ASSISTANT TEACHER
Hired as a part time assistant teacher and advanced to having close to full time hours
in less than a year. Experience working with all age ranges due to having worked in
the infant, toddler and pre-K rooms while substituting with kindergartener through
Middle School rooms. Worked closely with teachers, directors and assistant teachers,
while watching children, composing lesson plans, designing craft activities and
answering questions.
Key Accomplishments
Certified in First-aid and CPR in 2016. Awarded the title Teacher of The Month in
March of 2017. Became a Credentialed Child Care Provider through the Maryland
State Department of Education in 2017. Simultaneously studied for Teaching Degree
through the College of Southern Maryland.
