Procedure
1. Combine EDTA and deionized water into main vessel and mix until clear.
2. Switch to sweep mixing and add AquaStyle SH-100 polymer and mix till uniform.
3. Add Optiphen 200 preservative into main vessel and mix until uniform and free of air bubbles.
4. Combine Phase C ingredients into separate vessel and mix until clear.
5. Slowly add Phase C to Phase A and mix until a clear, smooth gel forms.
6. Add PVP K-90 solution and mix till uniform

Appearance: Crystal Clear Gel (> 95% T)
Viscosity: 20,000 30,000 cps (Brookfield RV Spindle #7, 10 rpm, 1 min @ 25C)
pH: 6.8 7.20

Description

benefits to the formulation. Easy to apply. Good spreadability and shine. No residue. Addition of PVP to the formulation
results in a tacky feel and increased stiffness.
