Below is a production schedule that includes that dates that I will be filming my music video on. Also
the team members, the scene itself and location. Ensuring that I stick to this will mean that I will
have enough time to obtain all the footage and give me time to edit.

it comes to an end there will be more and more

no matter what you will end up lonely if your
looking for love for the sake of looking for love.

When it gets too the last lines, it will be her
stood looking empty in different locations. As

It outside and I will be filming in the day time so The lighting should be fine but if it isnt I can

We are working with electrical equipment and When getting near the water with the camera
water so this is the main hazard. will need to be extra careful. Also when moving
around the tub near to be careful of slipping.

The location is outside and I will be filming mid
day so there will be an excess of natural
lighting.

sources as it is in the middle of a field.

This is in an open field. There are other walkers
and animals like cows in the field.

The lighting in the hallway is great, it is very
bright and has a warmth too it. I think I will look
good on camera but if it doesnt I will use extra
lighting. The bedroom has French doors and
large windows. Its floods with natural light so
this should be enough if its not I will use extra
lighting.

house I just need to ensure I have the cables to

When working around and on the pool table we
will need to be careful so that no one falls and
is injured. There wont be much movement on
the table, just mining and dancing.

As you can see the location is outside and has a The lighting here is limited as it will be done at

This location is no where near any power
sources, it is on the side of the road between
Wallingford and Goring.
Hazards:
This is right night to the road and it is going to
be filmed in the dark at night.
Before the scene I will make sure that the
camera is fully charged but if it does die I will
pause filming and go to the nearest power
source which is my friends house in Goring.
Ensuring that I have charger cables in case it
comes to this.
Solutions:
We will need to be careful when filming outside
the fenced area near the road. Will be looking
out for cars always. Also it will be filmed in the
dark so need to alert at all times incase of
tripping, dropping stuff, whos around us etc.

I will be filming this outside in natural day light.

The lighting here is outside midday so there
should be an excess of natural lighting. As this
is easily accessible I will wait till its sunny
because that the look I want for this scene.

There is not power at this location.
Hazards:
This is an outdoor area that is surrounded by
green and dog walkers, also a small stream.
I will ensure that the battery is fully charged
before filming but if it dies I will go to my
friends house who is helping me film as it is
close to the location.

We will be extra careful when walking down
the paths as there is ditches. As it is in day time
this will be easy and visibility isnt reduced. Also
to be cautious of the stream and dog walkers.

This location is in a kitchen at my friends house.
Sound Information:
The sound recorded wont be used in my FMP
so it isnt an issue.
The lighting in this kitchen is always good as
there is a wall of glass doors that fill the room
with natural bright light. Lighting shouldnt be a
problem, especially as im filming it in the day.

Power Information: Solutions:

This location is surrounded by power outlets.
Hazards:
This location is in a home so there shouldnt be
any hazards however she is on top of a counter
with a tight dress and heels on.
If there is a problem with power we will just
pause filming while we charge equipment and
continue.
Solutions:
Im not going to ask her to move a lot as she
may fall and I appreciate that the attire is
restrictive so will take this in to account when
filming.
Clearances and Confirmations
Below are screenshots of emails between me and the people acting in my FMP
confirming them participating in it. Also, them saying its alright for me to film at
their homes. None of the places Im filming at require actual conforming because it
is restricted as Im filming in either public places or their houses.
Contingency Plan
The contingency plan is put in place so that if anything goes wrong or not to
plan i will have back-ups ready. For example, if one of my actresses cannot take part in my
FMP for some reason I will use alternatives. They are listed below. If I cannot film in an
outside location due to weather or lighting I will postpone filming until the weather changes
and/or the lighting improves. Meanwhile I will film other bits of my FMP that are located
inside. The actresses are quite flexible so it shouldnt be a problem with delaying filming by
a few hours. All the equipment I am using is sorted but if there is a problem with it not
working or needing some equipment I will use my brothers camera which is very similar to
the one Im using and if the tripod breaks or is misplaced I will use my friends. Other pieces
of equipment can be obtained at college like mics and stabilisers. My props and costumes
shouldnt be a problem as the main actress has a large selection of clothes that I can use as
alternatives if the pieces I want cant be used.
