Affective Domain Assessment

Name ________________________________________________Date______________________

During this unit, each student will be assessed in the areas of the affective domain. The purpose of this
assessment is to keep track of acceptable and unacceptable behaviours during group and partner work.
This will lead to a one on one discussion between the teacher and student to talk about what was seen and
to clear up any missed actions. Students will then write a reflection on the group work.
