SUBJECT Manual Process of Transit Declaration in All Airports of Entry

Date 06 July 2017

Please be informed that transit cargoes from a" airports of entry bound to economic zones, free
port zones and customs bonded warehouses without validated air way bill (AWB) were allowed
to process manually starting 20 June 2017 in order not to delay release of raw materials that is
critical for production purposes. Then once the AWB is validated, the manually process transit
declarations are hereby required to lodge in E2m Customs System and re-process.

Please ensure that tag release is being done by your respective temporary transit shed in order
that tag arrive at the final port of destination can be done upon the arrival of the transit cargoes.
