PISCO SOUR

Ingredients:
4 ounces of pure pisco (ie pisco obtained from a
single variety of
pisqueras grapes).
1 ounce of gum syrup
1 ounce lemon juice
egg White
2 ice cubes (optional)
2 drops of angostura
bittern (optional)

Preparation:
1.- Put in a shaker or a blender all the essential ingredients in the
following order: first the pisco, then the syrup of gum, then the
lemon juice, and finally the egg white.
2.- If you want to put the ice cubes.

3.- If shaker is used beat for 10 seconds. If blender is used


liquefy for five seconds.

4.- Serve in two stages: first serve the glass halfway, pause and
then complete filling the other half
5.- If you want to decorate each glass with two drops of
bitterness of angostura.

6.- Enjoy and drink in moderation.
