Ingredients:

cup White Bread (diced to make cup)


1 tbsp Evaporated Milk
125 grams Ground Pork
1 pc Tokwa (chopped)
1 pc Egg (beaten)
cup Onion (chopped)
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
tsp Salt
tbsp Black Pepper
2 tbsp Cooking Oil (for sauteing)
3 tbsp Canned Mushroom (for the sauce, sliced)
1 cup Water (for the sauce)
1 tsp Brown Sugar (for the sauce)
Patis (for the sauce, to taste)
Black Pepper (for the sauce, to taste)

Cooking Procedure:

1. Combine bread and milk, mixing until bread is soggy. Add pork, tokwa, egg,
onion, and half of garlic. Season with salt and pepper. Mix well.

2. Divide into 10 portions (about 1 1/2 Tbsp each) and form into patties. Pan-grill
until brown on both sides. Set aside.

3. Saute remaining garlic and mushrooms. Add DEL MONTE Filipino Style Tomato
Sauce, water, brown sugar, patis, and pepper, to taste. Simmer over low heat for
15 minutes.
4. Add green peas and patties. Allow to Simmer.

Makes 5 servings

Leche Flan Recipe

Ingredients:

10 pieces raw eggs

1 small can condensed milk

1 cup fresh milk (or evaporated milk)

1 cup granulated sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions:
1. Using all the eggs, separate the yolk from the egg white (only egg yolks will be
used).

2. Place the egg yolks in a big bowl then beat them using a fork or an egg beater

3. Add the condensed milk and mix thoroughly

4. Pour-in the fresh milk and mix well

5. Put the mold (llanera) on top of the stove and heat using low fire

6. Put-in the granulated sugar on the mold and mix thoroughly until the solid sugar
turns into liquid (caramel) having a light brown color. Note: Sometimes it is hard
to find a Llanera (Traditional flan mold) depending on your location. I find it more
convenient to use individual Round Pans in making leche flan.

7. Spread the caramel (liquid sugar) evenly on the flat side of the mold

8. Wait for 5 minutes then pour the egg yolk and milk mixture on the mold

9. Cover the top of the mold using an Aluminum foil

10. Steam the mold with egg and milk mixture for 30 to 35 minutes.

11. After steaming, let the temperature cool down then refrigerate

12. Serve for dessert. Share and Enjoy!

1 can Clear Soda


1 pc fresh Orange (sliced)

2 cans (240 ml each) Del Monte

Mango Juice Drink
2 pcs Apple
1 pc Fresh Ripe Mango
2 Slices Watermelon
2 pcs Pineapple Slice

Cooking Procedure:

1. Pour DEL MONTE juices on an ice trays, cover and freeze for 4 hours.

2. Combine all ingredients except soda and fresh fruits in a blender. Add sugar to
taste. Blend just to mix.

3. Add soda and fruits slices just before serving.

Makes 5 servings

off common infections.
