ASSEMBLY IN ENGLISH CUM LAUNCHING OF HIP PROGRAMME

SCRIPT

1. A very good morning to the most honourable Headmistress of Sekolah

Kebangsaan Piasau, Madam Sulina Sandur.
2. The respected:
a. Senior Assistant of Administration, Madam Mas Bun Suh Binti Abdullah
b. Senior Assistant of Student Affairs, Madam Rokiah Pakee
c. Teachers and my dear friends
3. To begin our assembly on this very auspicious morning, we are going to sing
two songs, namely, Negaraku and Sabah Tanah Airku. Please make sure that
your hands are in the correct position while singing these songs.
4. Next, I would like to invite my dear friend Nur Azwan to lead the recitation of
prayer (doa perhimpunan).
5. Thank you Nur Azwan for the prayer. With the prayer, we hope that todays
assembly will be carried out smoothly.
6. I would like to next call upon another of my friend, Jill Justin, to recite the
Rukunegara and the Students Pledge.
7. Thank you so much Jill for reciting the Rukunegara and the Students Pledge.
8. Now let us pay our utmost attention as the teacher on duty last week, Mr. Paul,
give his report.
9. Thank you Mr. Paul for your kind report.
10. Next, we shall now listen to the advice from the teacher on duty this week.
With no further ado, we welcome Mr. Charlton.

12.Next, we welcome our most beloved headmistress/senior assistant, Madam
Sulina Sandur/Madam Mas Bun Suh, to deliver her speech.

14.Now we would like to invite any teachers here who would like to make an
announcement.

15.We would now like to call upon Madam Catherine Benjamin, District English
Language Officer for the district of Kota Belud, Sabah to deliver her speech and
in turn, officiate the launching of the Highly Immersive Programme (HIP) in
 Sekolah Kebangsaan Piasau. Thank you so much Madam Catherine for kindly
officially launching this beneficial programme.
16. Next, we would like to call upon our headmistress, Madam Sulina Sandur to
present Madam Catherine Benjamin with a token of our utmost appreciation.
17. To end our assembly, let us all sing our school anthem. With that, we end our
school assembly for today. You may go back to your respective classes. Thank
