Currently, charges for performing a Thithi is Rs 1500.00 per annum. 2. Thithi under the Pithru Kattalai is not transferable from one Kartha to another 3. Calculation of the Thithi will be based on Paambu Panchangam only 4. The Thithi due date reminder will be sent only by way of email and/or SMS (restricted to mobile numbers registered in India for sending SMS). 5. Receipt of the intimation / reminder for the Thithi due date has to be acknowledged by the Kartha. This can be sent by way of a free format email to madhyakailash@yahoo.co.in or a message by way of SMS or What’s App on mobile no +91 91508 70909 or in writing (dispatched to the temple by post/registered post/courier at the risk and responsibility of the Kartha) or in person. Such acknowledgement should reach the temple office before Thithi due date, failing which the Thithi will not be performed on the due date and no claim will be entertained for refund of the amount. 6. For Karthas not having a mobile phone/eMail account, messages/mails can be sent by the temple to a nominated person, who should share with the Kartha all the communications sent by the temple in this regard, basis which appropriate action should be initiated by the Kartha. i) Name: ii) How related to Kartha:

7. On the day of the Thithi, only 3 members (including the Kartha) can have lunch in the temple. Additional people will not be allowed. 8. Prasadam will be sent only by ordinary post to the Kartha’s postal address. 9. In the unfortunate event of the demise of the Kartha before the Thithi due date, the matter should be informed to the Temple BEFORE the Thithi due date. In such a case, the Temple may refund the amount collected, in case the next of kin make a formal request. 10. For any change in the details furnished by the Kartha in this application, the Kartha should inform the temple office in writing, to enable the temple office to update their records. 11. The cost of performing the Thithi is subject to review periodically and can be revised, if necessary. 12. The Temple reserves the right to refuse performance of Thithi upon furnishing the reasons for refusal. 13.
