Declaration of Final JEE (Main) Result

Student should be in Top - 20 %ile in respective
board to get admission in IITs
All Boards shall submit their result to Council of Boards of School Education
(COBSE) for deciding the Top - 20 percentile of the respective boards; which
shall be declared by the COBSE on their website (www.cobse.org). The
declaration shall be made after announcement of JEE (Advanced) Results and
before start of counseling for IITs.

Online Registration: June 24 & 25, 2013
Students in the Merit List of JEE (Advanced) who are also in Top-20 Percentile
of their respective board will be given admission in IITs after Counseling.

The Merit or Rank list with All India Rank (AIR): GEN/Open & category and All

other Allied Colleges) shall be decided by taking 40% weightage of Class - XII
board % (after normalization) and 60% weightage of the JEE (Main) -2013 score.
Counseling for CFTIs

Online Registration: After declaration of final
result i.e. July 7, 2013
Students shall apply Online for counseling of CFTIs.

Final Seat Allotment in IITs

Approx. 10,000 Students will finally get seat in various IITs & ISM - Dhanbad. Final Seat Allotment in CFTIs
The allotment of seat and branch in IITs are solely on the basis of rank (NITs, IIITs, IISERs, & IIST etc.)
in the merit list of JEE (Advanced). The allotment of NIT/IIIT/Allied Colleges will be on the basis of rank in the rank list.
