A Wallaby protestor endangers the health and safety of Envision workers

Frank Jersol, one of the Save Wallaby Action Group (SWAG)s protestors, thrown
himself in front of a Envisions truck that was was doing routine weed control in line
with it's obligations to Burralinga Council and in it's capacity as a good corporate
citizen. He obstructed the vehicle and was hurt at 10.00am at the proposed Wallaby
Forest housing estate in Thwaites Road, which is the land of Envision.

A resident living close by claims he was seen on several occasions tampering with
equipment and smearing graffiti on Envisions property. The residents do not support
this actions of Save Wallaby Action Group. Envision has been warning these violent
to Wallaby protestors that their action could lead to trouble but the protestors are out
of control. They're even hacking into Envisions website.

Envision did have a permit to do some weed clearing - it was all routine stuff. said
Gareth Seacombe, Council Environment Office. I was up there to provide
information about the environmental overlay and make it clear what native vegetation
can and can't be touched.

Evision Construction plans for a large housing development in a privately owned 40

hectare track of land known to the local as Wallaby Forest. The planning process will
be put into place to protect the environment.

Wallaby Forest will be a green residential development that is state of the art and
ESD - that's environmental sustainable design - ESD! We're talking CSR here -
corporate social responsibility. said John Sherrin, CEO of Envision Construction.
'Wallaby Forest green lifestyles' will set new benchmarks for residents seeking an
alternative. This development will be an economic boost to Burralinga and there will
be employment spin offs as a result.
