the Safety Training for ES & Technical Workers of Sikar Circle will be conducted at following
GSS on 25.04.2019 as per time table shown in above referred letter.
The following procedure is adopted for ffaining: -
(i) The following venue & team of faculties are nominated as under for this training:-
Venue: 2201(V GSS, Sikar ; Date: 25.04.2019
1. Sh. Lalji Kashyap, XEN (220 KV GSS) RVPN, Sikar
2. Sh. Vikram Singh Gehlot, AEN (132 KV GSS) RllCO, Reengus
(ii) All XEN (220KV GSS) are requested to ensure to make nomination of Three Nos. ES/
Technical Worker from each Division to participate in above training without affecting the "
Nigam's work.
(iii) The safety procedure, PTW procedure, earthing procedure during shut down are to be
followed during training.

This bears the approval of SE (T&C) RVPN, Sikar.

The Tentative Training Planner 2OL9-2O of RVPN for All T&C /MPT&S/ Communication
Crrcles and refresher/ induction training courses at Olficers Ttaining Centre, Jaipur along

eligible employee under their jurisdiction for each training at least seven days before tJre
date of starting tllat training arrd send to XEN (Trg.), RVPN, Jaipur for further action. Total
batch for refresher/ induction trainings to be organized at Officers Training Centre, Jaipur
will be of total 4O Nos. (Max.) Employees (out of which only 3O Nos. with residential
facility)' The narne of suitable faculties are also inwited from tlee HODs with the teaching
rnaterial for particular training for approval
According to planner, trainings of JWNL will be held from 10.06.2019 to
O2.O8.2O19. Ttre classroom, hostel facility with boarding & lodging to 30 Nos. employee
wrll be provided by tl.e RVPN and other like norrination, faculties, modules etc. are to be
arranged by concern Discom.
