Chapters 21 22 Put the following in the same order as they are in the story.

chapter 23
a. Ben goes to Dallas's house and apologizes and explains he was just
scared. She lets him stay and play with Joe Henry.
b. Ben tells his parents that evening, and his father moans and his
mother begins to cry.
c. By early February things are clearer for Ben. It's difficult and he is
feeling the disease more often.
d. Mr. Lambeer kicks Ben out of class again and as Ben is sitting in the
library, he realizes he needs to talk to his parents.
e. Most of the students are avoiding Ben but Cody sticks close that
afternoon.
f. Ben sits in his truck in the school parking lot as a wave of fatigue
rushes over him. This is happening more often lately.
g. Ben is having a hard time sitting in class and coach lets him rest in the
gym office and covers for him.
h. Mr. Lambeer accuses Ben of thinking he is very smart, but that Ben
lacks experience.
i. Ben has another conversation with Hey-Soos and when he leaves Ben
has the feeling he will not talk to him again until he dies.
j. Ben says all he wants to learn is true information. Ben and Lambeer
get into an argument about what should be taught.
k. Ben tells him since he is dying, experience is not something he will get.
He can't believe he told everyone he is going to die.
