Our training development programs are being done by our HRDD in coordination
with other agencies like Development Academy of the Phils., Civil Service. Our
training programs depends on what are still needed to enhance the skills,
leadership, communications to name some of our employees. Our trainings are
planned one year ahead of time together with our annual budget so we have to
be sure that trainings have allocated budgetary requirements needed.

2. We assess our employees performance every 3 months witch we call Individual


Performance Rating.

3. One of our training policies is if one underwent training he/she should cascade to
the office what she learned and has to submit a written report 10 days after a
training program to be submitted to the General Manager
