Introduction

Welcome, everybody. Shall we start now? As you know, more and


more of our staff is concerned about occupational health, especially
health problems related to computer use because many of them
need to sit in front of the computer for a long period of time every
day. So, today were here to discuss what our company can do
improve computer health and safety, and what we can do to
promote it. Well, as you can see from the agenda there are 3 items
to go through: Improvements to be made, promotion of computer
health and safety, and personnel responsible for promotion. Lets
start with the first item. Mr Chan, would you like to share your views
with us?

So I think weve all expressed own opinions on the first item of the
agenda. Weve all agreed that there are ____ improvements we can

2. If you are not sure with the meaning / pronunciation, avoid it
3. Bullet points with X = disagree with someone else optional;
make sure you only say it after other people have raised the
point
4. Come up with your own ideas when necessary
5. For each suggestion, elaborate your idea by giving reasons,
examples, comparisons, advantages / disadvantages, etc.
