The FIITJEE Journey
FIITJEE was created in 1992 by the vision and toil of Mr. D. K. Goel, a Mechanical Engineering Graduate from
IIT Delhi. We had a very humble beginning as a forum for IIT-JEE, with a vision to provide an ideal launch
pad for serious JEE aspirants. Along the way to realization of this vision, we went beyond merely coaching for
IIT-JEE. We actually started to make a difference in the way Students think and approach problems. We started
to develop ways to enhance Students IQ. We started to leave an indelible mark on the Students who have
undergone FIITJEE training. We started changing lives. And all this was not a sheer coincidence. It was the
urge, the compelling desire, to always aspire for perfection and in the process, continuously keep on setting
newer benchmarks of excellence, which enabled us and our Students to achieve what we have achieved.
Today, aiming for the unachievable and continuously raising the bar has become a part of the FIITJEE DNA.
The Success of our Students was inspiring and so was their faith in FIITJEE. It was this faith that was a catalyst
for our venturing into areas beyond IIT-JEE. It was this faith that prompted us to embark on a mission to
provide Wholesome School Education to Students through FIITJEE Integrated School Programs like
UDAYA Plus, SUPREME & PINNACLE, in a way so that there was no need for any type of coaching outside
of the School System. In addition to the launch of FIITJEE Junior Colleges in Bangalore, Bhubaneswar,
Hyderabad, Vijayawada & Visakhapatnam many like-minded Schools across the Country joined hands
with us in this Student centric endeavor to create Ideal School Education platform for Students to get
admission in IITs & US Universities without stress & tension along with huge success in Olympiads, SAT-I &
SAT-II. And it was this faith only that again enabled us to create landmark success in NTSE.
And it is this very faith that has again inspired us to provide a platform for Students aspiring for admission

Free Online Doubt Removal Support to help them in their preparation even without joining FIITJEE.
(b) To further support these 500 meritorious students, FIITJEE has decided to give Cash Scholarships for
outstanding performers + Tuition Fee Waivers on FIITJEE Program + Hostel Fee Waivers on the basis
of their performance and subject to scoring above minimum cut-off marks in each subject in the test.
Based on the aggregate marks in the exam and marks in individual subjects, a common merit list will be
prepared. Those students who do not clear the individual subject cut-off marks as well as the grand total
cut-off marks in written test will not qualify for the merit list.

All Students qualifying in JEE Advanced, 2017 (in Common Merit List) who are eligible
and desirous of preparing again for JEE Advanced, 2018 for a better performance
will get benefits of Tuition fee waiver and other waivers depending upon their Rank in
JEE Advanced, 2017. Please contact the nearest FIITJEE centre for more details.
For FIITJEE Students, benefits are different and details can be obtained from any

1. Fill in your complete details in the Paper Application Form and submit it in person at
the nearest FIITJEE Centre along with the prescribed test fee in cash & two passport size
photographs. Your Hall Ticket will be issued to you, in person.
2. You may also post / courier your Paper Application form along with a DD/Pay Order* with two
passport size photographs to the nearest FIITJEE Centre and in this case, your Hall ticket
will be e-mailed to You.
Following this, an online account for Students registering offline will be created automatically
and the username / password will be printed on the hall ticket. It is mandatory that you
log in with this username and password at our Online ser vices management portal
www.fiitjeelogin.com and update your Full Profile as early as possible, but before the test.
Once your profile is complete, Youll see an option to download the Sample papers, View OMR
sheet images etc. Students who fail to complete their online profile, will not be able to download
the sample papers or view their OMR sheet images or check test result online.

1. Log on to our online services management portal www.fiitjeelogin.com with your existing
username / password or Create a new Account.
2. Update your profile and proceed for online registration.
3. If you are already registered for a previous test or Enrolled in a FIITJEE Program, use Add
Registration Number/ Add Enrollment Number utility before updating your profile.
4. You have the option to pay the test Fee using Master / Visa ( Credit / Debit Cards) or
through NEFT.
5. Once your payment is successfully done, you can download the Hall ticket from the same
online portal.

e-Application Mode :
1. Follow the same steps as the online payment mode except for the payment.
2. Choose e-Application mode in the payments options.
3. Take out a print of your e-Application and submit it in person with the test fee in Cash at
the nearest FIITJEE Centre and collect your Hall Ticket.
4. You can also send this e-Application by post or courier to your nearest FIITJEE Centre
along with the Test Fee (to be paid through Demand Draft / Pay Order*). Your Hall Ticket will
be emailed to you in this case.

Note 1 : Cash scholarships, fee waivers on FIITJEE program & Hostel Fee Waiver will be decided on
the basis of performance in written tests. All the candidates will have to perform well in
Aptitude Test, Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics and clear grand total cut-off as well as
individual subject cut-offs Marks to be eligible. In case less than 500 Students score above
the minimum eligibility marks, then the number of Students eligible for cash prizes will be
altered respectively.
Note 2 : The final discretion in awarding of cash scholarships, fee waivers on FIITJEE program &
Hostel Fee Waiver will remain with FIITJEE and its decision will be final and binding
on the candidate.
Note 3 : To get the Cash Scholarship & Hostel Fee Waiver, one has to enroll in One Year Extended
Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018 (for batch commencing from 30th June, 2017).
Note 4 : Total Cash Scholarship will be divided in equal quarterly installments and disbursed from
July, 2017 to April, 2018.
Note 5 : Minimum attendance of 90% and relative good performance in phase tests during the course
will be a criterion for eligibility for continuity of disbursement of quarterly cash scholarship.
The final discretion in each case will remain with FIITJEE and this decision will be final and
binding on the candidate.
Note 6 : Cash scholarships will be paid to students through a crossed cheque and shall be in favour
of the student only.
Note 7 : Hostel Fee Waiver is valid only for FIITJEEs associate hostels / lodging and boarding facilities
made available through FIITJEE, subject to the student joining that particular hostel and
availability of seats. The waivers will be given monthly between June, 2017 to April, 2018 and
only for the duration of classroom / contact program. The Hostel Fee Waiver will be paid directly
to the hostel owner by FIITJEE. Hostel Fee waiver will continue upto May, 2018 for Students
who will qualify for JEE Advanced, 2018.

Note 8 : Hostel fee concessions (if any) is for accommodation only. Food, transportation & other self
expenses are to be borne by the Students. To avail this concession, Students must have
Optimum Performance in Phase Tests & National Level Tests and a minimum of 90% monthly
attendance in their respective Classes at FIITJEE. Hostel facility is available at select FIITJEE
Centres only.
Note 9 : FIITJEE Classroom Program students already enrolled in One Year Extended Classroom
Program for JEE Advanced, 2018 can appear in FIITJEE Talent Reward Exam (FTRE) to find
out their current level of preparation and their projected Rank in JEE Advanced, 2018.
However, they will be entitled for cash scholarships only, and they will continue with
their existing classroom program. The cash scholarship cannot be adjusted or refunded.
FIITJEE Students will also be entitled for rewards as per their actual performance in
JEE Advanced, JEE Main & Olympiads.
Note 10 (a) : The registered office of FIITJEE is at New Delhi. All disputes and differences of any nature
whatsoever shall be referred to the Sole Arbitrator appointed by the Management of FIITJEE
Ltd. The Arbitration proceedings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of
the Arbitration and Conciliation Act 1996 and Statutory modification thereof and rules made
thereunder. The award of the Arbitrator shall be final & binding. It is further agreed that in
spite of the fact that the Sole Arbitrator may be known to any of the Directors or shareholders
or may have been appointed as an arbitrator earlier by the company shall not disqualify him.
Even if the Arbitrator may have expressed an opinion in a similar matter earlier shall also not
render him disqualified. The seat of the Arbitration will be New Delhi / Delhi.
Note 10 (b) : Subject to 10 (a) herein above, the exclusive Jurisdiction in the matter shall vest in Delhi /

Other Scholarships
Note 1 : A Student can avail only one scholarship (including cash scholarships awarded through Talent
Reward Exams etc.) during his / her entire academic session of the program he / she joins at
FIITJEE. In case a Student is eligible for / awarded more than one scholarship under different
criterion, he can avail the scholarship amount whichever is higher but already availed scholarship
amount will be deducted from the same. The benefit of higher scholarship (excluding cash
scholarship awarded through Talent Reward Exam etc.) will be given only from the date of
such award on the balance proportionate fee i.e. {gross fee at the time of enrolment - (initial
scholarship amount availed + cost of services availed till the month of such award)}. The amount
will be refunded after the realisation of payment of the last installment of Program Fee.
Note 2 : Students can claim Scholarships based on their performance in any Competitive / Scholastic
Exams, only if they have appeared in the respective Competitive / Scholastic Exam before the
Batch Commencement (other than any early joining academic benefits) at FIITJEE and these
Students are not eligible for FIITJEE Rewards for the Competitive / Scholastic Exam through
which he / she has already availed the Scholarship. Students approaching FIITJEE for claiming the
Scholarship based on their performance in any of the Competitive / Scholastic Exam in which they
appear post their Batch Commencement at FIITJEE are not eligible for these Scholarships.
However these Students will be eligible for FIITJEE Rewards (please refer Rewards Booklet).
Note 3 : The mentioned scholarships on the basis of KVPY / Olympiads are applicable only for those
Students qualifying in the general category only.
Note 4 : The photocopy of the original certificate / marksheet of KVPY / Olympiads and XII Board should
be attested by the Principal of the School last attended / presently studying.
Note 5 : Student claiming scholarship under XII Board performance need to deposit the photocopy of the
original marksheet attested by the School Principal latest by 15th September, 2017, after which
no application will be entertained. The Scholarship amount will be paid after the realization of
payment of the last installment of Program Fee.
Note 6 : The Scholarship amount will be paid to the Student through a crossed cheque and shall be in
favour of the Student only. No application for issuing of cheque in favour of parent / guardian

10% fee concession on Tuition Fee to siblings i.e. fee concession to real brothers / sisters of Present /
Ex-FIITJEE Students enrolled in any FIITJEE Classroom Program. Candidates will be eligible under this criteria
after submission of affidavit (format can be collected from your nearest FIITJEE Centre or downloaded
from www.fiitjee.com) with proof of enrolment of present FIITJEEian or earlier child (ex-Students of FIITJEE)
& photocopy of Birth certificates of both children (original copy of birth certificates of both children to be
presented for verification at the time of enrollment).
Terms & Conditions

1. For Physically Disabled: The benefit will be given to those candidates having at least 40% permanent
physical disability in relation to a body part / system / extremity / extremities / whole body etc. for any
category of disability (viz., Locomotor, visual, speech, and/or hearing). The Student has to submit an attested
photocopy of the certificate issued by the Govt. General Hospital. FIITJEE managements decision in this
regard will be final and binding.
2. The Scholarships on the basis of XII board performance / fee waivers / fee concession are valid only after
qualifying FIITJEEs Admission Test of the respective program.
3. The final discretion of awarding the scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession in each case will remain with
FIITJEE and the decision will be final and binding on the candidate.

Fee Waivers & Concession
4. The mentioned scholarships / fee waivers / fee concession are applicable for those Students who enroll
themselves in the relevant FIITJEE Classroom Program for JEE Advanced, 2018 till 31st August, 2017.
5. Any Student can avail only one of the Other Category Fee Waivers during his / her entire academic session
at FIITJEE.
6. An eligible Student can get the combined benefit of any one of the Other Category Fee Waivers (as
mentioned above) along with the Fee Concession for siblings of Present / Ex-FIITJEEians and Scholarship if
awarded i.e. all the benefits can be compounded as stated in the following example.
For example, if a physically disabled sister / brother of present FIITJEE Student who is already enrolled
in any Classroom Program qualifies in our Admission Test with a scholarship of 50% on Tuition Fee and
if the Tuition Fee of the Classroom program offered to the Student is Rs. 10,000/-, the final Tuition fee
payable by the Student will be calculated as follows
A. Rs. 10,000 less 50 % scholarship = Rs. 5,000/-
B. Rs. 5,000 less 25 % (Physical Disability Waiver) = Rs. 3,750/-
C. Rs. 3,750 less 10 % (Sibling concession)= Rs. 3,375/-
So, the actual Tuition Fee payable by the said Student will be Rs. 3,375/- plus applicable Service Tax.
