We strive to provide a hardworking and highly competent production facility for the
challenges our customer and our country has to offer. We believe in providing the
best of results regardless of any shortcomings whatsoever. We aspire to be the
greatest industry in our homeland and abroad for production of Sugar Mills and
associated production facilities.

Introduction
On the main stage, Faizan Industries deals with Design, Fabrication and Installation
of Sugar Mill Plants. This includes any individual components (By product Distilleries
Vessels Board plants add sugar mill components here etc.) or the entire Sugar Mill.
However the company also has auxiliary departments that assist in manufacturing
of Cement, Chemical and Oil production plants as well production of agricultural
equipment. (Add relevant manufacturing capabilities and departments). Most of the
products Manufactured from the industry are of the Heavy Class Type although
Small Class Components are also manufactured for complete Mill Construction
Projects.
The Industry has been functioning since 1981, growing from a small scale
establishment to a manufacturing giant through visionary effort and hard work. It is

Outstanding Projects
Some of the projects conducted by Faizan industries have marked a great impact in
the industrial sector of Pakistan. These projects are considered to be the hall of

Benz maize products Ltd.

A remarkable achievement of the Industrys projects is the state of the art
Benz maize production on Turn Key Basis. It is the Largest Single Unit of Maize
Processing Plant in Pakistan with a capacity of 1000 TCD. The complete pant
was manufactured and installed by Faizan Industries with use of standardized
AISI 304 and 316. Components that were covered in this project for the Maize
production plant are as follows

Falling Film Evaporator
The state of the art Falling Film Evaporator is a milestone of an achievement
in the sector of Sugar Mills. This project addresses the issue of power supply
to the Mills due to Pakistans inadequate power production capacity. The
installation provides substantial results in saving energy. The system was
designed by IPRO which is currently approved as the Best Design in the
World.
