2. To prepare the formulation order (BPR &BMR).
3. To collect raw materials of the product according to the formulation order those
are weighed in the presence of him and in presence of raw materials store officer.
4. To check the raw materials before production.
5. To manage and control packing activities and manufacturing to ensure timely
fulfillments of orders.
6. To prepare monthly report and manpower requirement in conjunction with
packing and manufacturing production planning.
7. To be responsible in the development and training, discipline, working attitude
and performance of staff.
8. To check all documents (BMR/SOP/Record/Report) are written and reviewed
accordingly.
9. To analyze and determine the adequacy of the training (GMP / Safety /
Environment).
10. To assist Validation Team and IPC Team.
11. To solve different problem which arise during production.
12. To perform reasonable duty (i) Ensure physical quantity of Controlled Medicine
tally with the records; and (ii) Authorized the movement of finished goods to FG
store.
