I have undergone the following events as Graduate Trainee (O&M) during my tenure of training under the “Manager (EIC)-GAIL Gas
Limited, Operation & Maintenance (O & M)” of CGD Business, Sonepat,Haryana.

 Execution of Compressor, Dispenser of CNG stations & its Performance Test.

 Monitoring & controlling the gas loss on daily basis.
 Attending PM & BD maintenance along with OEM maintenance team.
 Monitoring the LCV/HCV/Cascade movement & its recovery on daily basis.
 Quarterly maintenance of DRS , MRS & City Gas Station, Sonepat. 
 Monitoring the MIS (Management Information System) data of O&M for asset management.
 Monitoring of Installation and calibration of RTD and Thermocouple.
 Understanding the Calibration procedure and monitoring its report for Gas Flow Meter along with OEM
maintenance team.
 Monitoring the actual resources mobilization as planned resources and time to time make intervention and
suggestion to contractor’s to increase resources as per planned schedule.
 Coordination with Client and Contractors for work Progress and follow up with Contractors on their commitment
to fulfill in time with tracking in line of their submitted work schedule.
 Arrange for progress review meeting on weekly basis with contractors and client on work status.
 Monitoring & submission of various reports-

- JMR(Joint Meter Reading) on weekly

- DPR(Daily Progress Report) of CNG, Industrial & Commercial customer
- JTR (Joint Ticket Report)
- FGR (Fortnightly Gas Reconciliation Report)
  Preparation & monitoring of various data sheets-

- Change of RPD meter (EVC), Turbine Meter (TFM) & diaphragm meter.

- Change of supply pressure to customers & Gas supply closing format.

- Joint checking of Flow Computer.

- Check list of flow meter readiness for installation.

- Industrial Meter Reading Report.

 Supervision of CP (Cathodic Protection) to buried steel pipe line laying on CGD network:

- PSP (Pipe to soil potential) measurement with TLP points.

- PSP ON-OFF Potential monitoring at Transformer Rectifier Unit.

- Monthly monitoring of TLP,TRV & different valve chambers.

- Monitoring of Anode ground bed & A.L.J.B(Steel).

- Supervision of Survey work as per PNGRB guidelines:

(1) CIPL(Close Interval Potential Logging)

(2) CAT (Current Attenuation Test)

(3) DCVG(Direct Current Voltage Gradient)

 Shut down/Looping of Pipelines:

- Planning, Coordination and execution of shutdown and looping of

charged pipelines to cater the demand of CNG in CGD network.
