Dear Capt/CE,

Good day Sirs!

AAA. Observed that some (NOT ALL) of the vessel sending trouble reports with
insufficient information,
Insufficient means actions/solutions cannot be executed; and its just a
waste of your mail/time if no action can be executed with your trouble.

For your guidance:

>Condition Report: If normal schedule maintenance and found out any comments
and even defects/defective that need to rectify.
NOTE: This is our basis for your PMS.
>Trouble report: If trouble happens out of the scheduled maintenance or just
like a breakdown trouble.
