NOTICE TO ALL COOPERATIVES IN REGION 02

Friendly Reminders
1. Delegates to bring their own lunch, snacks and sufficient drinking water to lasts until the end of
the program;
2. Delegates to wear our advocacy black-tshirt, printed with No To Coop Tax Repeal;
3. Bring your Coop Tax Position Papers duly signed by all your members and submit to the
Provincial Cooperatives Development Office Secretariat on or before April 28, 2017;
4. Bring short size bond paper advocacy signages per delegates;
5. Pre-registration of participating pax should be done on a per coops basis and submit to the
Provincial Cooperatives Development Office Secretariat before the start of the program on April
29, 2017;
6. Be guided with the motorcade route

Rendezvous points for Northern Part:


San Pablo - for Cagayan delegates
Junction Gamu -Gamu, Burgos, Roxas, Mallig, Quirino
and Quezon
Junction San Mariano -for Benito Soliven, Naguilian, Reina Mercedes
and San Mariano delegates
San Fermin Road (Cauayan City) for Cauayan City, Luna, Cabatuan
Aurora, San Mateo, San Manuel delegates

Rendezvous points for Southern Part:


Cordon -for Nueva Viscaya and Quirino Province delegates
Junction Ipil, Echague -for Alicia, San Isidro, Jones and
San Agustin delegates
Santiago City four lanes -for Santiago City and Ramon delegates

7. All vehicles should be dressed with advocacy tarps from all sides;
8. Make sure all vehicles are in good condition;
9. Bring extra clothes/t-shirts and face towels;
10. It is also encouraged that all cooperatives should post/hang your advocacy streamers/signages
in your respective office to lasts until our petition had been heard and acted upon; and
11. All cooperative members and cooperative facebook profile pictures will be changed to
advocacy wall and will stay or lasts until further notice.
