Australia is officially known as the Commonwealth of


Australia. The Queen of England is the Monarch of

The way of life in Australia is relaxed and fun! Our lifestyle can be summed up with 3 Bs: the Beach,
B_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ and Bites (from mosquitos, spiders, snakes and sharks!).

Many iconic animals can be found in Australia. These include the platypus (an egg-
laying mammal), the k _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (that can jump almost 4 metres high) and the
k_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ (which has one of the best laughs in the world!)

The Indigenous Australia Peoples (also known as Aboriginal


Australians) are the F_ _ _ _ Australians. Before British
colonisation, there were around 700 Aboriginal languages
spoken. The D _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ is the Aboriginal understanding
of the world and its creation. The B_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ is an Aboriginal hunting tool
which returns to the hunter after being thrown at and striking the prey. An iconic
Aboriginal Australian musical instrument called The D_ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ is made of
wood and played by blowing air through the tube.

Some of Australias famous landmarks include The Sydney


Harbour Bridge, The Great Barrier Reef, The Sydney O_ _ _ _
H_ _ _ _, Uluru, B_ _ _ _ Beach and Parliament House.

Australia also has some famously funny landmarks, which are


famous just for being big! These include The Big B_ _ _ _ _, The
Big Merino, The Big P_ _ _ _ and the Big Pineapple!
