ROUGH COST ESTIMATE FOR THE WORK ESTABLISHMENT OF

MODEL CATTALE MARKET CHOWK AZAM DISTRICT LAYYAH.

HISTORY: -
Provincial Govt of Punjab is very keen in establishing model cattle
markets in the province to facilitate the sellers and buyers of live stock under
healthy and safe Environment both for the public and Live stock. Carrying the
vision of Worthy Chief Minister Punjab,this scheme of Model Cattle Market at
Chowk Azam District layyah. has been proposed.
Chowk Azam is control part of District Layyah and is located at Mian Wali -
Muzaffar Garh Road. The area is very rich in Live Stock beside other very
important agriculture prodces. The land Measuring 249 Kanals, 11 Marlas
approximately for this Model Cattle Market is situated on Layyah Chowk Azam
Road and is ideal for both sellers and buyers being located on one of the major
Road of the province .By the Establishment of this Model Cattle Market thousands
of people and Live stock growers will be benifitted and the socio economic
conditions of the area will be up lifted .

A scheme has been designed by Chief Architecture vide scheme

No 5631 on the bases of which this rough cast estimate has been framed
amounting Rs.367.824 (Million) to arrange its Administrative Approval and
requisite funds from the competent authority, After completion of the project will
be handed over to the MD model cattle market company D.G khan for its oem.

The work will be got executed in accordance with Punjab

Buildings Department specifications
CARRYING OUT OF WORK
The work will be carried out through approvel Government
Contractor after calling competitive tenders.
RATES.
The rates provided in the estimate are based on MRS, notified
by the Finanace Department Punjab, Lahore for the Period of
w.e.f 01-08-2015 to 31-01-2016.
FUNDS.
Full funds are required to complete the work with in the
stipulated period.
TIME.
It will take about 12-Mounths to complete the work after actual
date of commencement provided full funds are available.

COST.
The total cost of the project comes to Rs 367.824 (Million)
