DETERMINATION OF CONTRACT

Further to our letters ref YC/CP/SOW/01 & YC/CP/SOW/02 dated the 15 th and 16th
April 2015 respectively in respect of your total suspension of work for the above
project, we regret to note your firm has failed us again by suspending partially on
the 11th April to 12th April and to date, the 13th April, the work for the above
project was totally suspended.

As such, we believe it would be best for both parties in view of the above, to
determine the above contract as per clause 23.1(b) of the conditions of contract.

The above contract is hereby determined and terminated as of 13 th April, 2015.
