Hello, my name is Jon Gimnez lvarez.

In January, I started to participate with the rest of my class in

eTwinning Project with students from all over the world. The majority
of them are italian, but there are a lot of students from Sweden,
Greece, etc..

This project is large and last already more than 17 weeks, during
which I have done different tasks proposed by the other students or
by our teacher

In the first week, we designed our own logo. At the end,

everybody had their logo, we decided what logo was the best.
We also designed an Avatar. In my creation, I appeared with a
dark moustache, dark hair and beautiful glasses.

In the second and third week, our task was based on puzzles
and work clouds. Using jigsaw Planet, I chose and took an Italian
students image. Finally, I transfomed the image into a puzzle
thanks to this application.
Furthermore, taking photos of anatomical body, I could create a
Word Cloud using English words for body parts.
In these two weeks, the task to study human bodys systems
started and each person had a human bodys system work. My
system was Reproductive System.

In the fourth and fifth week, to celebrate Valentines Day, I

designed a card using Paint. In this card, I drew two people in
love and their thoughts about their feelings for the other
person.
In 3rd February, when we were in class, we heard the fire alarm.
It was a fire drill. All of us left the classroom and we could not
finish our work.

The sixth week was the Reflection time week to improve the
project. Abraham (a etwinner teacher) send us a quality quiz to
be answered for all students.

The seventh, eighth and ninth week, the scientific activities

focused on human bodys systems. It was Reproductive (my
topic), Nervous and Endocrine Systems Time.
Thanks to mysimpleshow, a web 2.0 application which allows to
create your own video with text, images and voice, I could do a
 fantastic work about my system. Finally, I uploaded the video to
Youtube.

The tenth and eleventh week, we had cultural and social

activies. One of them was World Poetry Day. To celebrate this
day, each person had to choose a poet and copy a poem in a
web 2.0 application in two languages: english and spanish. In
my case, I chose a very famous chilean poet named Pablo
Neruda and I dedicated him a Calameo, I dedicated him a
Calameo, a publishing platform for digital magazines,
interactive publications and online catalogs. With this
application, everyone can convert documents to beautiful
publications and share them worldwide.

In the twelfth, thirteenth and fourteenth week, Italian students suggested the use
of LearningApps.org, a Web 2.0 application, in order to create interactive
modules (for example, crosswords). In my case, I designed a word grid about
reproductive system.
When Easter holidays arrived, we focused on 4 topics: Cooking, Dancing,
Sports and Easter Time. As I love sports, I created a video using kizoa, a free
moviemaker, speaking about my experience inside sports world like running a
marathon, paddle or why I am Real Madrid fan.
To celebrate ``Sports Time, a little part of the class and me recorded a video
which we were playing a football match.

In the fifteenth and sixteenth week, Abraham send us the final quality inquiry. In
addition, I wrote my opinion about eTwinning project to improve it.
Suggested by etwinners and discussing about actual topic, I had a great idea:
Create a Mindomo about Giro Italia, an importan cycling race.
Speaking about non-Scientific topics, we focused on: Earth Day and
International Dance Day.
In relation to Earth Day and thanks to StoryJumper (web 2.0 application) is a
useful tool to create books, I made a book about Earth Day with some examples
to take care the world we live. Finally, I shared it in Twinspace.
In relation to International Dance Day, I uploaded a video to Twinspace, which
my friends and me appeared performing a dance for the rest of my 1st Bachelor
s class.

In the seventeeh week, I created another StoryJumper, but this time was
dedicated to me. I spoke about my life, my studies and some hobbies. As the
first I did, this storyjumper I also shared it in Twinspace.
