I am an undergrad student at Georgia College and State University. As an Education Major, I have

WORK EXPERIENCE

Student Teacher, Milledgeville, GA Aug 2019 -Present

I worked in Jones, Baldwin and Bibb County School Systems. I collaborated with teachers to develop and implement lesson
plans, communicated with families in person and with a weekly newsletter, participated in professional development
meetings, utilized technology (i.e. Smartboard and iPads) during class lessons, and managed a classroom of 25 students
independently while implementing positive behavior management skills.

Hostess/Waitress, Marietta, GA May 2018-Aug 2018

I worked as a hostess and waitress at Sonny’s Barbeque where I maintained a courteous, professional, and engaging
demeanor in a fast-paced work environment. Communicated clearly and positively with co-workers, management and
customers.

Student Teacher, Milledgeville, GA Sept 2016 – Dec 2017

I student taught and observed students in kindergarten and first grade at Lakeview Primary Elementary School. In addition,
I also tutored middle school students as part of placement at Georgia College and State University.
Student Teacher, Allentown, PA Jan 2016 to June 2016
As a senior in high school I worked as a student teacher for Kernsville Elementary school. I assisted the teachers with
lesson plans, grading, and classroom coordination. More recently, I completed my freshman and sophomore college
student teaching requirements. During my internship, I taught different grades, ranging from kindergarten to sixth grade. 

Preschool Student Teacher, Allentown, PA Sept 2012 to June 2016

I worked with preschool children at a preschool located at my high school throughout my four years at Parkland High
School.  I developed and implemented lesson plans, activities, and assisted the director of the preschool. 
CCD/Prep Teacher (Volunteer), Allentown, PA Sept 2012 to Dec 2017
I taught Sunday School classes at my church to students ranging from kindergarten through second grade. I taught
intermittently from September 2012- December 2017. I provided activities and material relevant to the lesson plans.
Dance Instructor, Allentown, PA Sept 2012 to June 2016
I taught dance to students from preschool through second grade at my local dance studio, Patricia Bostick Dance Center,
where I studied dance for 12 years. I instructed students in ballet, jazz, and tap.
