Dear Sir,

Please refer to this office letter under reference vide which you were already requested
to ensure the diversion of various hardware items from 14-towns covered under R-APDRP (Part-'A')
Scheme, to the various ERP/Billing locations falling under your jurisdiction and furnish the
consolidated confirmation report to this office, but no such report has been submitted to this office till
date. M/s HCL will start the work of hardware installation, at some ofl the ERP locations covered
under above Circle/offices, very shortly.

Therefore, you are again requested to monitor and ersure the diversion of the above
hardware items at all the ERP location.s under your jurisdiction, before 20/08/2013, and please
submit a single consolidated report to this office please. The detail of diversion to be carried out is
again attached as Annexure-'A1,A2,A3,C1 & C2'. The matter has already been over delayed
therefore prompt action in the matter is required .
