As said by divyatma *soham* is very special mantra in itself. It is
siddha peoples saying that this single mantra is enough to give you 12
type of rare siddhi. This mantra also has many further types. In yog
tantra this mantra is considered as very important mantra. Though this
is under Ajapa mantra which could be chanted at anytime but there is a
special and important process under aavahan to enter in sukshm jagat.
Anulom Vilom is one of the base pranayam. There are few important things
to know before process. In reality, the conception spread in todays
time belonging to yoga cannot be said a complete truth. Yog is not just
physical exercise. The meaning of yoga has been made very narrow. The
definition of yoga have now turned to make legs up-down and to maintain
flexibility of the body. Asan is one of the 8 side mentioned in a one
system of yoga called ashtang yoga. Literally, this is not just a
science to make our self fit physically but also a way to attain our
self in spiritual field. The same way there are many wrong conceptions
had been spread relating pranayam in the society. There is simple rule
in relation to pranayam that the pure outer air should be inhaled which
is transformed as energy in the body through pranayam and impure air
should be exhale. Everyone is aware about the impure atmosphere in the
cities today. If that impure air is inhaled will that give benefit or
problem to the body? It is essential that pranayam should be done in
pure atmosphere. With that, pranayama has relation direct with chakras
so if with improper information practice of pranayam may cause troubles
and not the benefits. Let we continue with anulom vilom. This pranayam
have 5 type of it. In this specific yog tantric process of anulom vilom
pranayam the important specification is the breath inhaled should not
be stored in lungs but it should reach to navel or Manipur chakra and it
should be stored there till the time it stay, there should not be any
force to stop it inside. Pranayam should be done empty stomach. Best
time for pranayam is bramh muhurt. It is good to do pranayam under
baniyan tree or peepal tree during day time. It is also good to do
pranayam under bilva tree during the evening time before sun set. No
pranayam should be practice near or under trees during night time. There
are three steps of pranayam.
Poorak to inhale the air inside body
Kumbhak to hold the air inside body
Rechak to exhale the air out of the body
In yog tantric process pranayam is called as sagarbhayaam or
sagarbhapranaayam which means to do practice pranayam with mantra. To
spread the energy of mantra in the body with the help of air. Soham
beeja is collective form of shiv-shakti. Therefore by applying this
particular process many type of knowledge starts generating in sadhak
itself.

Complicated and hidden mysteries of yog tantra were being revealed under
guidance of sadgurudev Nikhileshwaranand ji. Now it was waiting for eve.
I was supposed to collect those secret processes through aavahan. Those
processes could have also been given by sadgurudev, but what was the
mottow behind his order, I was not aware. He owns nature where he many
times send his disciples to other disciples and siddha people to gain
knowledge, what his logic remains behind this system, to make any
comment there is un eligibility.
Evening time and one of the mysterious processes of aavahan started; to
enter in sukshm jagat. Many divine souls were lost in their self in the
white lights all over. At the moment, one divyatma came to me, who he
was. I do not know about it. He straight came to point, I am giving you
one procedure but to follow all the rules and regulations is basic
necessary. I felt not strange that how he came to know about me because
for these siddhatma and divyatma there is nothing impossible and that I
had experienced many times. Then too I asked that the process is related
with what subject. That time he told me that in kundalini yoga if this
mantra is being performed it may give success in internal downward
establishment and speed to go upwards increases. With the same process
one can travel with his soul to vatious sukshm lok. But sadhak should
use this mantra after some days practice of kundalini yoga. With that
sadhak should chant the mantra with practice only.
The mantra given by him which was of Krishna is as follows:
*Om Krishna rupasye kleem sarv sarvaay phat*
If this mantra is performed with kundalini yoga, in some days sadhak

will be able to establish himself in muladhar and after that his upward
travel also get started. Sadhak should chant the mantra in gyan mudra
and cloths should be white. This mantra should not be chanted with mouth
sound, internal chanting should be done. It is also a necessary rule for
sadhak is not to give the mantra to anyone for at least 3 years.
*Is there any process in relation to naad yoga?*
There is a big difference in naad yoga practice and same process of

yog-tantra. There are two processes for the same. First mantra is soham
I asked further? He said laughingly that this is complete mantra.

These are two beej mantra among which shiva and shakti is incorporate.
Today sadhak do not show much interest in beej mantra but it is very
basic thing that how big the mantra could be, majority have the beej
mantra in it. If sadhak accomplish these beej mantras then to have any
siddhi is very normal thing for those.

By accepting my prayers, sadgurudev disclose the complete process that
first one should do anusthan of 1,25,000 mahakaali beej mantra
*Kreeng* which could be started on the *8^th dark night* of any month.
By establishing yantra and picture of mahakaali in front one should
complete the anusthan in one week during night time following all the
rules and regulations of sadhana in which cloth and aasan should be
black in colour and rosary should be *black hakeek*. When this anusthan
get completed, same way start next anusthan certainly for dhoomavati
beej *Dhoom* fo 1,25,000 chanting. The same rosary should be brought
in use which has been previously used for mahakaali beej. When this
anusthan is completed one should does next anusthan of mantra *dhoom
kreeng Dhoom* with this a sadhak receive the stage where with the
medium of yog-tantra exercise he can leave his actual time and could
remain present in the past time with his shukshma form. With this sadhak
should also apply practice of kundalini yoga. With practice sadhak can
go as far possible in time factor as he wish.
*How to practice kundalini yoga?*
Sadhak should sit in peaceful atmosphere and by closing his eyes one
should try to look and locate kundalini and should imagine to enter as
deep as he can inside his internal infinite depth. At this time sadhak
should not keep thoughts in his mind; slowly sadhak will not hear outer
noise during practice and he starts travelling into depth inside body.
Slowly sadhak will clearly starts watching his kundalini and when he
completely goes inside, he find himself at muladhar chakra. At that
stage sadhak should move ahead by going upward and slowly try to look at
the inside chakras. When sadhak will get success in looking agya chakra
at that time he may receives success in this yoga system and move ahead
for naad yoga.
*What is Naad Yoga?*
The basic sound which has remained when the universe was created that is
called naad. It is basic in sounds and the one which is present in all
living and non living creature of the earth. The same is also called as
sound of Aum. That sounds keep on playing in our body. To establish
contact with whole universe by realizing the same sound is naad yoga.
This way there are also 2 sub-sounds (naad) apart from basic naad. When
sadhak holds that sound of naad then the power produced with that sound
gets protection from loosing and that power is collected with yoga. This
way sadhak becomes eligible to achieve isht.
*So, does all these various yoga have relation with Kaal?*
In yog tantric processes all these yoga systems are merged with tantric
mantras with which the effect becomes firm and quick. Like both of these
processes are completely yoga systems but if tantric mantras are
included in these practices then sadhak can reach to his desired
destination very quick. If your wish is to have such processes you may
have it through aavahan with which you will also understand many
mysteries related to aavahan.

A long tunnel; which was occupied by black in colors all over but then
too, the light was coming from it. It was looking like, it is made from
gas. It was all very strange scenes. I was unaware that how did I
reached there in that tunnel which was 30-40 feet diameter. In which I
was moving ahead with strange speed like flying in air. The way I was
moving ahead, with the same speed light was also started shining more.
In the unit of our time it was about 15-20 minutes travel in that
tunnel. It was mysterious all way tunnel made of gas all over of it and
rolling on its own. My speed and speed of light too increased. But when
the light increased more, the tunnel was not getting visible and now it
was very bright light in front of my eyes. I tried to look at that
bright light but at certain limit it became not possible for me to look
at that light and my eyes went off automatically. When my eyes opened,
I found myself on a pick of mountain. It was sun set and it was a bit
difficult to look around. Few mud houses were suited in mountain far
from each other. From those same houses in few, lamps were burning.
When I move ahead, I found a way in between stones. While looking with
concentration I found that it was looking like my known place. Again
mind was getting confused with mysteries thatbut while moving ahead I
found many ascetics and people sitting there. Here, electricity was
absence. Sitting by side of huge stones, few people were able to see me
and others werent. I didnt understood anything, this was study of
Shukshm sharer, and how could they see me. There was a way to go ahead
on the same raw street there I see few raw staircases. All side occupied
by the forest, that place was really mind blowing. But again it was
feeling to be familiar place. Just few steps more and the scene which my
eyes looked was not to be believed. Temple of mother Kamakhya. But there
was no boundary. No electricity. Not that floor, neither those wall I
seen. Floor was raw nearby and few ascetics with local people or may be
travelers were there. How come it is possible? I have seen this temple
before. Here is electricity, shops, roads, houses, courtyard of the
temple, hard staircase then what am I looking at now? There was no
chance in wrong identification; I was just 10 feet far. How come this
is possible, in a matter of just a little time this place has become
like this that.and at the same time I felt electricity current which
driven me to the same tunnel and again 15-20 minutes and when my eyes
opened mind filled with so much of confusion. I was feeling no energy to
try to think and understand anything. In the study of shukshm sharir, I
had never heard about such tunnels and to travel in it. Secret remained
packed. But one day I asked sadgurudev that whatever I seen and the
place I went.. He stopped me in-between my question and said, yes it
was kamakhya temple only. I asked that the kamakhya temple and its
situation is completely different and the thing which I went there and
seen, felt was completely different. How come this is possible? The
mysterious smile came over his face. it is possible. Because you went
60 years back in time. My eyes remained opened. It was natural that I
didnt come to believe. Wish roll covered mind that I should get up and
quickly look in mirror that my body have not got any change. If my body
was 60 yearsBy looking at the thoughts coming in my mind with bit of
kidding and love looking at me he smiled backhe said that there are
several sadhanas in regards of kaal gyan with help of which a person can
look into past or future. It is same like watching some picture. But
there are sadhana beyond this stage by which sadhak not only can see the
time he wish but with the help of Sukshm Sharir he can have his presence
in that particular time period. Its not like watching a picture; that
is particular time section which is continued at its main place. In your
study time of yog-tantra you have entered in that section unknowingly
and with which you just not seen that time period but you remained
present in that time and took part in it. I said that it all mean that
we can go to any time period and experience it by our self which we
wanted to do. But what is the tantra in this regards. He said that
mahakaali is goddess of kaal. And dhoomavati is goddess of reverse
order. If we accomplish both of their beej mantra and chant it in
compile for this this stage for sadhak becomes simple.I asked that what

In red sari, yogini was having a blissful beauty. it was looking like
some fairy has come and sat in front of me. And her beauty was
multiplied by her hypnotising smile. Gentleman and sanyashi quickly
entered in the room and with them I too took an entry.
Yogini not even a bit became tensed and slowly she looked at sanyashi
followed by gentleman and at least me...At the time her eyes met mine, I
felt like losing consciousness and whatever is there, that is she...Her
eyes were taking me far away...at the same moment I heard a sound of
gentleman She is doing Sammohan Prayog, Save. I quickly regain myself.
By looking at this Yogini became like cruel lioness and with some
specific mudra she closed her eyes.
Gentleman too started some Mantra process...and complete darkness fall
in the whole room. Nothing was in condition to be visible. In few
moments a light fell and Sanyashis Kaaran body started drawn to his
main body, with this, gentleman went out of the room. Yogini opened her
eyes, like there was a possibility, yoginis thought was to quickly
apply some tantra prayog on sanyshi when he enters in his main
body...Yogini stood up from her aasan and started her tantra prayog.
But now, it was my turn...by picking up some mustard placed there I
memorised Sadgurudev Nikhileshwaranand and as I discussed earlier with
gentleman I did digbandhan process of Bhootnath. And there she was lost,
the Yogini. Sanyashi was now back in his Sthool sharer...with the help
of Vayu Gaman, he quickly went and became invisible...I too felt like
someone is drawing me..very quickly I reeqached at the place where My
sukshm sharer was and entered in that.
What happened after that too is a different long story...but would
surely like to tell you what happened with that yogini? As her sadhana
was broken, she went to death after which that aatma even came to meet
me to inform about her feeling for revenge...but was it an end? No. Her
soul is still wandering, she is still continuing with her sukshm sharer
and she is curious for the revenge with sanyashi...what will happen next
in the circle of time, surely, nothing could be said.

Sanyashi told that if you remain in your sukshm sharir yogini will
resend you to your sthool sharir with taarak tantra. Therefore it is
essential to leave your Sukshm Sharir and form Kaaran Sharir. I was
still amazed that how this will become possible. Sanyashi was in his
Kaaran sharir only and till now I had understood that the gentleman
accompanying me is too in his kaaran sharir.
According to plan, we were supposed to go to the place of yogini where
main body of the sanyashi was placed. It is almost impossible to have
effect of any prayog expected to done by yogini on us when we are in
Kaaran Sharir. The gentleman was having responsibility to connect
rajjatrajju of Sanyashis mool sharir to his kaaran sharir with help of
his sadhanas accomplishment and powers. This way sanyashi will come to
his main body and suffered by yogini, that sanyshi will have independence.
But yogini too was not dumb idol, she too was accomplished in many
tantric rituals, it was also needful care mark that when sanyshi comes
to his main body from his kaaran body, yogini must not be able to do any
tantric prayog shortly...if yogini does not complete her sadhana with
sanyashi according to her sankalp, she might have death too so she was
in condition to do or die or she might do anything.
But what will happen if she does any prayog and sanyshi get affected of
it? A tiny mistake even can cause disaster
To leave my sukshm sharir and form kaaran sharir was part of the same
plan...sanyshi asked me to be in Shavasan...I lay on the ground
there...sanyashi said that you are suppose to do nothing, just meditate
on your Manipur chakra...I closed my eyes and started meditating on
Manipur chakra..when I filled Manipur with pran vayu I opened my eyes
and sanyshi extended his hand towards me and took my hand in his
hand...he closed his eyes and opened it after chanting some mantra
mentally..he asked me to stood up slowly...I slowly stared to get
up...my whole body started vibrating heavily and slowly I felt that I
was being separated from my body...slowly I felt that my whole body is
being separate from me like I was having a cloth on me which is being
removed...sanyshi drawn my hand and with this I felt like an electricity
current and I separated from my body...now I was standing in front of
the sanyshi...but when I looked behind me I was shocked and thrilled.
There was my own body...one foot up in air, in Shavasan posture... I was
not able to believe...I went ahead and touched it gently...Sanyashi told
me that is your inactive sukshm sharir. I was looking at sanyshi and
quickly on my body and then quickly on my in activate Sukshm Sharir in
shock...it was really amaizing scene...the gentleman moved ahead...
Behind him sanyshi started walking and in last, I too started
moving...sanyshi and gentleman stop at the door of the room in which
main body of sanyshi was there. When I reached at the door, within a
moment door opened by its ownand in front of us with her gentle smile
on her seat, there was beautiful yogini.....

While walking with sanyasi, I came to know about his story of
sufferingsnow the way was not so stony but was a bit green. Sanyasi
told me about his sufferings with sorrow and heavy heartobviously, at
present he was in his Kaaran Sharir with me, he is wondering like this
from months. About another person accompanying me, I came to know that
he is component in Aghor sadhanas. In ugra sadhana he holds a big
command. I looked at him one more time with concentration this timewith
average built, about 40 or less in age of him, slight mustache, nothing
special; but eyes were blood red. I came to know that he is my
gurubrother and all his accomplishments, he received from Sadgurudev
Nikhileshwaranad. He lives his material life with family. When sanyasi
found no other way at that time he contacted his Guruji, His guru
informed about trouble of sanyasi to Shri Nikhileshwaranadji, at that
time Nikhileshwaranandji ordered gentleman, accompanying me, to solve
the problem of sanyasi.
Now, from far though, a village was visible, stopping himself at one
place, sanyasi told that we are about to enter in border of the village.
Sanyasi step forwarded so we even thought to better walk. But at the
moment I entered in the border of the village, I felt very strange and
mysterious and I stoppedsanyasi looked at me puzzled I told that I was
feeling strange
*Sanyasi looked at me very mystic way and with a smile he said Because
this is not your actual body, you are currently in your astral body
(sukshm sharir)*
Yes, and now I was like understanding everythingwhen I woke up in the

morning, within one hour I got giddiness and I fall down on my bed,
after that I found myself on the rocky ground, my walk towards
particular direction, abnormal speed, silent conversation with
gentleman, mental positionso I am in my Sukshm sharir?!! But how did I
reach here?
I was wondering all these at that time suddenly reading my mind sanyasi
told me that I was ordered by my guruji to call both of you here, I had
already called this gentleman and I did Avahan on your sukshm sharer,
when astral body is merged with your actual body in that condition in
your Deh containing various bodies will have the equal amount of Praan
and aatm energy..With Avahan, I drawn your astral body here, the meaning
of aavahan itself is to call, to drawn towards us, to attract
I had never heard about this side of aavahan that one can call anyone in
his anybody...Really, knowledge is infinitebut then I wondered about my
objective to be here? At that time gentleman told that he will tell me
when the right time will come but at present we are suppose to move
aheadWith this we started in towards that village, sanyasi was moving
ahead with specific speed and we were following him behind. There were
few people in village who werent possibly watching us as we were not in
our actual bodiesa bit ahead I guessed a place which was looking almost
alike sanyasi described me about yoginis place. A bit far only that
house and little far attached room on heightWe stopped at about 25-30
steps. sanyasi told me that you are suppose to leave your sukshm
sharir now and have to form Kaaran sharir I looked with surprise at
sanyasi and asked him howsanyasi answered possible through aavahan.

Sanyashi formed his Kaaran Sharir, but with that Taarak Tantra prayog of
yogini was even begun. Sukshm Sharir was having pran Urja but Aatm Tatv
was in Kaaran Sharir nowSthool sharir was in Shavashan Posture on the
land which was connected with Rajjat Rajju to sanyashis Sukshm Sharir
and Kaaran Sharir. Sthool Sharir was havind Pran Urja which was able to
liven Sanyashis body (Sthool Sharir) without soul for years and even
sukshm sharir was having that Pran Urja. But because of yoginis prayog

Kaaran sharir now but his Shukshma and Sthool Sharir were merged because
of the taarak tantra Prayog and process of Praan Sankalan, Now his
astral body was completely immersed into his main Body. But the
application of Prayog was to cut every contact of Sukshmasharir with
outer universe, thus, at the time of merging the bodies, because of the
effect of Tantra prayog done by yogini, the RajjatRaju was broken. Now,
Sanyashis Kaaran Sharir broke down its contact with Sthool sharir. Now
the condition was that with willing too, sanyashi was not able to enter
in his own main body. rajjatRaju is the part which connects our inner
different bodies, The breakage of the same mean sanyashi now was having
no more connected with his Astral body or Main body. And now, he cannot
return to his body...Yogini too was faint, she did not thought that her
Prayog will turn into troubled accident, till now she was done with
sankalp to complete her sadhana...but Sanyashi was in his Kaaran sharir
now on which Keelan or Stambhan may not work. For sure, he was He
started his prayog to Vanish Keelan and Stambhan, in very small amount
of time, Sanyashi completed it with his Kaaran Sharir and now there was
no more bearing of Keelan and Stambhan on his Sthool Sharir.
Yogini was not suppose to complete her sadhana with sanyshi only,
because she took sankalp on the name of sanyashi to complete her
sadhana, If she do not complete her sadhana with sanyashi, her sadhana
will be counted as incomplete and broken, maybe she even have to pay
back with her death for this.
Sanyashi inactivated the power of keelan and stambhan on his body
through his Kaaran Sharir, if any how his rajatrajju gets connected then
he will be able to enter in his Sthool sharir and he can come out of
yoginis mysterious kingdom.
Now yogini was not able to touch sanyashis body, because in Sadhana
Jagat, if anyones rajjatraju gets broken and if body is having Praan
Urjaa, in that condition of any female touches that body then the
negative ions drags positive ions of the body and connect it, but if
yogini does the same, in that condition Sanyashi could save himself from
keelan and stambhan and Sanyashi will easily get out of the village...

Sanyashi formed his Kaaran Sharir, but with that Taarak Tantra prayog of
yogini was even begun. Sukshm Sharir was having pran Urja but Aatm Tatv
was in Kaaran Sharir nowSthool sharir was in Shavashan Posture on the
land which was connected with Rajjat Rajju to sanyashis Sukshm Sharir

Sanyashi was still in heavy fearafter the laughter of yogini, the
surrounding went scarylooking at sanyashi yogini told you were supposed
to come here other else how I could accomplish my Parakeshi Sadhana I
was in need of a virgin man with whom I can proceed for Maithoon and
thus my Sadhana will be complete. If you willingly give support, you may
save yourself, or else however after accomplishing my task I will bow
you as offering (Bali). White eyes of yogini now turned to blood red....
Sanyashi was shocked with fear. He heard about such sadhanas previously,
Yaun Mat is a very different sadhana system. Under this category of
sadhana, Sadhak requires young female who is virgin and it is required
to undergo Maithoon process after mantra chanting, on other hand
Sadhikas require to undergo Maithoon process with virgin male.Under this
system there is Parakeshi Sadhana, which when accomplished, will give
many special powers which includes no effect of time on the body, such
sadhak may get easy entry in other worlds and to make anyone hypnotised
serven in whole universe is just a child play. Sanyashi was also aware
that in majority of the case, the one with whom Maithoon process is
done, immediately applied for Bali. To save himself sanyashi started
doing Veer Aavahan Prayog but within a moment Yogini were done with
Stambhan and Keelan Prayog. Now, sanyashi was unable to do any Prayog
because all the siddhis of him were flabbergasted because of stambhan
and the place was kilit so no where he can move from the place. Now,
sanyashi was having no other way, with courage he seated in lotus
position. Yogini went happy; she thought that sanyashi is ready to give
support in sadhana, But No. Sanyashi was having one more way. He
started Sva-aatma aavahan with Divya mantra and arranged himself in
Shavasan position. Yogini was not able to understand what exactly
sanyashi was doing but she was confident after Keelan Prayog. First of
all, Sanyashi did Pran Vikhanadan process and after that he separated
his Sukshm Sharir (astral body) from his main body. Yogini was still
smiling; she was able to watch Sukshm Sharir of Sanyshi which was
connected with his Physical body with RajjatRajju. Yogini started Taark
Tantra prayog through which anyone is made to return in his physical
body from sukshm Sharir. But sanyashi had thought something else, He
inactivated his Sukshm Sharir and from Sukshm Sharir one more body was
ooze out which was Sanyashis Kaaran Sharir...

Steps of sanyshi were going really fast. It was about to be sun set and
sanyashi were reached to his destination. It was just Small Township, in
which there were some mud and some concrete houses. It was just like
other common villages, the step of Sanyashi stopped at a very small
distance of village. He looked at the place about which he heard not
only from aghori but from many other people to center of years long
Tikshna Sadhana which was called as Chirkoot Kasbaa at some time, but
today it was changed, the name too. Huts were replaced by new houses,
the description of the early humans living here were causing a horrible
imagination about this place in mind but no more. Everything is changed.
After observing all these, Sanyashi thought that it is extinct the
Yoginis now and here, there is no more cause of their mysterious
Sadhanas...no one have visited this place from years with reason of fear
and nobody get to know that this now has become just an another village
only.
With a smile he went ahead, He decided to stay outside of village for
the same night but with wondering something, he stared getting in
village. In middle of the way a person stop him and bowed & requested
him sincerely to sit. After sitting a while sanyashi explained his worry
to stay in village. The person accompanying him told here, there are so
many families which find it blessings if some guest monk stay at their
house. You come; I just arrange it for you. With this the person stood
up and started walking to particular direction...sanyshi too started
walking on that persons steps. At a small distance only there was a
small house, it was built in such a way that one room was at a bit
height then others which was a bit far from house and the way to that
room was even separate.The person, who took sanyshi here, went to the
door of the same room and while opening a bit he told sanyashi that your
stay is arranged. For the appreciation, sanyashi looked at the person
with an emotional smile. The person backed from the door and sanyashi
came very close to the door. With a process of placing hand on the
door, wind throw him in and door closed by its own, sanyashi was not
ready for this. He ran towards door in frustration but something again
drawn him...sanyashi went back and started looking..whatever he looked
in the thin light of the Ghee lamp, that cause a break in Sanyashis
heart..Small Hawan Kund near buried edgy Trishul, there were Scattered
Turmeric and vermillion nearby and other unidentifiable, empty bottle of
wine, Human head skull, and in between all these sitting on aasan in
viraasan position 25-26 years a very beautiful Yogini, she was in a long
single red cloth which was showing a bright glowing colour of her
beautiful body. She was holding beauty in her hand...a long mark of
vermillion on forehead. In meditation posture like a image idol that
beautiful yogini slowly opened her eyes and looking at sanyashi she
smiled. Sanyashi was still in shock, definitely, the person, and the one
who left him here was familiar with this Yogini that person brought him
here with planned trap, but why? And at the same time that Yogini
laughed loudly like she was kidding on the foolishness of the Sanyashi.
Sanyashi went senseless in his mind with fear of unknown with wondering
that what was about to happen with him now
