Subject: Dilution of Tequila under Food and Drug Regulations(B.02.090)

Dear esteemed House Members,

Our company would first like to express our dissatisfaction with the above
stated regulation that allows for the dilution of our Tequila. We feel that for
our customers to get the best experience must taste our Tequilas at the
proof which they are shipped at. Here at Patrn we take great pride in our
high proof beverages.

We are formally requesting subsection (2) of regulation (B.02.090) be

removed entirely in order to rectify our grievance. We look forward to your
reply and the repeal of the subsection by the end of the month before taking
any further action. If there are any further question please direct them
towards the above given address.
