Following features have been made online in Online flight ticket booking and branches can take note of the same.

Premium Economy and First Class Fares

New option Premium Economy and First Class have been bought in the search option. Earlier we used to show only Economy
fares in our portal. Please check for the screen shot below.

Fares to Nearby airports

New option to view the fares and flight availability of the nearby airports including FROM and TO destinations in a single search
have been added in our portal. Using this option, the user can check the fares to the nearby airports and can book ticket
accordingly. For that user needs to click the button show near by airports . Screen shot below

Multi City Search

Another feature Multi City Search and booking provision has been incorporated into our portal. Using this option, Flights to 3
different sectors on different travel dates can be checked and issued in a single PNR. To get that provision in the search result, user
needs to click on Multi city as shown in below screen shot.

Request Meal & Frequent Flyer Number

While issuing ticket, option to choose the preferred meal and frequent flyer option is also provided in the portal. By adding the
frequent flyer number by the branch at the time of booking, customer can avail the mileage points.

Fare Rules, Baggage Details Tax Break up and Terminal Details.

We have included a new feature in our portal to view the Fare Rules, Baggage and Tax Break up.

Against each flight mentioned in the portal, we have added a new Link Show Details, upon Clicking which the Cancellation
Penalties, Other Rules, Baggage and Tax Break up can be viewed. Please see the screen shot below
Along with the fare, we are now showing the departure and Arrival terminals of the corresponding airport.

Hold PNR and Import PNR.

We have made the option to HOLD PNR for later issuance online in our Portal.
Now user can Search fare, choose the Flight, input PAX details and then click on Hold Ticket to hold the ticket and later on this hold
ticket can be issued. Through below screen shot HOLD TICKET button newly created can be seen.

IMPORT PNR
PNR that are kept on hold can be imported, to Issue or Cancel the ticket.
User can search the PNR from the Ticket issuance Widget ( see below screen shot) and Ticket details will be displayed.
The Ticket can be cancelled or confirmed by inputting the payment details.

A new option has been made online in XPAY to add event and functions happening in your city and we will act as Ticket Payment
Collection centers for their Events/ Shows through our branches.

Branches needs to tie up with event management companies who conducts shows in your locality and Collect Merchant Agreement
form, Other Documents and Send Scanned copy to AO XPay. AO XPAY dept will add these merchant/Events and map them under
Concerned Branch/Region.
The following details of the event needs to be Collected for adding the event.
Merchant Name and Other Details who is conducting the event
Event Name
Event Venue.
Date of Starting the Event and Ending.
Timings.
Ticket category and Cost.
Maximum tickets that can be sold for a show.
Maximum tickets that can be sold to a person.
Ticket commission details.
Multiple timings and multiple categories of tickets can be defined.
Transaction process
Upon clicking the Menu Transaction Events, the branches needs to select the merchant and input Event Name, Event Date , Ticket
Category , Number of Ticket/Person , Enter MPIN and click Make Payment to issue the events tickets.
All the merchants and events approved by AO Xpay will be displayed in the transaction screen dropdown and Give Receipt print out to
Customers with Our Seal. Customer can show this ticket and Collect Ticket from Event venue.
All Reports will be available in XPAY REPORT EVENT .
