I am respectfully justified that the SAGRADA ELEMENTARY SCHOOL, Under Sipocot North
District with the school ID 113062 have not yet submitted the Finalized Learning Information System
(LIS) for End Of School Year (EOSY) 2016-2017 in a given deadline, due to geographical location. Our
school has no Internet Connection, because of that we are outdated in some information that we
only had work and generated through Internet.

In connection with this I am humbly asking for your technical assistance that you can provide
our school to submit our Finalized Learning Information System (LIS) for End Of School Year (EOSY)
2016-2017.

We will be glad and looking forward for your kind further information and immediate
