Paneer butter masala

Paneer butter masala made in rich cream gravy is on the special dishes of
paneer which can be prepared for any party or special guests. It can be
prepared with numerous styles. The following method is the easiest method
of making paneer butter masala which taste very similar to restaurant style
paneer butter masala. It takes very less time for preparing it.

Ingredients for Paneer Butter Masala
Paneer - 250 grams
Tomato - 3 medium size
Green chilly - 1-2
Ginger - 1 inch piece
Cream - cup
Butter - 2 tbsp
Green coriander - 2 tbsp
Red chilly powder - tsp
Turmeric powder - tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tsp
Salt - 3-4 tsp (as per taste)
Garam masala - tsp
Cumin powder - tsp
How to make Paneer Makhani Recipe
Wash tomatoes, green chilly and ginger. Cut tomatoes, green chilies
coarsely, peel ginger and cut coarsely. Place all these ingredients in a
mixture jar. Grind and make a fine paste.
Add 1 tsp butter in a pan and place it on flame for heating. When butter
melts add cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder and saut for
a while. Also add tomato-green chilly-ginger paste, red chilly powder and
dry fenugreek leaves.
Saut the masala until butter starts separating from it. Add cream, garam masala, green coriander and
salt in the masala as well. Now add cup water in gravy and cook until it boils all over again.
When gravy starts boiling add paneer chunks into it. Cover the pan and cook sabzi for 3-4 minutes on low
flame. After 3-4 minutes, add rest of the butter in the sabzi.
Lip smacking and appetizing paneer butter masala is ready. Take out the sabzi in a serving bowl. Serve
with chapatti, parantha, naan or rice.
