about to impart his friend and maid, Mary Quince helps him with moral support and the technology)
Mary: Ive got everything set up Sir.
Maud: oh by the way, this is my friend Mary Quince
Mary: Oh hello there. Im also Mr. Ruthyns maid
Maud: Mary you dont have to be so formal, just
call me Maud. Also I should clarify that shes on the Servitude course here at Bartram-Haugh. Mary would you like to explain?
Mary: Yes, as part of the course, a butler or a maid
must be assigned to another student
Maud: Yeah so its not like shes my slave or
anything heheheheh
Mary: Sir may I be permitted to be direct?
Maud: Mary you dont have to ask me, just go
ahead
Mary: Youre clearly stalling.
Maud: Yeah thats right, you dont want to hear
about maids, you want to hear about murder. (Takes in deep breath) Right so let me tell you about my Uncle Silas. (Mary opens up picture of him on the screen)
Maud (contd): He was the main suspect
surrounding what is now as the millennial murder, my Uncle was personally into the occult and a total science nut and but theres more to it.
(Mary opens up a picture of Tom Charke)
Maud (contd): The victim was Thomas Charke, the
owner of the horse races, apparently Uncle Silas was a gambler and an addict, Thomas lent him copious amount of money in hopes of interest.
(Mary opens up a picture of a news article)
Maud (contd): The weird thing about it is that, the
murder actually happened in this room, it was reported that this room was locked from the inside with him alone. Also another incident was an assault on his son and student here, Jack Charke. I have interviewed him about the incident.
(Mary shows us a clip of the interview)
(Jack is in one solitary room, looking away from the
camera like any other interview)
Jack Charke: Alright...that dayit was still so hazy,
I was only five at the time, I only when to see my dad. Then I saw him, the killer. He when out of the door, I saw my dads throat slashed and the killers eyes. I tried to get away but he caught my leg and then..well..
(the camera pans down to show Jacks prosthetic
leg) Jack (contd): Id rather not go into it
(The interview ends)
Maud: due to what happened the Sheriff suspected
Uncle Silas who was also there at the scene so he was to be the murderer, Although with no way into the room nor any evidence was found connecting Silas to the murder or Jacks attack, the case was ruled to be a suicide. Which the public didnt like, so Silas became a recluse eventually ending with his heroin overdose. Even then he was still met with scorn
(Maud becomes forlorn)
Mary: Maud? Are you okay?
Maud: Yeah Ill be fine.
Mary: Would you like some fresh air?
Maud: That would do just fine Mary, thank you
(Mary opens up the curtains to the window only to
reveal a woman in Red glaring back catching Mary by surprise)
