Specification (SRS) is a document that captures complete description about how the
system is expected to perform. It is usually signed off at the end of requirements
engineering phase.
It lays out functional and non-functional requirements, and may include a set of use
cases that describe user interactions that the software must provide
Functional Requirements
In the following paragraphs we list the functional requirements for Accounts
receivable of payment system. Requirements are grouped looking at the main
functionalities of the system.
Calculation
The System calculates and predicts the amount of usage for specific set days that
are pre-set by the user (admin) it also alerts the user of an impending action to
order ingredients before the specific day set by the user. Therefore the user never
has to worry about manually calculating the estimated usage of the ingredients as
the System does it for the user.
