Application Instructions

Applicants are requested to submit the completed applications for Japanese

Government (Monbukagakusho) Scholarship from May 29~June 2, 2017 between
09:30~12:30 hrs only.

The following documents must be submitted along with the applications.

1. Application for Admission (prescribed forms) ....1
(4.53.5 cm size photograph taken within the past 6 months should be pasted on the application)
2. Recommendation from the University President or Dean or Academic Advisor
(in prescribed form...1
3. Recommendation from the present employer (in addition to form (2) above, if employed)

4. Copy of academic transcripts of all levels certified by Notary Public ................... 1
5. Copies of Graduation Certificate of the last university certified by Notary Public ....1
6. Copy of Nepali Citizenship Certificate certified by Notary Public .........1
7. Auto size photograph1
