Objectives: Students will build vocabulary of doctor types and medical terms on form.

Students will learn how to describe symptoms to doctor.

Materials: Pictures, PPT slides, Video, Handouts (vocabulary, medical info form),

website (depression test)

Getting to know Symptoms -introduced to new symptoms 10 min

(class) -write appropriate doctor for the
symptoms

Listening II: Visit a Doctor 1st time-listen to a short video, skit 10 min
(Class) (visit a doctor), for main idea.
2nd time-Script given, and fill in
blanks

Grammar Presentation: Present -Present Perfect presented 10 min

Perfect (class) -practice in cloze activity
-discuss questions, regarding

Role Play (Class) -assigned either doctor/symptom 5 min

with its period.
