Objectives: Students will build vocabulary of doctor types and medical terms on form.

Students will learn how to describe symptoms to doctor.

Assessment: Discussion questions (understanding of vocabulary, pronunciation)

Materials: Pictures, PPT slides, Video, Handouts (vocabulary, medical info form),

website (depression test)
