APPLE COMPOTE WITH SPICES PEACH & VANILLA ICE

CREAM

Preparation: 2 hours

Apple compote:
- 4 apples
- 2 spoons butter
- 3 spoons sugar
- A little cinnamon
Peel off the apple skin & remove the seeds. Cut the apple into small
cubs & sautee the apple with butter & remains ingredients until
well cook & tender. Allow to cool

Spices peach:
- 4 peach (American)
- 3 dl water
- 3 dl sugar
- vanilla stick
- 1 cinnamon stick
Combine water, sugar, vanilla stick, cinnamon stick & heat up to
boil. Add in sliced peach & simmer until the peach is tender. Stop
cooking & cool down

Finish
- Brush the 8 serving moulds with butter & coat with some sugar
- Arrange the sliced peach as a thin layer inside each mould
- Fill up the moulds with apple compote & bake those moulds in a
preheated oven temp 180C for 7 minutes
- De-mould the baked apple with peach & serve hot with vanilla
ice cream
- Dress the plate as desire
