KCCNS Fall 2016 Kuakini Hospital Long-Term Care Training under the general
supervision of KCC Clinical Nursing Instructor Janis Ferguson, RN, BSN, with direction from
the Kuakini Registered Charge (RN). Performed assessment, planning, implementation and
evaluation of care delivered to assigned residents in accordance with established standards of
nursing practice as defined by Kuakini Health Systems.

Medical Surgical Unit Training under the general supervision of KCC Clinical Nursing
Instructors Professor Peggy Barone RN, BSN, MSN and Professor Joy Nakamoto RN, BSN,
