Letter to Coprolech

- DELAY

We note with disappointment and concern on the delay of your part for the
above project.

A delay of -29.65% was recorded for the period ending 30 th November 2014
which translate into days of 125 days delay. We believe further delay was
anticipated for the period ending December 2014.

We have stressed on the insufficiency of manpower on site and the need to

urgently increase the manpower to overcome the delay but was however not
adhere to despite of our constant reminders. For example, you have
personally assured our firm that the manpower on site would be increased to
25 as from the 16th January 2015 but was disappointed to note only 10
workers were deployed. A summary of your manpower on site is as attached
for your perusal.

We wish to register our concern your firm has NOT taken steps to accelerate
the work despite of the delay and has NOT use your best endeavour to
prevent and reduce the delay. NO mitigation plan was forwarded to assure of
steps being taken to accelerate the work.

As was deliberated and instructed in the last progress meeting held on 9 th

January, 2015, your firm has yet to submit to the Architect, the following
immediately for monitoring purposes.

a. Detail programme indicating the balance of works

b. Manpower and materials deployment for each activity

In view of all these, we have no alternative but to give notice to your firm of
such delay and warning. We take it that your firm will give serious attention to
this matter and will monitor your progress weekly.
