THE MOLD MAKERS.
To briefly describe the process
by which Ral Partha figures are
c ast :
A black rubber mold, resembling
a large disc and containing the
impressions for anywhere between
6 and 25 or so figures, is spun at
high speed. Molten metal is then
poured into the center of the mold,
and centrifugal force does the
rest as the soldiers of your
fantasy armies are formed.
Obviously, an important A ,~ !
component in this process is the
rubber mold. At Ral Partha, the
work of making and maintaining
