Dear Sirs,
I . Quotations are invited for the minor fabrication job as per the enclosed specifications.
2. Taxes and excise du ties shall be quoted separately.
3. Mandatory: Pl ease mentioned PAN and T A N Reg. Nos., SSI certificate if available and affix
company seal.
4. The quotations mus t reach Hea d, Physics Division., by 03:00 pm on 05/08/2016 and must be se nt
in a sealed envelope by Indian Pos t/Speed Post super scribed with the above reference number and
due date given above.
The quotation will be ope ned on 07/0812016 .
5. The address on the envelope should read:

Technical Physics Division, Mod Labs.,
Bhabha Atomic Research Centre, Trombay,
Mumbai - 400 085. A ttn :D r. Shreyas Pitale.
6. The fabrication work shall be subject to inspection by our engineers at bidder's works. Necessary
inspection facilities should be provided to our engineers during fabrication at bidder's premises.
7. The bidder shall deliver the finished components after approval by our engineer within 60 days
from the date the firm purchase order is issued to the bidder.
8. Any change, alterations etc must be approved by purchaser.
9. Terms and conditions are mentioned in An nexure B.
10. Head, T PD, B.A.R.C., reserves the right to accept Ireject any or all quotations without assigning
any reason.
