information cannot be obtained through a FOIA.

The Reality of Electronic Vote Fraud in America

As this system is the only form and principle of government by which liberty can be preserved, and
the only one that can embrace all the varieties of a great extent of country, it necessarily follows,
that to have the representation real, the election must be real; and that where the election is a
fiction, the representation is a fiction also. Like will always produce like.
"WHERE THE ELECTION IS A FICTION"
While most Americans will vote on electronic voting machines in 2012, the public is generally unaware of
how easy it is for an election to be stolen by the people who control these machines. This is the
fundamental problem that has disenfranchised the American voter and has turned our elections into
fiction. As Thomas Paine wrote in 1803, "where the election is a fiction, the representation is a fiction
also."
The following three short video clips explain why a free people should not allow elections to be
conducted using such machines. The simple and sure way to restore our democratic franchise is to return
to hand-counted paper ballots which are openly counted in front of the public in each polling place. This is
the absolutely essential element, the sine qua non, of open and transparent elections. This is what we
must return to in every county in every state across the nation.

The American relationship to democracy is very much like the Soviet relationship to
communism. American politicians and the media talk about democracy in the same way that Soviet
leaders and their media spoke about communism. The Soviet Union had institutes devoted to communism
and the Kremlin fostered communist regimes in nations far and wide. Likewise, the United States
has institutes that claim to promote democracy around the world and Washington wages war to foster
democracy in distant lands. While U.S. presidents blather about waging war in support of democracy in
Afghanistan and Iraq, most Americans assume that they live in a democratic nation - but do they? If the
United States is a truly a functioning democracy in which the government is controlled by representatives
who are elected by the people, why is there such a disconnect between what the American people want
from their government - and what they get?
The United States of America is generally thought to be the world's most powerful democratic nation and
the leading proponent of democracy. According to President George W. Bush, this is why the U.S.
was attacked on 9/11. As the president told the nation, "America was targeted for attack because we're
the brightest beacon for freedom and opportunity in the world."
After 9/11, claiming it was in the nation's interest to remove the Taliban regime and install a democratic
government in Kabul, the Bush administration invaded Afghanistan. As Bush told U.S. troops stationed in
Afghanistan in 2006, "History has taught us democracies don't war...Democracies yield peace, and that's
what we want." The main reason for the decade-long military occupation of Afghanistan, we are told, is to
protect its fledgling democracy. Likewise for the eight-year-old occupation of Iraq.
The Bush belief that "democracies yield peace" is merely a continuation of the democracy doctrine of
Bill Clinton, which he articulated in his State of the Union address in January 1994, saying, "the best
strategy to ensure our security and to build a durable peace is to support the advance of democracy
elsewhere."
Ultimately, the best strategy to ensure our security and to build a durable peace is to support the advance
of democracy elsewhere. Democracies don't attack each other.

ZIONISM vs DEMOCRACY
All those who seek to destroy the liberties of a democratic nation ought to know that war is the
surest and shortest means to accomplish it.

While Clinton and Bush claimed to be proponents of democracy, their deeds utterly failed to match their
words. In 2006, for example, when the Palestinians held free and fair elections, the United States refused
to even accept the results. In an open and democratic election for the Palestinian Legislative Council
(PLC) the clear winner was Hamas, who won the majority and should have been able to form a
government. Because the Hamas victory did not suit the Israelis, the United States ignored the election
results and banned any meeting with Hamas officials. As a result of the Israeli ban on Hamas, the U.S.
government has supported the unelected Palestinian Authority and its self-proclaimed president for the
past five years. The Zionist diktat clearly trumped democracy for the Palestinians, a pattern we have seen
repeated many times during the past decade.
The United States supports brutal dictatorships and undemocratic regimes across the Middle East. Israel
portrays itself as a democracy although full rights and the democratic franchise is reserved only for Jews.
A Jewish settler on the West Bank, for example, is enfranchised to vote while his Christian or
Muslim neighbor is not. Why would a democracy like America support a dictatorship or an exclusive tribal
state like Israel or Saudi Arabia? It simply doesn't make sense unless one considers that the U.S. political
system is controlled by Zionists. An oil-rich democracy like Norway has to sell its oil in the same way as a
dictatorship with oil.
The Obama administration has accepted the Israeli diktat and still refuses to meet with Hamas.
Likewise, Obama has shown tepid support for pro-democracy movements across the Middle East. Rather
than supporting peaceful protestors calling for democratic change, the U.S. has done little to prevent the
tyrants it works with in the region from using lethal force against their own citizens. In some cases, such
as with its allies Egypt and Bahrain, the U.S. has evidently secretly supported the use of brutal force
against pro-democracy protestors.
This raises a fundamental question about the nature of the U.S. government. If the United States is truly a
democratic state governed by representatives elected by the people, why does it support regimes that are
clearly anti-democratic? Why does the U.S. president ignore the will of the citizenry? The American
people were strongly opposed, in some polls by a ratio of 1,000 to 1, to the Bush-Obama bailout of Maurice
Greenberg's criminal A.I.G. and the greedy investment banks it insured, yet the incredibly costly bailout
sailed through Congress. When it comes to the fraudulent "War on Terror", a recent Washington Post/ABC
News poll found that nearly two-thirds of Americans say Obama's war in Afghanistan is not worth fighting
and nearly three-quarters of the population say he should withdraw a substantial number of combat
troops from Afghanistan this summer, but only 39 percent say they expect he will do that. How can such a
disconnect exist in a country that is supposedly governed by a president and congressmen elected by the
people?
Ten years ago, I wrote an article about the electronic voting machines introduced in Chicago for the 2000
presidential election. Having found that these machines completely removed the citizen from the vote-
counting process and gave that power to the people who controlled the machines, I called the article "The
Death of Democracy Or May the Best Hacker Win". I have monitored several elections in Chicago since
2000 and have found that there is absolutely no citizen oversight of the vote counting process and
no transparency whatsoever in how the results are tallied. Furthermore, there is absolutely no discussion
in the media of these most obvious and serious flaws in our elections. Elections are really only a big story
in America every four years and the fact that Americans have completely lost their democratic franchise
does not seem to concern many people because they do not really understand how elections are supposed
to be held in a democracy.
A PRIMER ON DEMOCRATIC ELECTIONS
The health of a democratic society may be measured by the quality of functions performed by
private citizens.

Franchise means the right to vote in a country's elections. Americans are enfranchised when they have
the right to vote for their representatives. The word "franchise" comes from the Latin word francus, which
means free. In French, the words franc and franche derive from the Germanic tribe of Franks, because only
Franks had full freedom in Frankish Gaul. The French take their democratic franchise very seriously.
Having observed elections in other nations, I was most impressed by the simplicity and beauty of the open
and transparent elections held in France in May 2002.
Americans don't need a violent revolution to throw out the criminals who control the United States. What
is required is to restore democracy in America by returning to open and democratic elections in which the
citizens count the votes openly in each polling station. Because Americans don't do this and don't
understand how it should be done, I will explain how democratic elections should be done using my
photographs from the French presidential election I monitored in Avignon on 5 May 2002, between the
incumbent Jacques Chirac and Jean Marie Le Pen of France's National Front.
Voter turnout was nearly 80 percent of the 41 million registered voters in France in the second round of the
presidential election on 5 May 2002. Nearly all of 33 million ballots cast had been hand counted in each
polling station within one hour after the polls closed at 6 p.m. and the national tally was virtually complete
by 8 p.m. The French method of voting and the hand-counting of the votes by the citizens is an
excellent model of how open and transparent democratic elections should be done. There is no valid
reason why Americans should not return to this foolproof method of voting. This is, in fact, the only way to
remove the criminals who have taken over our government.

In French presidential elections, the voter only chooses between the two strongest candidates. The voter
takes a ballot for each candidate and puts his choice in a blue envelope in the privacy of the voting booth.
He then deposits his envelope in the transparent box in front of the election judges. In America, on the
other hand, the ballot on Election Day is often cluttered with hundreds of choices. The election thieves
intentionally clutter the ballot in order to confuse the voters and provide an excuse for using electronic
vote-counting machines, which are controlled by members of the crimocracy.

After the polls close, the box of votes is opened by the local election judge in front of the press and
the public.
The blue envelopes containing the ballots are dumped on the table in front of the citizens who will count
the votes.
The envelopes containing the ballots are first counted and the tally compared with the number of voters
who signed in at the polling station. In this case there was a discrepancy of 1 vote.
The ballot envelopes are then put into larger envelopes of 100 votes. In this polling station at the city hall
of Avignon, there were about 760 votes cast.
The counting of the votes is done openly in front of the citizens and press. This is an essential part of
transparent and democratic elections. If the vote counting is not done openly, the election cannot be
called democratic. The counting of the votes took less than one hour.
Each envelope of 100 votes is counted individually and the results checked twice and tallied. Here the
election workers remove the ballots, which are carefully counted and stacked by candidate.
Only those who are appointed to be part of the vote counting are allowed to touch the ballots or
envelopes. The public is able to witness every step of the vote counting, which is what makes an election
authentic and transparent.
The station's results are tallied and authenticated by the judges. This is what authenticates the election
results in each polling station across France. Such vote counting and authentication of precinct results was
once done in polling stations across the United States but is now done only in a few rural communities.
Nearly all of the votes in the United States are processed by electronic voting machines or systems that
are controlled by private companies.
The final tally for her station complete, the results are signed and sealed and returned to the box, which is
locked.
The station's election judge is ready to take the results from her polling station to the central counting
station for Avignon, which was in the city hall.
Election judges from across Avignon brought their boxes of votes to the city hall to be registered for the
district tally.
The authenticated results from each polling place are registered.
The district results are then communicated by computer to the nation's central tally center. Because the
results of each polling place have been counted openly by the citizens there is virtually no chance for
election fraud. Because all the polling stations counted their votes simultaneously, virtually all the votes in
France, nearly 33 million ballots, had been counted and tallied by 8 p.m. Chirac won with 82 percent of the
vote. The French method is an excellent model of how an open and transparent democratic election
should be conducted.

The Coming American Revolution

A revolution is brewing in the United States of America. The public discontent surrounding the costly and
disastrous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, the firing of General Stanley A. McChrystal, and the BP oil spill in
the Gulf are all indications that a revolution is nearing. There are, of course, many other grievances, such
as the trillion dollar bail-out and taxes, but there is one issue that makes a revolution inevitable: the
government lies and cover-up about what really happened on 9-11.
The publication in March 2009 of the discovery of a large amount of super-thermite in the dust of the
pulverized World Trade Center was not just the end of the government's version as an acceptable
explanation of what happened on 9-11 it marked the beginning of the American revolution against the
tyranny that has hijacked our republic.
President Obama says that U.S. troops are fighting in Afghanistan because of the terrorism of 9-11 but we
have solid scientific evidence that the Twin Towers were demolished with an extremely powerful form of
super-thermite made with nanotechnology. The government lies about 9-11 and the proof cannot co-exist
in peace. The discovery of super-thermite effectively marked the end of the criminal regime that runs the
United States. Its days are numbered.
Revolutions are usually associated with violence, but they don't have to be. Since 1990, half the nations of
Europe and Asia have gone through peaceful revolutions that replaced the former dictatorships of the once
mighty Soviet Union. The apartheid regime of South Africa also came to an end without violence. The
revolution to restore the sovereignty of the American people certainly need not be violent, and really
should not be.
The essential problem with the American republic today is that "the representation is a fiction" because our
elections are fraudulent fiction. President Obama and the Congressmen running the United States do not
really represent us, the American people. Our politicians are beholden to the people who put them in
power, i.e. the people who own and control the electronic voting machine systems used across the United
States.
The only way to peacefully restore the stolen sovereignty to the American people is to restore integrity and
transparency to our elections. The widespread use of electronic voting machines is how our republic is
stolen from us every time we hold elections. The easiest and surest way to get our nation back is to return
to hand-counted paper ballots in every polling place across the United States. The Constitution gives the
states and counties the authority to determine the manner of voting. The citizens in every county need to
be involved and present at the counting of the votes in every polling place to properly authenticate the
tally. This is the absolute essential condition, the conditio sine qua non of an open and democratic
election. If the people are not involved in the counting of the votes, the election is not authentic. It's that
simple. A few hours spent counting votes is a small price (but the absolute minimum required) to pay for
preserving our republic.

voting machines in many counties in the United States. ES&S clearly did not want to talk and had
absolutely no information to provide to the media.
In a discussion of the recent primary election in South Carolina in which a previously unknown candidate
beat the Establishment candidate, I received the following email from a writer who goes by the name Jimi
Big Bear. Mr. Big Bear's comments about electronic vote fraud in the United States explain the problem in
a way that everyone can understand.
Jimi Big Bear wrote the following:
In all likelihood, the same voting machines were used as were used to elect Obama. Right? Why no cries of
vote rigging then?
Coulter: Obama senior adviser [and Zionist handler] David Axelrod said Greene was not a "legitimate"
candidate and called his victory "a mysterious deal." (Yes, how could a young African-American man with
strange origins, suspicious funding, shady associations, no experience, no qualifications, and no
demonstrable work history come out of nowhere and win an election?)
Is electronic voting a major problem? Absolutely. But I think what this incident points out is how corrupt the
whole process is - what a farce and a sham it is. Maybe that's what whomever put up the $10,000 for this
numb skull (Greene) wanted to show America? Maybe it's just the mood of the country to vote out all
incumbents? Maybe Greene watched "Used Cars" one too many times?
There is only one Establishment party - a political MONOPOLY. It appears to have two "wings" or branches
to it - Republican and Democrat - and the gullible public believes that one of the parties has their interests
at heart, or is somehow or in someway "better" than the other party. It's so superficial, it's like TV sports
(any/all of them). People have their team and wear their team's colors and watch their games - sometimes
even travel to major cities to spend lots of money to watch their team live.
Time has proven that with Obama we have VERY LITTLE difference than if McCain/Palin would have been
elected. The lesser of evils is still evil, after all. Why do those of you who voted for Obama not call him on
his lies?
Obama is a Zionist-controlled politician just like Bush and Clinton.
Same thing with the media. It's all owned by just 6 companies - all of them owned/controlled by Zionists.
The media collectively has a "box" - one side of the box is "left", "liberal", Democrat starring Mathews,
Olberman, etc. The other side of the box is "right", "conservative", Republican starring Limbagh, Hannity,
O'Reilly and Coulter, etc. The media makes it SEEM like there are real differences between the two sides,
and they go to great lengths to keep us from "seeing" the box, and they all know, pretty much from
experience, that if they want to keep getting the big paychecks, that they do NOT want to get out of the
box. Don't get out of the box. Don't even talk about the box! Divide and conquer - just as M said. That's
what demo[n]cracy is all about - divide and rule. That's why M also said, "Damn the democracy!"
To get caught up in the Al Greene debate is to be distracted from the bigger picture. The quickest way to
get our Country back is to take the MONEY POWER away from the Zionist Crimocracy that runs the country.
Without the "terrible power of the purse" they'll have to fold up their tent and move on. Liberals will stop
being Neoliberals and Conservatives will stop being Neoconservatives. With cool heads, warm hearts and
compromise, statesmen will replace politicians and our Country will be restored to greatness
Vote fraud has been going on FAR longer than 2000 Bush Gore, folks. The Collier brothers are (or were - I
think they were both killed with cancer) THE premier vote fraud discoverers. In Florida, way back in the
early 60's, one of the brothers ran for office and the other brother was his campaign manager. What they
discovered - by actually participating in the process - was astounding.

Anyway, the media turned out to be involved in the vote fraud that was going on WAY back then - WAY
before electronic voting machines. Janet Reno was involved. Catherine Graham - the Grand Dragon Lady of
the Washington Post - and even the friggin League of Women Voters!!!! The Collier brothers were hounded
and I believe ultimately murdered (slowly with cancer) by the ESTABLISHMENT'S CIA.
The crux of the problem remains the same: THE VOTING IS SUPPOSED TO BE SECRET. THE COUNTING IS
SUPPOSED TO BE PUBLIC!
The Collier brothers walked into a back room of a voting machine company - with a video camera (big as
they were in the day) - and captured members of the League of Women Voters actually altering the punch
cards that the voting machines made that day in the election! They had "chads" all over their clothes!
The point I've been trying to make is that the core problem isn't Republicans or Democrats, it's the
Establishment! They OWN Obama - just as they owned Bush-Cheney and McCain-Palin! They own the
media. They own MOST of Congress. They own the voting machine companies.
If you're honest with yourself, you will admit that things are very little different from Bush-Cheney Junta to
Obama. How many more of Obama's lies do you have to see proven before you will admit that there is only
the one Establishment party? The Goldman-Sachs crowd owns Obama just as surely as they would (do)
own McCain-Palin.
So, bottom line, DOES IT REALLY MATTER IF THERE IS VOTING FRAUD WHEN THE ONLY CHOICE WE HAVE IS
BETWEEN THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS? SOMEONE FROM THE APPARENT DEMOCRAT WING OF THE ONE
ESTABLISHMENT PARTY? OR SOMEONE FROM THE APPARENT REPUBLICAN WING OF THE ONE
ESTABLISHMENT PARTY?

Amendment rights to "corporate speech" would have been "inconceivable" to the Framers of the
Constitution.
The Supreme Court decision allowing corporations to spend unlimited amounts of money on political
advertising is the death knell for democracy* in America. If voting machines killed the democratic
franchise in the United States, this decision by the Supreme Court is a dump truck dumping tons of dirt on
its grave. This is the legal acceptance of what can only be called the rule of corporatism in America.
American voters do not generally elect their presidents and representatives based not on their real merits
or political skills but mainly on the image of the candidate received through television advertising and
televised debates, which are controlled by the two major political parties. President Obama (my former
senator who failed to respond to my letters) was not elected on his proven merits or political achievements
(which are very scanty) but on a carefully crafted image of the candidate created by corporate lobbyist
David Axelrod, his senior media strategist and political advisor. This ruling gives corporations an even
bigger voice than they already have in politics by allowing them to run televised political ads before an
election. This is a extremely flawed interpretation of the freedom of speech and cannot be allowed to
stand if the United States is to retain any semblance of being a democratic republic.

Corporations are not individuals or citizens. They are super-sized entities that are international in scope
and size. Many of them are not beholden to any nation. Corporations simply cannot be equated with
citizens as they do not belong to any nation. Corporations are concerned with gaining power and wealth
and have core interests that are clearly contrary to the national good or public interest. With this ruling
corporations will be able to use their general funds to play a super-size role in any political contest in the
nation. How can any candidate of the people compete against someone who has the backing of a huge
corporation with a war chest of millions of dollars to spend on advertising and television ads? Corporations
have business interests in every congressional district in the nation. This ruling will enable them to
exercise a massive influence in every congressional race.
If the First Amendment has any force, it prohibits Congress from fining or jailing citizens, or
associations of citizens, for simply engaging in political speech.

Corporations can not be granted the same rights as those enshrined in the First Amendment for citizens of
the United States. To rule that corporations have the right of free speech in federal elections and then
allow them to spend freely from their immense financial resources on political campaigns at every level
across the United States is a most absurd interpretation of the Constitutional right of Freedom of Speech.
Justice Kennedy's statement above does not take into account that churches are "associations of
citizens" that are fined (taxed) for engaging in political speech. Churches in the United States do not have
the right to political speech. Why should corporations, which are often foreign-owned and controlled, be
allowed to have the loudest voice in U.S. elections while churches are forced to be silent? This
decision destroys the notion that America is a government "of the people, by the people, for the people."
* The term democracy should not be taken to mean that the United States is a "democracy" in the literal
or classical Greek meaning of the word. Switzerland is a democracy in the real meaning of the word.
The Swiss citizenry is truly involved in making political decisions for the nation. The United States was
created as a republic with democratic elections in which representatives are chosen. The right to choose
political representatives through open and transparent elections is the "democratic franchise", something
which has completely disappeared in most counties of the United States with the use of computerized
electronic voting systems.

LETTER TO THE CITIZENS OF THE UNITED STATES

On The Urgent Need to Take Our Elections Back

It is always the interest of a far greater part of the nation to have a thing right than to have it wrong;
and therefore, in a country whose government is founded on the system of election and
representation, the fate of every party is decided by its principles.

WHERE THE ELECTION IS FICTION
"Where the election is a fiction, the representation is a fiction also," Thomas Paine wrote in 1803, "Like will
always produce like."
Born and raised in Chicago and suburban Cook County, and having run for office in my hometown, I know
something about fictional elections. Election fraud is a fact of life in Chicago and Illinois. It is the way to
power for ambitious men and has been for a very long time. Illinois is a state where elections have long
been criminal and fraudulent.
"Like will always produce like," as Paine wrote. Sure enough, the politicians in Chicago and Illinois reflect
the criminality that brought them to power. It is not at all uncommon in Illinois for the former governors
and mayors to be charged and imprisoned on serious crimes -- after they leave office. This is also how it
has always been in my hometown of Hoffman Estates.
Tonight, the presidential race of 2008 officially begins with the Iowa caucus. We now know that Voxeo, a
foreign company connected to the Israeli military, controlled and tallied the Iowa caucus results in 2004.
The Iowa caucus results from 2004 were clearly manipulated to benefit John Forbes Kerry, the dark horse
Democrat from Massachusetts who went to Iowa lagging far behind in 5th or 6th place, but who, quite
unexpectedly, won the caucus.
Will Voxeo and the Iowa caucus cheat the American people again in 2008?
They will unless they are stopped by the good people of Iowa. The only hope to prevent another Iowa fraud
is that the good people participating in the caucus do their own reporting and conduct their own tally of
the results. The people of Iowa and the United States don't need or want the Israelis to tally their caucus.
The rest of the race is history. The fraudulent caucus results from Iowa created the utterly fake race of
2004. George W. Bush, the pro-war unelected incumbent was challenged by his good buddy from their
secret homosexual society at Yale University, Skull & Bones.
The Israelis running Voxeo gave the Iowa caucus to Kerry. He ran as a pro-war Democrat whose only
argument about the war was how to fight it more effectively. With two perverted Skull & Bones buddies
running for office, Kerry was part of a conspiracy to deceive the American people by running a fake race.
In this way, the real burning issues of the day, for example America's Middle East policies and involvement
in the illegal and disastrous wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, were effectively removed from the debate.
Four years later, our republic is in increasingly dire straits. The second unelected administration of the
dictatorial George W. Bush has made plans to continue the illegal wars of occupation in the Middle East
until at least 2017. The Israelis must be pleased.
Some 4,000 Americans have already died in these costly and unnecessary wars on top of the thousands
who were killed in the false flag terror attacks that were used to start them. Hundreds of thousands of
Americans have been disabled and maimed for life. Many more Iraqis have been killed and wounded. Half
the Iraqi population is now homeless, severely distressed, or in exile. What is this war being fought for?
Our civil liberties are under attack from every quarter. The economy is in shambles, the infrastructure is
crumbling, and millions of illegal immigrants live within our borders. The U.S. dollar is worth only half what
it was in 2002, and is worth less than the Canadian dollar. At this rate, it will soon be on par with the
Mexican Peso.
These, my fellow Americans, are the results of a criminal government, what I call a "crimocracy" a
government of criminals, by criminals, for criminals.
This regime of tyrants came to power in the same way that criminals have always come to power in Illinois
through fraudulent elections run by fellow criminals.
It is time for this nonsense to come to a screeching halt. The citizens of the United States need to
remember that these are our elections and this is our government. There is no place for foreigners in our
elections.
We need to insist that the Israelis and Venezuelans and their private vote-counting companies and their
bogus software will not be tolerated to have any part in our elections. Their criminal conduct has been
exposed and their days of stealing our elections are over.
Americans need to learn to be real patriots and jealously protect our nation in the same way they would
defend their wives and children. We must guard our republic like a protective husband and prevent all
enemies, domestic and foreign, from infiltrating and corrupting our elections and our government.
This is our sacred obligation as citizens of our democratic republic. If we are unwilling or unable to protect
the integrity of our elections, we will lose our republic and our way of life it's that simple.
We must demand that our elections are open and transparent and refuse to accept any electronic voting
machine systems run by secretive and foreign companies to steal our elections. This is what ES&S,
Diebold, Sequoia, and the others are doing they are part of a foreign conspiracy to control our elections
and government.
Nobody will give honest elections to us: we must demand them as our right as citizens in our republic.
Forget about the mass media, non-governmental organizations, the courts, or the government fixing this
for us. They are the ones who have created this mess and who benefit from it. It is up to us, as citizens, to
stand up and demand that our votes be properly and openly counted.
We must refuse to accept electronic voting machines and computer generated tallies in any way, shape, or
form. If our counties will not return to hand-counted paper ballots, we must challenge them and conduct
our own elections. We must stand up and resist the stealing of our elections in the same way that the
Mexicans did. We must make noise and demand open and transparent elections.
We must demand that the ballot be simple and uncluttered. On Election Day, we should only be voting for
president and our representatives at the federal and state level. Cluttering the ballot with county judges,
local officials, and other issues and candidates complicates the process and gives the criminals an excuse
for using their computer card vote-stealing machines.
Elections should be simple, clear, and frequent. In Switzerland, a truly democratic republic, elections are
held 4 times a year.
Demanding hand-counted paper ballots is the only way to take back our nation peacefully. The ballots
must be kept in plain sight at all times and openly counted in each polling station in front of the public
immediately after the polls close. This is not difficult or time consuming. Each precinct has only a few
hundred voters. This is the way democratic elections are supposed to be. There can be no compromise on
this transparency in the vote counting. This is the sine qua non of honest elections.
This is what we must demand. In doing so we are only demanding what is rightfully ours as citizens. This is
our republic and this is our government. If we all stand up and demand open and honest elections, with
hand-counted paper ballots, we can save the republic and our way of life. It is the only way.

ELRON - VOXEO: The Israeli Defense Firm That Tallies the Iowa Caucus

The Iowa caucus is only a few days away and the nation's attention will be directed to the results, which
signify the beginning of the U.S. presidential race. But does anyone watch who tallies the results of the
Iowa caucus?
The Iowa caucus results were tallied in 2004 by a company that is headed by a man whose company was
bought by Elron Electronics, the Israeli defense firm. I suspect that it will be the same this year. Don't
expect to see any grassroots political activists doing the tally in Iowa. The Israeli defense establishment
takes care of that part of the American "democratic" election process.
VOXEO
In the summer of 2004, I first learned that a foreign and out-of-state company using Interactive Voice
Response (IVR) technology tallied the Iowa caucus results.
The system used to tally the 2004 Iowa caucus results was provided by a company called Voxeo, which
was apparently based in Orlando, Florida. (Yellow flag goes up in the mind of those familiar with Orlando
and electronic vote fraud history. See Bollyn article on Yang below.)
The calls from the nearly 2,000 caucus centers in Iowa went to a Voxeo call center in Atlanta, Georgia.
On January 31, 2005, I wrote to Michelle Bauer, Iowa's Secretary of State with some questions about the
use of Voxeo, a foreign company located in Florida, to tally the results of the Iowa caucus:
Subject: How was the Iowa Caucus Tallied?
Dear Sirs,
When I visited the headquarters of the Democratic Party in Des Moines last summer, I learned that the tally
of the Iowa caucus had been "out-sourced" to a company in Atlanta, Georgia.
What this means is that the tallying of the Iowa caucus results was done over the telephone, using the
touch-tone buttons, to enter the results from each caucus location
I am interested in how this was done, and why. Why did the Democratic Party allow the crucial tally of the
caucus results to be done by a company in Atlanta? Don't they trust their own math skills?
Can any of you provide any information about this matter?

I am responding to you about how the caucus results for the Iowa Democratic Party were tallied on the
night of the nation's first caucus. After checking my sources, I can assure you that it is correct that an out-
of-state telephone/computer system tallied the Iowa precinct results.
The system used was provided by Voxeo Corporation based in Orlando, Florida. The calls went from Iowa to
a call center in Atlanta, Georgia.

This information was first provided to me last August by John McCormally, Communications Director for the
Iowa Democratic Party in Des Moines, Iowa.
Today I called Voxeo (800) 305-5771 in Orlando and although I didn't go into detail, the receptionist
confirmed that Voxeo had conducted the telephone tally of the Iowa Democratic Caucus results.
How is it that you don't know that?
McCormally told me that chairmen were selected in all 1,993 precincts and these chairmen called in on
touch-tone phones and after giving their PIN number, were able to enter the results from their precinct
using the touch-tone number pad.
I'm not going to go into great detail at this point, but this procedure of using an out-of-state computer
company to tally the precinct results for the Iowa Democratic Caucus lacks the transparency and openness
that one might expect in this exercise in grass-roots poll.
Clearly, if someone wanted to adjust the results, it would be the easiest thing to do to do it through this
computer system in Orlando, Florida. The Democrats in Iowa would never be aware of it, regardless of their
math skills, unless the paper results were carefully audited in an open and honest manner.

THE ISRAELIS & VOXEO
Now, who really is Voxeo, and why are the Iowa caucus results tallied by them? I don't know if the 2008
Iowa results will be tallied in the same way, but I wouldn't doubt it.
Voxeo is headed by Jonathan Taylor, who is the company's President and CEO. This is what his Voxeo
webpage says about him:

There you have it. Jonathan Taylor's company, which he founded, was taken over by Elron Electronic
Industries, the Israeli defense high tech company:

This is important information that Americans need to know and which they will not find in the Zionist-
controlled media in the United States. It needs to be understood that the entire election process in the
United States is a fraud. More than that, it is a fraud that is being perpetrated by the Israeli defense
establishment on the nave and gullible American public.
The sine qua non of an honest and transparent election process is the open counting of the votes by the
voters themselves in each polling station in front of the open eyes of other citizens and members of the
media. Any compromise in this most fundamental and essential process which acts to remove the citizenry
from the vote-counting process simply cannot be accepted.
This is what Americans MUST get back to, in every polling station in the nation: paper ballots that are hand
counted in front of the public.
Nothing else will do to protect their democratic franchise in the United States - NOTHING.

New Computer Vote Machines Malfunction, Unverifiable

COOK COUNTY, IllinoisChicagos use of a flawed computerized voting system operated by a

privately held foreign company reveals how meaningless and absurd the democratic process in
America has become. Having observed voting systems across Europe, from Serbia, Germany and
Estonia to Holland and France, this reporter has noted that the most honest and transparent
elections are also the most simple.
The more complicated methods of voting, such as the unverifiable computerized voting systems
widely used across the United States, lack the most essential element of democratic elections
transparency.
The $50 million touch-screen and optical-scan voting system provided by Sequoia Voting Systems
failed across Chicago and suburban Cook County during the March 21 Illinois primary. However, the
leading corporate-controlled newspapers merely lamented the failures of the system without
addressing its fundamental flaws or even reporting that the company running the election is
foreign-owned.
The high-tech computerized voting system was cumbersome and slow, one mainstream
Chicago newspaper reported. The machines failed across the county causing plenty of frustration
and confusion for voters, the paper reported. The ballots and votes from more than 400 precincts
were still uncounted two days after the election due to machine malfunctions and lost memory
cartridges which contain the results.
Reports from other dailies noted that as of noon Wednesday, Chicago was missing memory
cartridges from 252 polling stations while Cook County officials couldnt find the results from 162
suburban precincts.
Election officials tried to assure the public that although nobody knew where all the ballots and
computerized memory cartridges were, they were most assuredly not lost.
I dont trust that, U.S. Rep. Bobby Rush (D-Ill.) said. This is Chicago. This is Cook County. We
created vote fraud, vote scandal and stealing votes. We created that mechanism. It became an art
form.
Ballot chaos is how another large Chicago newspaper described the situation in which the votes
from hundreds of precincts could not be found or counted on Election Night.
We have accounted for the votes, Langdon Neal, city election chairman told the publication.
What we havent been able to do is count them.
In one precinct on the Near South Side, for example, the Sequoia optical scanner failed to register
anything but Republican ballots. Although election officials tried to repair the machine four times,
by the end of the day it had failed to register a single Democratic ballot in a precinct in which some
86 percent of the voters are Democrats.
When this reporter went to vote, the touch-screen machine went completely dead as the voter in
front of me pressed the button to print. When the poll workers were asked if other voters had had
similar problems with the equipment they said it had happened all day and showed me an
unplugged machine that had broken down earlier.
When the polls closed at 7 p.m., I was at the Cook County Clerks office to see how the votes were
tallied.
Citizens in Chicago, as in most American cities, are, however, forbidden from viewing or
participating in the any aspect of the vote-counting process.
The so-called counting of the votes is managed by some two dozen employees of Sequoia Voting
Systems, a privately held foreign company. These employees, many of whom are not even U.S.
citizens, have full access to the back room area, a sealed-off section of the 5th floor of the
county clerks office which is called the tally area.
In Chicago, the person in charge of the tallying of the votes was a British employee of Sequoia
named David Allen from London. Allen, who ran the Sequoia War Room in an office next to that of
Cook County Clerk David Orr, oversaw the tally room team, which included a dozen Venezuelan
employees, who operated the hidden computer equipment that counts the votes.
As I have reported before, there are wire services such as the Associated Press, who could be seen
having direct connections leading from their computers to the hidden mainframe computer of the
Sequoia tallying system located behind the wall on the 5th floor of the clerks office.
Senior executives from Sequoia Voting Systems and from its partner company, Smartmatic, such as
company president Jack A. Blaine and Roger Alejandro Piate Martinez, vice president of special
operations, also had full access to the tally area.
Sequoia, which was previously held by the British-based firm De La Rue PLC, a company, which
produces bank notes, travelers checks and cash handling equipment, was merged or combined with
Smartmatic in March 2005.
Smartmatic, which has a U.S.-based office in Boca Raton, Fla., is headed by three young
Venezuelans along with Blaine, a former vice president with Unisys. A dozen Venezuelans could be
seen managing the most sensitive aspects of the recent election in Chicago.
Smartmatic, the parent company of Sequoia Voting Systems, obtained the company for a
ridiculously low amount of money, Charles D. Brady, an analyst with Hibernia Southcoast Capital
Inc., said at the time of the merger.
While De La Rue purchased 85 percent of Sequoia in 2002 for $35 million, it reportedly sold the
growing global company for only $16 million in 2005. Tracey Graham, then president of Sequoia,
said more than 30 organizations had expressed interest in buying her company, yet no names of
other bidders were given citing confidentiality agreements.
The chief officers of Sequoia-Smartmatic are two 32-year old Venezuelans from Caracas, Antonio
Mugica and Alfredo Anzola. Anzola also works as a Venezuela-based lawyer brokering international
oil deals with the Cleveland law firm of Squire, Sanders & Dempsey.
With the combination of Sequoia and Smartmatic, both proven innovators with accomplished track
records in either the U.S. or abroad, we are creating the first truly global leader in providing voter-
verified electronic voting systems, Blaine said in March 2005 when the merger was announced.
There is, however, nothing verifiable about the Sequoia voting system used in Cook County. The
voter has no way of knowing if his vote has been counted or how it was counted.
The absolute lack of transparency in U.S. voting systems yields unverifiable election results, which
can only be accepted on faith. In Chicago voters are asked to trust the results produced by
malfunctioning machines operated by a privately owned foreign company.
Asked about the nature of the foreign company that runs elections in Cook County, Scott Burnham,
spokesman for Cook County Clerk Orr simply said, Ask Sequoia and hung up the phone. Asked
about the ownership of the privately held company, Allen, who supervised the tally, refused to
answer and handed the phone to Michelle Shafer, the companys vice president and spokesperson.
Pressed about Allens citizenship, Shafer finally admitted that the Sequoia employee who oversaw
the tally was, indeed, a British citizen who had been assisted by a team of Venezuelans.
Dimas Ulacio, one of the Venezuelan technicians who worked in the tally area spoke with me. Who
really owns Sequoia? I aksed Ulacio. Is Sequoia-Smartmatic truly a Venezuelan company or is it a
British-owned company masquerading as a Venezuelan company?
Ulacio laughed but refused to answer.
While a high percentage of the precinct resultsabout 90 percentare usually reported within one
hour of the polls closing, the Sequoia system failed to produce any results for nearly two hours.
Only 44 percent of the precinct results had been reported four hours after the polls closed.
The widespread failures of the Sequoia voting system in the Cook County election, Shafer said,
made for a very typical Election Day in a jurisdiction where they are changing voting technology.
Rather than blame the machines, Shafer blamed human error.

Computer Programmer Reveals Scheme to Steal 2000 Vote

TITUSVILLE, Florida. While the mainstream media has focused on a sensational murder trial
in California and the political crisis that followed the flawed elections in Ukraine, it has
ignored a huge domestic story about the computer programmer who has come forward and
explained how he had written computer code to steal elections in Florida.
An affidavit signed by the programmer, Clinton Curtis, in Prince Georges County, Md., on
Dec. 6, 2004, names the individuals involved in a computer vote fraud scheme that he
worked with in the early fall of 2000 as lead programmer for a company called Yang
Enterprises, Inc. (YEI), based in Oviedo, Fla.
The 4-page Curtis document contains 15 points that he swears are both true and correct.
I declare under penalty of perjury, Curtis signed on the affidavit, that the above is true
and correct.
By the fall of 2000 Curtis had worked as a programmer for two years with YEI, a listed
small, minority, woman-owned business that does extensive business with NASA and
Florida. The CEO of YEI is a Chinese immigrant named Mrs. Li Woan Yang.
On its web site, YEI says it has 250 employees working at its Oviedo headquarters, the
Kennedy Space Center, Cape Canaveral Air Force Station, Patrick Air Force Base and
Tallahassee, Fla.
According to published company documents, the contact person for YEI is Mike Cohen,
Yangs executive secretary. Cohen, named by Curtis as being one of the three key persons
at YEI involved in creating the program in 2000, has not answered telephone calls.

What is particularly troubling about these machines is the fact that they contain an
internal two-way modem, which enables anyone with a modem-equipped computer,
from hackers and vendors to telephone company personnel and politicians, to
potentially access and alter the computers tally of the votes.

Cook County, IL Across the United States, in precincts from coast to coast, ballot-
counting computers equipped with cellular telephony and two-way modems have
counted the votes of the American people. These ballot-counting machines, designed
and operated by private companies, and the laws that ushered in their use have
essentially disenfranchised citizen election judges from the vote-counting process
and relegated them to insignificant roles as public servants working for private
business on election night.
Computer programmers leave no fingerprints inside a computer, what happens inside

it cannot be seen, and its records, and printouts can be fixed to conceal whatever an
operator wants to keep secret. However, here and in other key jurisdictions around
the nation, election judges have signed off on tally tapes of computer-generated vote
counts without any actual verification on their part that the tally is correct.
OFFICIAL INDIFFERENCE
Some officials concerned with elections have pondered the unthinkable; namely, the
stealing of a presidential election by computer fraud in the metropolitan areas of key
states. Steve White, former assistant attorney general of California, said, Given the
importance of the national election, sooner or later it will be attempted. There is a
real reluctance to concede the gravity of the problem.
Officials at the Illinois State Board of Elections, the agency that approves the voting
machines used in the state was contacted and asked about how the integrity of the
elections could be safeguarded; each and every official interviewed was indifferent to
the threat of computer vote fraud. Rick Fulle, Assistant Director of voting systems
and 25-year veteran of the board said, You cant secure any computer system.
When asked if election judges were permitted by law to do a manual recount of the
votes to verify the accuracy of the computer tally the officials invariably replied,
You do not do a hand count, although Fuller added, nothing would stop them.
A hand count of the votes by the election judges at the precinct level, before posting
the results, is the only way to ensure that the machine tally is correct and that no
computer fraud has been perpetrated. However, election officials discourage any
manual audit saying that there are too many choices on the ballot and that a manual
count would take too long.
In Switzerland, arguably the most democratic nation, all major political decisions are
put before the people as referenda and polling with hand-counted paper ballots is
conducted at least four times a year. Switzerland is not a member of the United
Nations due simply to the fact that the Swiss people have rejected UN membership at
the polls.
NOBODY CARES
Tests of computer vote-counting systems used in Illinois from 1983-1987, which

tested tens of thousands of ballots, revealed significant errors in the computer
counting in more than twenty percent of the tests. Fulle said that in Illinois today
there is a 16 percent error rate with ballot-counting machines. He expected
numerous problems on election night saying equipment will fail across the state.
I dont understand why nobody cares, Michael L. Harty, former Illinois director of
voting systems and standards said, At one point, we had tabulation errors in twenty-
eight percent of the systems tested, and nobody cared.
The indifference of election officials, the people ultimately responsible for the
integrity of the elections, proves a point made by a former president of the University
of Chicago, Robert M. Hutchins, who said, The death of democracy is not likely to be
an assassination from ambush. It will be a slow extinction from apathy, indifference,
and undernourishment."
Officials from the Illinois Board of Elections said that election judges are only required
to verify that the number of ballots tabulated by the machine matches the number of
ballots counted by the judges as if voters are only voting for one candidate. Fulle
added, Nothing in the law [Illinois] requires that the count be accurate. In this way
the basic role of election judges -- to count and verify the accuracy of the vote -- has
been usurped and compromised by election machines operated by private
companies.
PUBLIC ELECTIONS ARE PRIVATE BUSINESS
Whether it was the Precinct Ballot Counter 2100 (PBC), the Optech Eagle III, the
Model 100 Optic Mark Reader (OMR), or the Votronic touch-screen system that
counted your vote, these machines have something in common:
they are all designed and operated by Elections Systems & Software, Inc. (ES&S) -
and they each contain a two-way modem, allowing them to communicate - and be
communicated with - while they are in operation.
What is particularly troubling about these machines is the fact that they contain an
internal modem, which enables anyone with a modem-equipped computer,
from hackers and vendors to telephone company personnel and politicians,
to potentially access and alter the computers tally of the votes.
ES&S is the largest company in the world focusing solely on automating the election
process. The company provides specialized systems and software to automate the
entire election process for local, state, and national governments worldwide. ES&S is
a reorganized company that was given a new name in November 1997 after
combining two of the largest election machine companies: Business Records Corp.
(BRC, formerly part of Cronus Industries) and American Information Systems, Inc.
(AIS).
ES&S is a privately held company owned by unknown investors and headed by Aldo
Tesi, who refers to the democratic franchise as the election industry. The company
is headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska and supplies thousands and thousands of
machines being used across the country to more than 2,200 U.S. jurisdictions in 49
states.
Cook County bought nearly 5,000 PBC machines from ES&S at a cost of $25 million
for the suburbs and the city of Chicago in what a company spokesman called a huge
contract.
ES&S FIASCO IN VENEZUELA
ES&S supplied Model 100 ballot-counting machines (through a Madrid-based

company called Indra Note the use of pagan deity names) for the elections in
Venezuela.
It was reported (in the Omaha World Herald, whose publisher, John Gottschalk is one
of the directors of ES&S) that the head of Venezuelas National Elections Council,
Etanislao Gonzalez, placed the blame for the technical difficulties during the election
on the Nebraska-based ES&S. Gonzalez said, the firm flagrantly failed to meet its
commitments and the failure had destabilized the countrys electoral process.
A Venezuelan air force jet flew to Omaha to fetch experts to salvage the election. It
was reported that more than 6 percent of the 7,000 voting machines broke down
during the Venezuelan election and that there were major technical glitches. ES&S
said that the rate of failure in the Venezuela election was "slightly higher than we
would expect."
EASY ACCESS ANYTIME
The PBC machines contain an internal Expedite modem made by Novatel Wireless, an
international company based in San Diego, a spin-off of two Canadian companies:
NovAtel, Inc. of Calgary, a company specializing in satellite communications and
global positioning systems, and an internationally owned oil company in Alberta.
You certainly run the risk of somebody hacking into these [vote-counting]
machines, a spokesman for Novatel Wireless said, The machine can be accessed
anytime it is plugged in, if one knows the computers IP (Internet Protocol)
address. Internet voting scares me, he added, it puts us in the same situation as a
third-world country. When asked about the ownership of Novatel Wireless, he said,
Ive no idea who owns the company.
Roy Saltman, a computer consultant at the National Institute of Standards and
Technologys Computer Systems Laboratory wrote a report for the U.S. Commerce
Dept. in 1988 entitled, Accuracy, Integrity, and Security in Computerized Vote-
Tallying, in which he documented many instances of vote mistabulation and the
inherent vulnerability of U.S. voting systems to error and fraud. Among the possible
methods he listed by which unknown persons may perpetrate undiscoverable
frauds were fraudulent alterations in the computer program or in control cards that
manipulate the program and introduction of false voting summaries through
changes in data stored in removable data storage units of precinct-located, vote-
counting devices.
Herb Deutsch, who works in the technical department of ES&S in Rockford, IL, where
the PBC was designed has worked with election software and hardware for 25 years
having formerly worked for BRC. Deutsch defended the PBC saying that its ballot
tabulation program is generic and that its computer code has been certified.
CONTROL CARDS
However, each PBC machine is programmed and run by a pre-programmed 512-K

memory card. According to Deutsch, the memory card can be used for lots of
purposes and contains the coded instructions that essentially tell the machine what
to do when it is turned on. These cards are programmed at the company offices of
ES&S in Chicago. The card is removed by the election judges and turned in to
headquarters when the polls close.
Vikant Corp., a Chicago area company owned by Alex Kantarovich of Minsk,

Belorussia, supplied the control cards to ES&S. When asked where Vikant cards are
produced, Kantarovich said, I cannot disclose where the cards are made, but
admitted that they are not made in America.
Mr. Kantarovich said that he has been in America for 11 years but declined to discuss
his employment prior to running Vikant Corp., saying, I dont want to disclose that
information.
Kantarovich said he had obtained his degree in the Soviet Union and initially refused
to answer questions about how his product was chosen for the ES&S voting
equipment saying that it was inside information that I cannot disclose. Kantarovich
said later that his firm was chosen over larger firms like IBM and Panasonic because
Vikant was uniquely able to meet the specific requirements of ES&S and provide the
cards on short notice. He added, however, that there had been some problems with
the cards from other suppliers.
Kantarovich said, To tell you the truth, I have no idea how these vote counting
machines work. We are just the supplier of one particular product.
NO ONE IS SAFE
Deutsch said that he trusted that the election computers were safe from hackers on
the very day that it was reported that Microsofts computers and source code had
been hacked for a week. Teenagers have demonstrated that breaking into the most
secure computer networks in the world is childs play, but serious questions about
the security of the national election computer network are dismissed as
preposterous.
Security experts say the attack on Microsoft shows that no one is safe - it was
reported that the information stolen from Microsoft was sent to Russia, although this
could be a front for people anywhere on the net.
