Scene: Shannen, having a lovelife problem called her cousins for her birthday.

Shannen: Cuz, Im having my birthday tomorrow, hope youd all come with our other cousins.

Frnacine: Ya sure! (calls Edrix and Joseph on the phone)

Francine Its Shannens birthday tomorrow, She hopes you would come.

Edrix: Ya sure! Id be there ON TIME, di ako malalate

Francine: Hey Joseph, its Shannens birthday tomorrow , hope you could go.

Joseph: Yeah sure! Id be the first person youd see there ! Di ako malalate.

*********SHANNENS BIRTHDAY**********

Shannen: San na sila? Francine, its already near 12 nn. Wala paba sila?

Francine: Dont worry they will come, baka natraffic lang. By the way, lets start eating already,
bawal daw paghintayin yung pagkain hehehe.

Shannen: Wait! Lets wait for them.

********* After 15 minutes*********

Francine: Edrix is here.

Shannen: Why only now?

Francine: akala ko ba ON TIME?

Edrix: Uh. Uh. Uh.. long story.. You know, riding a taxi here in the Philippines is very hard
weird and its making me sick(shouting)

Edrix: You know the feeling that you call for a taxi like Am I worth it to ride this taxi?
Edrix: Then the taxi driver asks for many questions. Andami nila tanong like: Kuya jan lang po sa
general luna tapos sasabihin niya, traffic ba don? nakakainis. Then ganito ulit. Taxi!!, then
the driver asks,malapit lang ba kayo? Nakakainis dibba? Edi kung malapit lang ako dapan
nilakad no nalang noh? Diba? Its very hard you know.

Francine: Hep hep hep why only now? I thought you are the first person thats going to be
here(angry)

Shannen: What took you so long?

Joseph: I got lost. You know its very hard and annoying to ask directions here in the Philippines.
In the U.S its very easy to ask for directions like, Sir where is Bellview? he will probably answer
something like this, Oh Bellview? Go straight, go to your right then turn left and left again and
theres Bellview. See? Easy right? But here in the Philippines. Its like this, kuya san yung
pasay? eto sasabihin niyan ay pasay? Diretso ka don, may makikita ka puno, tatlo bunga,
kumaliwa ka may makikita kanga so tumatahol, pano kung walang aso? Meron yan, required sila
non tiwala lang. tapos diresuhin mo yun may building, barangay hall yun dun ka magtanong.
Its very annoying you feel me?

Francine: So can you tell me youre story Shannen?

Shannen: Nagbreak kami!! (slightly crying)

All: ahhhh okay (sarcastically)

Shannen: We had a fight then we broke up huhuhuhu~~

Francine: You know Shannen, all things come to an end, nothing is forever but change

Edrix: Yes, Its not going to work if only, one of you is trying. You should both expect efforts in
youre relationship

Joseph: Dont be sad. Ikain mo nalang yan hehe
