Production

By using this budget sheet we are able to see the general pay of that of each person involved within
making a show. Typically in shows, there can often be a lot more people within the work environment
however this is taken more from our perspective of job roles for our Final Major Project The Caucasian
Chalk Circle.
Although, as a college project, we will not be paying within this budget and using our personal budget for
things such as props, set and costume, its helpful for us to get an insight into what job roles would pay
which is beneficial to our future as working performers or theatre makers.
We are also able to see when job roles are necessary to the work which can stretch for the average of 8
weeks (however can vary depending on what you would like to produce). This is interesting to us, as
picking our different job roles for our performance of The Caucasian Chalk Circle well be able to see
when we would have to be in (if it was a real industry job, where you would have typically just 1 job
role) and we are able to see the amount of time and effort necessary for the completion of a show.
