Tampa Bay Watch: (Intern) 01/2017-Present

Through the Bay Grasses in Classes Program, assisted in the construction and maintenance of salt marsh
nurseries with local schools. Participated in various estuarine restorative projects such as: oyster dome/bar
program, coastal cleanups, storm drain markings, and monofilament cleanups.

AT& T, Universal Agent 08/2015-Present

Provided networking and systems troubleshooting and email services on all versions of windows platforms and
technical support to businesses. Performed over the phone problem resolution through outgoing and incoming
calls and guidance to 20-50 customers a day as well as troubleshooting through remote router login and
terminal access.

Studio Movie Grill 04/2015-10/2015

As a food service representative, I provided efficient customer service and ensured all the customers needs
were handled in a timely manner.
