Rubiks Cube
What is a Rubiks Cube?
A Rubiks Cube is a 3-D combination puzzle invented in 1974
by Ern Rubik. The Rubiks Cube has six faces in which are covered by nine
stickers, each of one of six solid colours: white, red, blue, orange, green and
yellow. An internal pivot mechanism allows each face to turn independently, thus
mixing up the colours.

How is a Rubiks Cube solved?

For the puzzle to be solved, each face must be returned to have only one colour.

What is the fastest time a Rubiks Cube was solved?

In 2016, a new world record was set by 20 year old, Mats Walk. Mats managed to
set a new world record of 4.74 seconds!
