Respected Sir,

With due respect and folded hands, I would like to convey that I am the only
child of my father. As I grew, I came to know that my father desired for another child.
However his poverty and earnest desire to educated me always stood against his wish.
Today after finding tears in his yes, I only request your Honourable self to give
sympathetic consideration to my application through which I would like to convey that:

1. I have joined University Institute of Engg. And Technology, Kurukshetra

University in B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science Branch under category of Kashmiri
Migrant, allotted on my merit on Aug. 2016.

2. Since the govt. Loan is the only means of ending my suffering, so I had filled the
A.I.C.T.E. form as well. Accordingly I attended the counselling on due date.
However, at the counselling centre, I was told that since I had obtained the seat
on my merit, So I dont have to undergo the process of counselling as my seat
would be linked to A.I.C.T.E. For this they got another from filled by me and took
it along with other required documents

3. Later, I enquired on Telephone and came to know that since the office was
shifted from Janpath to the present place, so it would take some time for the link
to open. However, till now it never open and I have been mentally suffer.

I would feel highly obliged if my case is given sympathetic consideration and hence done
away with my mental suffering.
