Days of the audit- Any day of the week

Timings- 12 pm to 7pm only (Minimum 45-60minutes to be spent in the store) (Please complete your audit within
7:30pm)
Observe all points critically and report all negative and positive observations with proper explanation.

Browse through the store and other collections after you have completed the audit at the specified category

Mandatory:

Mention the Geo Verify code in the report.

Mandatory Scenarios
Purchase & Return Audit: Non-Purchase Audit:

Scenario - Please perform an audit for any one
of the following occasions (Only):
1) Wedding / Engagement in family.
2) Son/ Daughter/Mother/Father/ Wife/
Husband/ Friend birthday (gifting purpose)
Mention the type of jewellery (for example-
earrings, finger rings, pendants etc) when the
Salesperson/Staff tries to find out your
requirement. Make sure Gold coin is not asked
for.
Purchase amount- Minimum Rs. 20,000/- and
above only (You can pay either by Cash or
Debit/Credit Card) Mandatory to carry your own
credit/debit card along with your PAN card.
Scenario - Please perform an audit for any
one of the following occasions (Only):
1) Gift for spouse/ Father/ Mother/ sister/
brother on Anniversary
2) Son/Daughter/Mother/Father/ Wife/
Husband/ Friend birthday (gifting
purpose)
Mention the type of jewellery (for example-
earrings, finger rings, pendants etcs) when the
Salesperson/Staff tries to find out your
requirement

Please carry a printout of the Authorization

Letter to the outlet. But show the letter after 10
minutes of completion of the audit.
Please ask for a Seal & Signature on the letter
after you return the product.

3. Click clear pictures of the Purchase Bill after you
come out of the store.
4. Golden Harvest Brochure.
5. Scanned copy of Authorization letter with seal and
signature from the store manager.
6. Kindly return the product once the audit is
performed.
7. Please keep the Cancelled Transaction/Void
Transaction slip safely until you receive your
refund (in case of payment by Card)
8. Mandatory- Complete Audio Recording of the visit
(Mandatory) Mention the Name of the outlet,
Date & Time of visit in the beginning of the
recording. If complete audio recording is not there
then the report will be excluded.

Must Dos:
Mandatory: Please visit the showroom wearing at least one piece of gold jewelry
It is Mandatory to be accompanied by at least 1 person of your own age/elder to you for the audit. Please do not visit
the outlet alone.
Wait for the Greeter/RSO to greet you first.
Do not ask personal questions to the RSO.
Do not inform about your profession to the RSO proactively.
If the RSO ask Is this your first visit at Tanishq? Always mention YES.
Do not mention the occasion proactively. Allow the RSO to ask. Any diversion from the occasion will lead to exclusion.
Wait for 15 minutes if then also RSO is not inquiring about the occasion then mention it proactively.
Please raise an objection saying that the collection at another store in the city was better and note the response of
the Salesperson/Staff
Please raise an objection regarding making charges being high as compared to other jewelers in your city (only if the
Making Charges is more than 15%)
Ask for price breakup if the RSO is not proactively informing you.
Do not proactively ask for trial. Let the RSO encourage you to try.
Browse through the complete store/check the latest arrivals before or after the audit
Please go through the Questionnaire in detail before you perform the audit
Mention the Geo Verify code in the report
Click at least 3 clear Exterior pictures from different angles
Click clear exterior pictures from different angles only after you have Completed the audit and audio record the
complete visit (in a way that no one understands that you are doing an audio recording)
Ensure that the pictures include the complete store Exterior (from signage board to entrance door. Example shared in
the Questionnaire)
Please submit the accurately filled report latest within 24 hours of your visit with proper explanation for all responses. If
more than 1 contradiction is found, your report will be Cancelled/Rejected/Excluded
*** If insufficient information found, report will be moved to incomplete and you will get 1 chance to fill in the details
properly.
If report is not filled in with proper details, it will be Rejected.

X Do Not deviate from the Scenario and Category mentioned above in the Guidelines

X Geo Verify code not mentioned in the report

X Do Not click Selfie store Exterior pictures

X Do not click pictures or start the audio standing in front of the store.

X Do not argue with Sales Advisors

X Do not reveal your identity as Mystery Auditor before the audit is completed.

X If Audio recording is missing or is Incomplete

X If the Name of the outlet, Date & Time of visit is not mentioned in the beginning of the audio

X Visit duration is less than 30 minutes

X If report is not submitted within within 24 hours of your visit with proper explanation for all responses

*** All stores have CCTV cameras installed and the report will be Cancelled in case the client raises any issue regarding
improper behavior in the store

Sherlocks Tips:
How to make clear Audio Recording Discreetly

1. Once you reach near the store

2. Put your phone on Flight Mode
3. Start Audio Recording on your phone (please ensure that no one from the store is able to see you while you
are starting the audio or clicking pictures)
4. Lock the screen
5. Mention Name of the outlet, Date & Time of visit
6. Do Not do any of the above just in-front of the store. An associate might see you and you might be
identified as a mystery Auditor.
7. If you are a male: Place the phone on the counter upside down or keep it in your shirt pocket
8. If you are a female: Place the phone on the counter upside down or keep it in the back pocket of your hand
bag and place the bag on the counter (backside facing the RSO)
9. Please do not attend any phone calls during the audit.
10. Stop the audio after you come out of the store
11. Save the audio
12. If the audio file size is big and you are not able to Upload in the report, please email the same to the
Coordinator through www.wetransfer.com OR www.sendspace.com Only
