At Pride Global, the concepts of the dojo and the


dan are applied to each division of our company.
Each division offers our employees an opportunity
to learn, grow, and excel both professionally and
personally.
Every employee is given the framework and platform to
advance through the company, which is reflected through
various dojo belt colors. Starting with a white belt on day
one, each employee has a chance to receive a new belt
based on leadership's assessment of how the employee
embodies AIKIDO.
