telephone no., applicant's length of service b) NOC Letter from the employer c) Salary slip for 6 months. Self-employed: a) Copy of Income

Tax Return for last three years b) Company registration copy with director naming list/ partnership deed. Student: a) Leave Sanction Letter,

School ID Card and NOC from school mentioning the travel dates.

Covering-Letter. Covering-Letter from applicant on business letter head mentioning name, designation,passport number, purpose
and duration of visit in brief. The letter should be duly signed by authorized signatory with company stamp and addressed to Consulate

General of the Republic of Korea,Mumbai Please Note: Covering-Letter on Letterhead if applicant is Self Employed or on plain paper if

Employed.

Itinerary. Copy of confirmed round trip tickets or itinerary.

Photo Specification. Two recent passport size color photographs with matt or semi matt finish, 80% face coverage, white
background and without border (Size: 35mm x 45mm) Please note: Photograph should not be more than 3 months old,scanned/stapled

and should not be used in any of the previous visas.

Original Bank Statements. Original personal bank statements for the last six months duly stamped and signed by the authorized
signatory of the bank till date.

Hotel Reservations. Copy of confirmed hotel reservations.

Day to Day Itinerary. A detailed travel schedule is required

Authority Letter. A letter of authorization for submission and collection of the applicant's passport information

Applicants must have got the Confirmation of Visa Issuance No. from Korea.

Applicants must have visited Korea with Multiple Entry Visa in the past.

Applicants must have visited Korea at least two times in last 2 years.

Applicants must have visited Korea at least three times in last 5 years.
